The dress I ordered was super good quality and exceeded my expectations! I ordered a size 10 and it fit perfect, true to size. The customer service was great too as after I placed my order I asked for it tailored and they had no problem doing that for me. I can't wait to wear this for the eras tour next month! Highly recommend.

Be aware that communication is very difficult as this company is based in China. The website is not entirely accurate regarding delivery times. If you would like to speak with someone be prepared to call multiple times during their business hours. I'm not sure what those are exactly because their email said to "call during China time 9-:17". Rather than answering your questions via email they repeat themselves and ask you questions that do not matter. Frustrating experience and we have not gotten the dress yet so I cannot report on the actual delivery or product.

We received a His and Hers robe set for a Christmas gift. The His robe is XL & the Hers robe is Medium. When I contacted them they said this is the only size it comes in. I am not a medium, I am an XL! I don't not recommend this company.

I bought AW bridal hair comb, love it because it looks do shiny gave me an elegant stylish appearance, looks like an expensive piece, also it's easy to insert and pull out from hair, very happy with my purchase, and highly recommend it.

I wore the Janet long sleeve mini for my engagement photos and it was so perfect! Really a quality dress and I had so much fun wearing a unique style like that. It went perfect with the mountain setting where we took our photos. :)

I ordered a custom dress from AW Bridal and when the dress arrived 11 inches too long for the measurements I gave them I was told it is my problem. For me to fix it on my end. Do not trust this dishonest company for your special occasion!

I ordered a dress that arrived with no tags and it was discolored at neckline. You can't get through to customer service by phone and no one us replying to emails. When I placed the order, someone contacted me by email within 20 minutes to verify size. Now I am being ignored. Really concerned about getting a refund.

Update: A refund was given. Thankful that my persistent emails finally worked.

Contacted them immediately upon receipt of my dress to advise it did not fit and needed to return for refund (within 4 days of getting the dress). First email wanted to confirm my measurements which it did based on what they supplied. Second email stated they would refund $20 but my order was $94. I replied I wanted the full information for return. Never heard back. Will not order from them again (this was for 09/2022).

This is my first online purchase from topwedding.com. The dress is gorgeous! It does not even require any alteration.
It's clear that is not the most expensive dress, which I definitely would have preferred but for the price, it is an unbelievable deal. It makes me feel like a princess. It also shipped promptly and well packed. Thank you so much.

I was told about the Topwedding.com webstore by a friend. I was looking for a dress for my teenage daughter's Christmas dance at her school, and we were not having any luck at all with the local malls and stores. But on this site enormous selection of gorgeous dresses are available, and in all different colors and sizes as well! My daughter finally chose a Taffeta mini dress for $84.99. I was very pleased with the free shipping they provided. Highly recommended!

Horrible customer service, horrible product-I will never use this company again. Ordered a dress in dark golden rod to wear to my daughter's wedding. Paid extra to be custom made in my size. Chest area 4 inches too small so I can't zip it-hips three inches too small so could not sit down even if the top fit. Bright shiny yellow under the golden rod sheer fabric gives the whole dress a green hue-and not a pretty green at that! Numerous emails with company, pictures showing that the dress was incorrectly made and incorrect color. Lots of back and forth with them insisting it fits when it clearly doesn't- finally received less than 1/2 of what I paid as a refund although their website says full refund if it was their error. Lots of headaches using this company! Goodwill gets this dress and I had to buy one off the rack at a local bridal shop in order to have a dress for the wedding.

I bought 2 dresses. The Dey Dress for my daughter and 1 for me (mother of Bride). Both are beautiful good quality. Returned the mother's dress because I didn't like how I looked in it. The return was easy, just email them for directions. It was a friendly exchange. Another bridesmaid custom ordered and her dress fit perfectly. We will use this company again in the future. Highly recommend

I was having my bridesmaids order two different styles of dress so we can decide which style looks best on everyone and we would just return the other one. Their return policy clearly states that they accept returns for any standard size, but custom sized dresses cannot be returned. So my bridesmaids were going to be ordering standard sizing. Once one of them placed the order for both styles of dress, she received an email saying "I noticed you bought two types of dresses. Please pick one of the two if you are just going to be returning one of them. Our dresses are made to order." So we replied reminding them of their return policy (we would be paying return shipping anyways) and the fact that they ordered standard sizing. But said if they cannot honor their return policy then we will take our business elsewhere. They refunded the money the next day without further explanation as to why this was such a problem. I will never give them my business after this.

They have an option to customize your own size as well as add or not pockets, on some dresses you could customize lengthon custom size products they double check measurements to make sure they have all correct measurements.

The items are too expensive for the quality you receive. My dress had a stitch job of a five year old. Seams were not finished and the material was coming out of the seams. The shoes were too small and they will not let me return them. It is by far the worst company ever. Do not waste your time or money with them. I give a zero star review. They only sell garbage.

I ordered a sash for my Maid of Honor to wear. The product came within 2 weeks and it was gorgeous! Just as pictured. I Originally ordered an off white one but I got an email the next day from customer service that they were out and asked if I was interested in another color or product. I replied and within 24 hours my new product was shipped! Would highly recommend.

The dress I ordered was poor quality and did not fit. When I asked for a refund or exchange they refused... stating it would cost too much and take to long. They then offered me 20 dollars to keep a dress that doesn't fit. I said no they settled on 35 dollars and it will take 3 weeks

GORGEOUS hair piece! Slightly different from the picture and slightly smaller but I'm ok with it! It looks really good! Shipping was fast to France! The seller packed it nicely so it won't damage during shipping! Would recommend this seller for sure!
Very gorgeous garter! Exactly as shown in the picture! The thinner garter is entirely elastic, the larger one has a velcro attach so u can easily stretch it out! For 7$ I LOVE IT! Shipping was also lightning fast to France!

Because I ordered more than one dress, the company custom fitted both dresses free of charge! They also worked with me to find a shipping option that wouldn't result in a surprise duty charge upon receipt. I love all three of the dresses and can't wait to show off my absolutely stunning wedding dress on my big day!

I ordered three dresses so that I could have a selection to choose from. I tried all of them on and chose the one that I liked best. There was no problem with returning the other two dresses and receiving my refund. A suggestion would be to advise brides to order a size or two bigger than normal so that they can alter it to fit exactly right. I am very satisfied with the dress that I chose. It is well worth the money.
