Great service, price and delivery. Very good one day costumer phone service however They need to take a long look at their on line costomer service. IT NEEDS BIG TIME TUNE UP! ERROL COOK
I will never use AUTOPLICITY again! Nowhere in their website do they mention 30% restocking fee but they withheld from my refund after I accidentally ordered the wrong part. I emailed them within minutes of ordering and they chose to ignore my emails and shipped it out. There are WAY better sellers out there, don't waste your time with these clowns.
Item description does not exist, only compatibility. Ordered on the 17th, it's the 24th and I'm being told it won't arrive until 29th. Spent $12 on shipping that will take 12 days.
I got to this site from google I wrote Lebra mask and it took me there. They have a picture of a car (still there) with the full mask when in fact they had for sale in clearance only the hood cover. The specs said hd (instead fo hood) which to me can mean many other things, so my mistake I trusted my eyes only.
Came after 8 days original box all beat up. When I saw that it was the wrong item I contacted them.
You are the number 4 caller, 10 minutes waiting, number 3 caller another 10 minutes and so on. When I reached a person waited another 17 minutes got transfered another 18 minutes or so.
Got some help waited 5 days the girl has gone on vacations they said. Finally I got informed that I need to buy proper packaging materials, print my own label plus write the RMA number, I have to send photos of the item before shipping plus pay extra for a tracking number. Then waited another week to get my money minus $13.50 previous shipping plus another $8.75 to send it back. Seriously you want a headache? Jus go there.
Customer service sucked! I called to try to return an item which was completely the wrong part to begin with, then the customer service was just absolutely rude! Never order from this site.
My mother ordered a rototiller wheel and tire through Autoplicity's website. She got an email seven days later asking if the wheel had arrived. She waited a couple days, still no wheel. So I called their customer support. Apparently the order had been cancelled internally because the product wasn't in stock but they didn't bother to email her.
So we found another one on the same site at twice the price. Ordered it. When it got here it was just the tire. The page said in multiple places Tire and Wheel. The photo showed a wheel. No where on the page did it specify that it was just a tire. So I called them again. The woman insisted that they don't sell ANY wheels. I pointed out that there is an entire section in their menu bar called Tire & Wheel. She said that was just the name of a company. While I tried to shift tabs to the order so I could confront her about it, she made it clear she just wanted to get off the phone. She said they'll allow a return.
What an incredible waste of two weeks. Will absolutely not order from this company again. Terrible communication, a series of mistakes, and rude customer service.
Customer Service is terrible. I was attempting to purchase a front skid plate for my 2013 Rubicon and ran into several issues.
* Part number not valid in their system.
* 30offshipping discount was not applied during checkout. The discount started out showing in the basket, but disapeared by the time I got to the confirm button.
* Online texting/messaging/help not working
* 800 support person not polite or helpful... he clinched the no-deal, I did not buy.
Their site did not recognize the BDA-JK5123 Body Armor skid plate as a valid part for my Rubicon when every other jeep part site I visited said it was which would cause a return issue if I wanted to return the skid plate. Their return policy clearly states, return not accepted if wrong parts ordered.
Attempting to resolve: Their online "How can we help you today" messaging does not work. I tried in three different browsers: IE, Chrome, and Firefox
Called the 800 number. Person answering gave no information about himself or even a polite "how can I help you". He continued to interrupt instead of listening to the customer. Just plain rude and offered no help at all.
This company charges 30 percent restocking fee when you return the product. This company is abunch of thieves. I will never use them and tell everyone to avoid the horrible company! Don't use them!
Ordered tires which were in stock, still are, got an email saying they weren't. So then I called and they were in stock but they raised the prices. Bunch of losers stay away they are garbage!
I placed an order for a kit of four powerstop rotors and breakpacks - just over $400. They arrived in two packages. The front rotors arrived in a box and were both damaged. Both had dents which contained rust, indicating that the damage was not recent.
At the time this was realized, the shop had already installed the rear rotors and pads. After taking photos of the damaged rotors, I called autoplicity and explained the situation. The rep asked that I begin to repackage the entire kit to send back. I explained that the rear rotors were already installed and that I've already accrued labor costs. I asked if i could simply send out the damaged rotors and receive replacements. She wanted the entire kit back. I asked if they would pay for the labor I've already accrued. She asked for the photos and asked me how the damage occured - apparently I was supposed to have an answer to that. The packaging wasnt damaged in the shipment, so I can only assume these were packaged in this shape.
I sent in the photos and got a generic response that I would recieve an update on my return within a business day. It's now been 3 business days without word. At this point, I'm now just paying the shop to grind down the dents on my brand new rotors so that I can move past all this. My last interaction with this company is going to be simply plastering this review everywhere I can.
Long story short - if you order from them, cross your fingers that everything arrives perfectly. If you have to deal with the customer service reps, they're going to simply make it easier to just deal with the problem than actually help fix it.
Ordered a Cam kit at the begining of July. No complaints came in a timely manor and everything was there. I am rebuilding an old chevy 327. Due to some bad information I ordered a kit without noticing it was for a big block instead of small. Because of Covid I was waiting on another company to send my shortblock for this build and they were backed up about a month and a half. Well the other day I finally got my block. Got everything set up and went to start my build. It wasnt until this day that I realized what I ordered was not right for my engine. Everything is still brand new never used in packaging but because I had to wait on this block I am outside of their 30 day return window and they are not willing to work out anything with me. I will Never recommend or say anything good about this company again. What a way to treat customers durring this pandemic with 0 understanding or regard for people and other businesses situations. As much as it sucks to have wasted $1000 with these guys at least I know that any of my future builds or needs i will never have to worry about this company and their lack of care and customer service again.
Sincerely,
Upset customer who will trash this places name in every car group and internet car page I am involved in.
I ordered a book for my father who lives in a different state. I noticed when I received the confirmation right away after making the purchase that the address was incorrect. I believed it to be a system error and notified the customer service people right away. I then received a message from Veronica C. Stating (Below is the shipping address is shown part will be shipped please advise :) after I had already stated a few times it was the incorrect address and their system had made an error. Then I called because She stated the item had shipped. I was told that I needed to contact the mail carrier which I did but was not able to get them to hold any items or do anything because the address was incorrect. I contacted this company again stating it was on its way back to them after receiving a return slip and was told I would be refunded several times. However, once the book was returned to them I was returned $14.86, which was $13.70 less what I paid for the book (total $28.56). I then contacted them through email and spoke with the same guy who responds Justine O. And was told (Thank you for contacting us. The restocking fee and shipping fee was deducted as the item was refused.) I will never recommend or use this company again! They are horrible in service. The first thing you Veronica C. Should have done was canceled the order when I contacted you first however you prolonged it and shipped it. Then if it proceeded you should have contacted the postal office after getting the correct address in which I gave you. Instead, you wasted my time, money and got nothing but a few bucks in return because believe me... if you're on Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, anywhere, I will make a post about your company because this should never happen again. Not worth the time.
I placed an order and the shipping cost was four times more than the item and I can't get anybody on the phone to cancel this order. It's
Great service, price and delivery. Very good one day costumer phone service however
They need to take a long look at their on line costomer service. IT NEEDS BIG TIME TUNE UP!

Based on my experience with this company I find them completely dishonest, untrustworthy and unreliable.
My recommendation: avoid, avoid, avoid
They will send you the wrong thing then they will send you the wrong thing then charge you a 30% restocking fee + shipping. Shop elsewhere.
On cyber Monday I decided to look for the Jetboil stove. Being new to Jetboil gear I did a google search to find out who's selling it at the best price with cyber Monday deals. Up comes a picture of the Jetboil stove under autoplicity. Great right? Wrong! It turns out the stove is not what they're selling. They put a picture of the Jetboil stove instead of what they are actually selling…. A small Jetboil water heating tool. Minutes after placing the order I showed a fellow RVer on where I found one in case he wanted one too as we had be talking about them. Thank goodness I did because he pointed out that they are misleading their customers. It's not the stove they are truly selling. I immediately placed a cancel my order request. The following morning I receive an email that they will be canceling my order and will email me back with an update but they failed to do so. I message them back and no reply. I also paid for expedited shipping because I thought I was buying a Jetboil stove and wanted it delivered to the Rv resort before I left. Now I don't know how to get my money back as I put the purchase under my affirm account and they told me to reach out to the supplier for a refund but they have yet to answer back to my email messages. This is not right what they are doing to their customers. Placing a false picture of a different item cannot be legal! Beware of what you are buying from this company! I will be leaving reviews everywhere I can about what they have done. Im attaching photos of the google search, plus the emails they sent me after my order.the last picture is what they are actually selling. That photo is not from their site. They are knowingly misrepresenting the item they are selling. Stop doing this to your customers!
Tip for consumers:
Beware!!! False advertising and deceiving customers!
Products used:
None! They purposely are lying to their customers by posting pictures of items they are not actually selling!
Ordered part on line and paid $366.21
On 4th business day after order, called customer service and was told part was on backorder and could not provide an estimated ship date.
On 5th business day, emailed and called to speak with supervisor and here is her email response...
Thank you for contacting us. We sincerely apologize for the issue experienced. After the order was processed, the warehouse informed that the cost of the part is actually $386.08. In order for the order to ship, you will need to cover the difference of $19.87.
We sincerely apologize for the issue, if you prefer to cancel the order kindly let us know.
Thank you again for contacting us. If we can be of any further assistance regarding this matter please do not hesitate to respond to this email.
Sincerely,
Jennifer V.

Note the price changed after they accepted my payment from Paypal. I wish customer service could have told me the problem on 4th business day and at least i could have received the part earlier with the additional payment.
UPDATE: Autoplicity canceled the order and refunded my payment after they sent the above email and I agreed to pay the additional $20. They said the order could not be fulfilled yet the part is now on their Website for $413. The following is their email...
We tried really hard but unfortunately had to cancel your order. We could not fulfill it and have already voided your payment if you were originally charged. We are very sorry we could not fulfill the order and welcome you to reach out and have our staff find you a solution that will work. We know you were planning to install your parts and our job is to get you back on the road or enjoying your car or truck again. Just reply to this email to be connected with a sales specialist.
I went to their site because they offered an item at a lower price than most sites. We wanted to order because they also offered PayPal pay in 4 which would be helpful to us. I started to process the order but the site kept shutting down. Finally got to the pay part and I clicked PayPal pay and the order went through then it took me back and said shipping and handling needed to be paid separate. I thought ok, no biggie, hit the pay button and next thing I know my bank alerts go off. I'm expecting to see 130 for shipping and $90 for PayPal but instead see the full price 485 through the company and the $90 through PayPal. I'm like no. So I go to cancel the order by calling in, get told what's the email confirmation number? I didn't receive one. Ok well give it an hour then call back. I waited all day. No email. I call back the next morning. I get the order number from a customer service agent. They tell me you can't cancel over the phone you need to go to the site and cancel using your order number. This was the 17th. I get told by the person on the phone, you should have your money back by Tuesday, that would be the 21st. On the 21st, no emails no updates on a refund. Nothing. So I email back. I'm not seeing a refund status yet can I get some information? No reply on Tuesday, the 21st. Finally on the 22nd we get an email. We have started your refund process it should take 3 to 5 days. Yesterday the 26th. Day 5 still nothing. Emailed again. Got a response sorry for the inconvenience we are still working on processing the refund. Today, same, no money back, and email response was sorry feel free to email if you have further need for assistance. What I NEED is my money back. I was still going to use this company once I got the refund. But now? I will post this story on every review site I can find, also reporting them to the BBB. I have all my emails my phone log and my bank statement to back me up.
Do not order them cancel from this company as you will be lucky to ever see your money again.

Do not purchase from Autoplicity prior to reading my review or others with a low score. There is good reason to proceed with an extreme amount of caution. First, I ran a very large e-commerce company in the heavy-duty space for 18 years but never moved to automotive parts and accessories. I'm writing this so you understand my inside industry perspective & the fact I have no motivation to give Autoplicity a poor review other than my personal experience.
Problem 1: I ordered a pair of Steelcraft ******* running boards. Autoplicity's website said they were in stock with updated live inventory and fast shipping times, when in fact they weren't in stock at an Autoplicity warehouse but drop-shipped directly from their manufacturer. When an e-commerce company has a drop-ship model, meaning they don't stock the part but have it shipped from another company, total control of the customer experience is surrendered and lost. I ordered the item on July 3, and it is now July 16 and was told after several calls to the transportation company it will be at least another two weeks. So now I have to wait one month for an item that was allegedly in stock at Autoplicity and shipped fast?
Problem 2: Autoplicity's Customer Service takes no ownership in solving concerns. I state this after speaking to three different people. One person asked me if I called the transportation company! I ordered a product and did not hire a company to move it for me. If I did, it would have certainly arrived by the time promised.
There is so much more but allow me to summarize:
1. Autoplicity falsely advertises on their website so never order online from them but call to ask if it is in stock at one of their distribution facilities. If not, run and keep running...
2. Autoplicity has no interest in the customer experience. One rep. Even said she would follow-up and get back to me, which never happened. They are more concerned with transactions so again, let the buyer beware!
3. Autoplicity will not provide assistance if something is wrong with your order. I called three times and was told I had to wait and could not cancel the order because the transportation company already picked it up. I was even asked if I called the transportation company, which is an absolute no in any customer-facing industry.
There are too many other points to mention, e.g., terrible and unprofessional customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM AUTOPLICITY WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING THE RISKS GOING IN. I saved a few dollars but would have gladly spent the extra money to receive decent service.
Autoplicity is home to the world's largest Auto Parts selection at prices you would not find anywhere else! We strive to stock 100% inventory and sync with our suppliers to make sure you get what you order, plain and simple. From Car Mats, Brake Pads a...
