“Incorrect contact information after booking car hire through official website”
January 14th, 2025

I booked a car hire via viva aerobús official website after flying with them, when I picked up the car the booking was already paid for but had an email address and phone number that was NOT mine, and was not related to the viva company. Scam - someone could have taken my booking if i didn't make it in time.

Tip for consumers:
NEVER book a car hire through the airline. Contact the car hire company directly and ensure they have a location at your airport.
