I bought a car battery from here and the worker installed it within 5 minutes. The battery went dead 6 months later and I have a warranty on it. I went to autozone in absecon nj where Frank was very rude and racist. This man refused to assist me with replacing my battery that was under warranty and cut me off when I wanted to purchase a key battery! Do not shop at autozone go to advanced auto. I hate this place. I went to the one in eht and they were rude too and would not help me. Ashly was very y rude and defended her rude employee.
I went to the store to have a battery checked. RANDA came out and checked, and then rechecked it. She gave us options and we bought a battery. She put in the battery. She did a great job and got us back on the road. Thanks Randa. Jim Kneup
Placed order in Saturday May 7th using 20% off coupon (last day to use this coupon). Received immediate confirmation from PayPal but not AutoZone. Called AutoZone next day and they told me that order didn't go through on their end and that if I wanted the parts I would need to redo the order USING A DIFFERENT PAYMENT SOURCE. They also told me that I couldn't still get the 20% off because the code had expired. Absolutely ridiculous. They screw up but refuse to make things right despite no fault on my end. Last time I will EVER use AutoZone. All they did was waste a whole bunch of my time. Horrible customer service and even worse app that screws up you order. Pathetic. Use them at your own risk and definitely don't use them if you need your order in a timely manner.
They helped me out no questions! They replaced my bulbs for free and I didn't even buy them at their store, very helpful folks that got the job done immediately

Went into the Brandywine md location 2 weeks ago I have 2 year warranty on all my rotors all of a sudden my history on parts that have a warranty is gone. Manager called instead of someone of importance said I didnt have receipts well wtf is my phone number in your system for.As far as management absolutely garbage. Rock auto from now on! The DM got involved and Dianna and Richard the manager took care of my warranty a big thank you to them both they care but corporate definitely does not
I came in the store on Norwalk blvd in Hawaiian Gardens to buy polishing compound. I found the compound I wanted went to the register to pay only to find nobody there to take my cash. There was a lady at the register that said she was helping someone else while 3 other agents were standing around bull$#*!ting. The lady at the register was standing at the cash box helping a woman that didn't even know what she wanted. The 3 agents in the store should've been helping her while the employee at the register took my payment. Your crew completely failed as far as I'm concerned. This happened at 2PM 8/02/21. This time stamp should help know which employees were on the clock doing nothing. Very unsatisfied.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and horrible customer service
I was charged 4 times for one single item, and now after almost of 3 weeks of getting the run around, I had to handle it through the courts. Ill be asking for tripple the amount that was stolen though! Never deal with this shady $#*! company. Oreilly's is a MUCH BETTER place to get auto parts from. Autozone is HORRIBLE!
Do not go to autozone an Buy battery. They will lose you're more Warranty information on your battery and won't give you another battery when it's clearly in warranty.

I Order pats from this people for first time and last on April 3 is May 3 they send me wrong parts two times when I spoke customer service answer was they sending because don't have right part number I ordered I returned bought wrong deliveries but till today I don't have reimbursement on CC I paid whit Costomer Service really bad beaker foul not good do business Auto Zone
The store manager Eddy was very kind and helpful. I enjoy coming to this store just to get advice from him. He really knows his stuff and always makes me leave satisfied with more knowledge.
Placed an order online (and PAID for it) to pick up at store. It was a very simple order with only three items and none of them were specialty items (1 air filter, 1 cabin air filter and 1 wiper blade). All three items showed "in stock" at the store I placed the order with. I expected the order to be ready in an hour or two. But no, it wasn't ready at all throughout the entire day. Hell, if I wanted to WAIT for those items I could have ordered them from Amazon or Ebay and paid MUCH LESS for them. I wanted them the day I ordered them which is why I placed the order with Auto Zone. I WILL NOT be doing business with them again in the future. Nor do I recommend them to anyone.
Placed order on 3-1-22. Called 3x for status, told once it was shipped. 2nd time, part was backordered. 3rd time on 4-4-22@ 10:20am told parts were cancelled. Asked why I was never mailed, called, texted, or emailed it was cancelled and was given a "oh, that item ships from the manufacturer" response. See photo regarding order status on Autozone APP still states "Ready to ship". No communication about part cancelation causing further 2 week delay to this repair. Zero stars for customer service and their order communication
Looking for a variety of parts on autozone.com and every search returns with "select a store". I enter my zipcode and select the local autozone store and... NOTHING! I repeat the process with the same result. I can't even find a price for a simple oil filter. The website continues to ask me to select a store and when I do,
The items apear but no pricing or availability appears. I feel like I'm in the movie "Groundhog Day". C'mon Autozone, pay some techie to upgrade your website. On a side note: Whenever I do visit the local store, the counter people are amazing. Way to go store # 6433.
Hey people I never write reviews but for all the problems AUTOZONE has with stores like Natick, Ma, with customer service, Tom took all that away one day in the Watertown Autozone. Promotions are warranted. Very helpful. I would state in particular but it was many things including battery help and troubleshooting problems around it

AutoZone seems to be all over the place, which is nice if you have one of their batteries and need to replace it under warranty.
The store employees are not always that knowledgeable about vehicle repairs and very few are ASE certified for parts or anything else. That said, if you shop regularly and get to know the staff, there are some really good ones.
At AutoZone on Palm & Base Line in Highland, the tall, red bearded parts guy Grayson is really good, and I'd give him 6*'s. He has ASE and it shows. He knows parts and cars and has steered me right on my repair work. One time I brought in a part to match up to a new one, and he looked it up on the computer. The part in stock did not match. I was perplexed. He looked at my vehicle and immediately determined the engine had been swapped in from a newer Jeep... must have been done by the prior owner. Anyway, he recognized the engine and keyed the different year into the computer and sure enough, my part matched! This sure answered a lot of questions I had on getting things like plugs to match up... I had assumed then prior owner used the wrong one, but it turns out they were right for the engine.
I went to AutoZone to pick up some oil for my car 1 quart I am a first responder I never seen a business so reckless to expose their employees to a vast amount of people that was there for non-essential items. Needless to say AutoZone Court must really like to put their employees in Jeopardy or unnecessary exposure to the coronavirus
I'm actually on hold with the mt Pocono store I was put on a brief hold 15 minutes later someone finally came back to help me I don't understand why this one store is always under staffed you would think that you guys would want to fix that but it seems to me that your company doesn't care if you get a bad review because it's been this way since I can remember. Plus for some reason you people hire people that don't know the first thing about cars, I'm a mechanic myself and i applied for a job at your store because I actually know what I'm doing unlike the people you have working for you and I aced your so called test butttt never got a call. I guess I'm too smart for this so called parts store
I walked into AutoZone on Hamilton Boulevard in Allentown Pennsylvania and there was one customer and one employee all I needed to do was return a warranty Park and it took almost 30 minutes to get that done. When I call on the phone they put me on hold when I go there in person the answer the phone instead of taking care of me. To make it worse the one employee they had was walking as intentionally slow as he could just to aggravate the situation. I think I will go to A&A Auto Parts from now on they have much better service
Went to the autozone on 19th avenue and buckeye and received the best service that went beyond your average help and assistance from Junior Qasemy. I am a disabled customer and he assisted me to the fullest and put me on the right path to be on the road again!
Answer: Nope. Bunch of ameteurs. Even their oil and windshield wiper fluid is way overpriced. If you want your order to be fulfilled correctly, them go somewhere else. Amazon is too incompetent to handle even basic orders placed via their app. Customer service list tells you "Oh well". Pathetic.
Answer: It's not too hard to find someone working inside Autozone. What's hard to find in Autozone is someone who doesn't argue with a person who is qualified to work on practically every vehicle and knows what they're talking about. I guess that being a computer jockey makes them a certified mechanic.
Answer: If not in any particular hurry, I prefer to wait for 3-5 days to get my auto parts which was ordered on Hexautoparts. Com. They has lowest price with the most cooperative customer service. I saved a lot of money with HexAutoParts.
