My first car buying experience was made easy by a smooth transaction and very helpful staff, and the crew has given me their full attention to all of my car needs. Thank you once more for your excellent assistance!
I would give zero stars if I could. If you plan to place an ad, DON'T. You will get nothing but illegitimate inquiries. Scams. AutoTrader does NOT screen these inquiries. I placed an ad in the morning and within an hour my email was blowing up with messages from AutoTrader about an inquiry. All fake or scammers. They would not refund my $49 for the Ad. Oh, and they have the worst customer service.
I bought car from this web site. This car on the street was very similar to photo in internet! At all i am happy about Autotrader.
BEWARE, Auto Imports Inc. or AKA Gold Rush Remarketing sold me a Corvette with a broke motor, I got ripped off from these guys, Alex and Fred will gladly take your hard earned money and sell you anything, I was told the Corvette had no mechanical problems, 4 hours after they had my money the service engine light came on, to my horror it was only running on 7 of 8 cylinders, they flat out lied to my face! They obviously reset the codes prior to me coming; they knew I was coming for the Corvette. NO bringing it back, no trading it for something else, they dont care a sale is a sale, youre stuck like Chuck! My advice to you is buy from anyone but these guys, they will misrepresent their vehicles just to make a sale, if youre looking for a make and model go shop elsewhere unless you want ripped off, dont even drive by, youll thank me later, biggest con in Houston used cars is Alex and Fred at Gold Rush, Auto imports Inc. on the gulf freeway near Hobby airport, you have been warned, BEWARE! Shop elsewhere, youll be glad you did! They are DISHONEST!
Tip for consumers:
Stay far, very far away from this Houston dishonest car dealer!
Tim Criss at Carey Paul Honda Snellville, GA! I definitely recommend him and this dealership. He provides great customer service and is very helpful!
Here you will get all type of parts of vehicles you need. Good service and good products. Had a nice experience with them.
My uncle recently made a deal here. Customer support is too good and we got a awesome deal which made my uncle to sign immediately :)
Nice clean dealership. Very helpful. Smooth transaction. Very happy with the vehicle. Staff was very friendly.
This website is in direct conflict with the actual business. The business attests to different prices than their website.
Don't buy a car at the Bowser Nissan Dealership until you watch my video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8U7_e6FVbvs
Eight months ago, `I took my 2019 Nissan Rogue into the Bowser Nissan Dealership, Pleasant Hills, PA. For service.
Front end noise and steering wheel issues has plagued my Rogue for over 8 months.
Steering wheel boot noise and a steering wheel that stiffens and locks up while driving (unsafe).
For 6 months, I drove around in a deathtrap, the Bowser Nissan dealership tried to fix my 2019 Rogue
And couldn't, they allowed me to drive a vehicle that was unsafe. A potential death trap that put me
And my family at risk every time I got behind the wheel.
For some reason the Bowser Nissan dealership could not diagnosis the frontend noise and steering
Problems that has plagued my Rogue since October 2022.
A Bowser Nissan shop foreman allegedly installed 3 sets of struts on my 2019 Rogue in a 6 month
Period (crazy). I called the sale person, Chuck 5 (x's) to let him about the problems that I was having
With my vehicle.
Chuck didn't have the decency to return my phone calls.
The owner was no better, he refused to get involved.
After 7 failed attempts to fix my Rogue, Chad the shop foreman
Stopped talking me, he refused to talk to me about the service preformed on my vehicle.
The service manger eventually denied me service (breach of warranty and good faith).
He told me to take my Rogue to another Nissan dealership for service.
When I took my Rogue to a different Nissan Dealership. I found out that the 2 original front struts were
Never replaced. Consumer Fraud and Misrepresentation seems to be this dealership's claim to fame.
Six months of lies and misrepresentation drove me crazy. This place and everyone in it is morally
Bankrupt.

Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware.
In the past I have used Autotrader several times with positive results. It's been a few years, but I just had my most recent ad expire. This time my Autotrader experience was so bad I will never use this service again. The first issue was after I paid approximately $50 to post my ad, I find out that if my car does sell, I need to pay an additional $200 at the time of the sale.
I got only three prospective buyers that responded to my ad. Even after I stated in the ad that I would only accept cash or bank transfers, two of the prospective buyers said they would pay me with a cashiers check without even seeing the car. The third prospective buyer was only interested in my providing a CARFAX type document from some website I had never hear of. I was trying to sell a 10 year old car for a very low price. I did not want to provide that document the prospective buyer. All the information was in the ad the allowed the prospective to obtain the historical information they wanted on the car.
I was selling an electric car with a limited driving range. Two of the three prospective buyer were so far away that they would have needed to trailer this car back to where they live. My ad was truly intended for local people that would be OK with the car's limited range.
At the time the ad expired, I got three notices from Autotrader all sent at the same time from the same person that said, "Hi this is Larry Malone, I just came across your listing and I am interested in buying it. What is your final price and do you have the full service history? Look forward to your response. Thanks". I could not respond to Larry because Autotrader had already taken down my ad. As you can see from Larry's comment, he was not interested in seeing the car, only wanted to know my final price.
I felt that AutoTrader Private Seller's Exchange only provided me with scammers and not one real possible buyer. Autotrader talks about how they check out prospective buyers. In my experience, it seems like they do zero checking on buyers. Also, Autotrader talks about accepting payment with a cashiers check without the in person sale of a vehicle. Seems like one of the oldest scams where you get paid with a cashiers check only to find out when the buyer and your car are gone, the cashiers check is fake. You are left SOL with no car and no cash.
I have spent HOURS and HOURS on Autotrader trying to sell my Toyota Camry SE Sport, and it has been a NIGHTMARE of epic proportions! I cant do anything I want to the add, including putting it as the correct model of car I am trying to sell because they don't even off the option. They also don't let private party people sell their vehicles under "Certified" because in their own words: "Only a dealer can sell a Certified car". Completely ignorant and wrong because my Toyota is a Certified vehicle and is so through Sept 2021. Certified warranty up until 100,000 miles goes with the vehicle to any dealer in the nation. SO anybody looking for a certified car will not see my car as a certified car because they say private parties cannot sell certified cars. Thats some idiotic bs right there because a Toyota Certified vehicle is certified no matter how many owners it has until the warranty runs out. This website was nothing buy super slow, a ripoff, about 15 years behind the times, and majorly frustrating because it is so slow, it literally took me about 15 hours to get my ad the exact way I wanted it to be represented to the customers. Takes forever to upload pics, and when you do, they go in some random order that is confusing. Trying to drag or remove pictures is worse, because it is slow and tedious. Never could figure out what picture I was working with, and everytime I tried to delete a pic, i ended up deleting something other than the one I wanted to get rid of! Don't waste your time, effort, or Money on this ripoff site, because it is geared towards the dealers completely, and as a little guy you will never be represented like a dealer unless you spend a lot more money on ad upgrades and highlights, which could easily run the ad to over a $100 total, way too much to be giving these asssholes!
There are some con artists on here so beware of fake ads. I reported one to Autotrader and THEY DID NOT EVEN RESPOND OR CARE about it as a few days after my report the fake ad is still there!
That actually makes Autotrader complicit to the attempted fraud.
The seller I contacted in QLD (car had QLD rego) said the car was in WA as he was in WA working for the Defense Force. RED FLAG - WHY TAKE THE CAR FROM QLD TO WA? Surely you would fly. Very polite and articulate. Gave me a FALSE Dept of Defense ID CARD - signature was nothing like the name and the ID number has been confirmed as "non existent".
Watch out for this scam!
Autotrader - HOW ABOUT GETTING YOUR ACT TOGETHER!
Check out the response for the con artist -
Sorry for taking so long to reply, I work for the Department of Defence and I was transferred to a new military base in WA. I am providing Deployment Training (Desert Training).
If you are still interested in buying my car, I'm asking $6,788 (I've lowered the price because I'm running out of time). The car is Road Worthy and Rego until May 2022. It is very well maintained, always garage kept, excellent condition, runs and sounds 100% perfect with no leaks or noises. Engine starts right up, sounds great and there are no strange noises. No hail damage. I have to sell the car as fast as I can because in three weeks I will be deployed to New Zealand and I'll stay there for a while. I intend to buy a new one when I get back home.
I also need to know if you have the cash to buy the car, because there are a lot of interested buyers. The car is here with me at the military base but you don't have to worry about the distance I can bring the car to you on my expenses, so if you're interested, let me know.
Details:
Registration#: 096-WWO, 189.000 Km's. Rego until May 2022. Just had it serviced. Mechanically A1
You'll love the car, I can guarantee you that!
