I've gotten hair pieces and a custom-measured dress here and both looked exactly like the photos. The dress managed to fit perfectly based on the instructions that were offered. I also got hoop earrings which were super cute and lightweight. There are cheaper options out there but I feel like what I've received is quality for it!

Do not purchase from this place. Dress comes from China first of all. I tried contacting them by phone 38 times and 7 times by email and no one ever answered. I was concerned about the size I ordered since the other girls that ordered from here got dresses that didn't fit them. I had no choice to order from here since the bride's sister picked this... she evidently did not read the reviews! So today I receive my dress which I had put down my correct measurements for. From the waist up it is so tight I can barely breathe or move my arms. I'm stuck with this $90 dress because no time to exchange or return it. I am beyond pissed. I will try to get through the ceremony with it on, then off it goes into the garbage where it belongs!

Ordered AW Jules Dress in champagne and gave exact measurements in custom stitching. They asked if I could just take the closest size to the measurement instead of custom stitching which I refused. Dress arrived but with no custom stitching - just off the shelf. The sleeves are falling off the shoulder and the bodice is too big. I have to get this altered at extra cost. Rubbish product - waste of time. Do not recommend it at all!

I purchased a dress for my son's wedding@ top wedding. And the quality was extremely poor, side seams were not straight, it looked more like a nightgown than a dress. I sent in measurements, some were smaller than submitted and some were larger. I exchanged several emails with them. Finally got approval to return the dress, but they NEVER refunded my $$. Then they finally stopped responding to my emails. And you can't get them on the phone.

Ive dealt with this company twice in the course of the past year. I am a very happy customer. I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the exquisite material. The ease of this website is fantastic. The dress is a rust colored shiny creation with elbow length sleeves. The material is so smooth and fits like a glove. I feel amazing wearing it. I think it would be beneficial to have photographs of the dress in every color on offer, because it is hard to visualize how the correct will match my accessories.

My dress was fantastic and it was only $127! Unbelievable! Why pay even hundreds of dollars? I was absolutely blown away by the quality and craftmanship of this dress! I am going to tell the world! Oh... they run fairly true to size... I would maybe order one size up... or your size IF you order a lace up. Better yet, just order it suited to your measurements for the extra $20.

Like many other brides, I was struggling to find the perfect dress for my wedding. I did the normal thing and went from store to store looking at dresses but failed to find anything inspiring. Most stores had the same old dresses in the most hideous styles. When I was ready to give up, a google search led me to this site. It was the best thing that I did for my wedding aside from saying I Do of course!

This dress is really beautiful and well-made. I bought it in smoked gray color that is hard to explain yet looks beautiful on. It fits me like a glove. For those of you who find measurements helpful in terms of choosing the right size, I am 5'5", 36B, 28.5" Waist and 36" Hip. I ordered a size 6 and it fits perfectly, no alterations needed. It comes just above my knees. The fabric is stretchy, but be prepared for a very close fit. It is low-cut but the shoulders stay in place with a rubbery material at the seams. This dress is perfect for weddings, holiday parties, and arts or cultural events that require semi-formal attire.

My daughter was so worried about not finding a proper dress for her prom night. We sneaked in through all the stores but couldn't find the best one. I had been hunting online to catch sight of an alluring dress and that's when I found one pretty black lace dress from them. I ordered for it right away, to my surprise the shipping was also too fast. This dress is amazing and well made. I am so happy with the dress and would definitely say worth the price.

The jumpsuit I ordered was too small even though I followed their sizing guide. When I tried to return they said the factory was in China and would offer me $30 and I could keep it. We bartered for a bit with me asking for $75 and landing in $50. I priced out a DHL return to the shipping address ($102). In the end I am simply disputing the charge with my CC company. I had a feeling I was going to be returning it, so I checked their return policy carefully before I ordered. Buy a size larger than you need. Know that there is nothing special about the quality. And ask to return it - you'll get $30 back.

Poor experience, no customer service, phone rings to a California number that never gets answered, and an email response is not that good either. If you are looking for a great dress this is not the place. Please try thepromshop.net great service, prices, and variety. Dresses come in sizes 2 to 18 you'll be happy all around!

I ordered two bridesmaid dresses from the for my friends wedding. They came on time and seemed to be good quality, but the color was a little off, I ordered both dresses in sage green and they came looking more like a mint green. But I think it's fine because both dresses came in the same color and I double checked that I had ordered sage green. NOPE! About a month before the wedding I see one of the other bridesmaid dresses and immediately realize that mine is not the same color as hers. Turns out that half of the bridal party received dresses in the wrong color! Customer service gave me the whole runaround and tried to convince me that they had made no mistake and that sometimes dresses are slightly different colors and they wouldn't refund my dresses even if I returned them or help me expedite a new dress. I ended up finding a dress on Facebook marketplace but the whole experience was a nightmare.

Wow! This dress fit so well. I didn't have time to get it custom made for my measurements but trusted the size chart and I'm so glad I did. The pattern and detail on this dress is impeccable I felt so comfortable in it. Love this dress so much!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from AW bridal for my best friend's wedding. It arrived much later than expected, and did not fit even though I sized it according to their sizing chart. When I reached out to return the dress, they offered to let me keep the dress and told me they would reimburse me for $20. The dress cost $100, so that was pointless. I chose to send the dress back to China where it came from and lost an extra $27 for that expense. They ensured me they would reimburse me in full when the dress arrived and it's been months without any response. I lost so much time and money using this company, and their communication and customer service was awful. I will tell everyone I know to never use them in the future.

I was very cautious at first at using this site BUT the service is fantastic, no hassle at all, the dress fitted perfect with no alterations. I am so happy with style its a gorgeous dress so elegant. I just wanted to say I absolutely LOVE this site dresses are always resonable and the fit is great... Not to mention super cute! Quality is good but not too keen on material. I'll definitely order from you again the next time I need a special occasion dress.

The custom fit ordering was easy to do. I also chose to pay a little more for expedited shipping.
The gown arrived in a rectangular AW Bridal zip top style bag. What easier way to pack the gown for our air trip to the wedding site? The style and material I chose was wrinkle free!

AW Bridal is not what it seems to be. They glamorize their website. I ordered a dress in my size but came in too big. According to their policy my return was appropriate. However, they refused to accept my return. They told me they were in china, it would take too long to process the return and to keep the dress and they would refund me $30. The cost of the dress was $108.
This tells you there is no value in what they make. Don't buy from this site customer service sucks!

I ordered a wedding dress from topwedding.com in mid-January 2015. After placing my order, I found the staff to be extremely attentive and they kept in touch during the shipping process. There was an issue with the dress sizing which was resolved to my satisfaction. Again, the staff was very responsive and communicated as needed during this time. The quality of the dress I received was excellent.

I purchased these napkins to use for decorating with the center pieces at my wedding reception. However, I had a few change of plans and they were used as decoration elsewhere throughout the venue and receptionThese napkins are of really good quality, durability, and strength. They are not thin or cheap. They helped make my wedding feel elegant, too. I used this napkin as its intended use as well. They iron nicely and look great!

I fell in love with their dress at the first glance and ordered one for my friends formal wedding. It was just so awesome and looked exactly the same like on the picture. The material was sooooo soft and silky. The little cut near the neck line was a droopy and revealed a bit more than wat I thought I would, but then it was alright to look cozy and sexy at least once in a while.

I had ordered a dress with the size I was thinking, and received an email recommending doing a custom dress at no additional cost (which was nice because I was able to change the length and add pockets!). To be honest, based on other online shops, I was a little skeptical. I did the measurement per the video, and the dress arrived much sooner than estimated, and I absolutely love it. The quality is amazing, is unique and I can't wait to wear it at my daughter's wedding in August! I am returning the other dresses I purchased at Macy's and Nordstroms immediately. Wonderful communication- even with the time difference.

I've been emailing back and forth with a respresentative from AW Bridal for approximately 3 weeks to try to figure out how to get a dress returned. They asked for my daughter's measurements and I gave those to them. She was a half inch off in one measurement category so they told me I should've ordered the size down and they would give me $20 and I could keep the dress. When I said I wasn't satisfied with that they told me that I needed to follow 12 instructions for how to get the dress returned, but that they could only offer me a partial return of my money. This is a runaround and I would not recommend if you think there's a chance you'll need to return something!

I received a gorgeous teal gown from AW Bridal and am in love. The material is of great quality and the design fits perfectly. I love how the color contrasts with my bright red hair. It just makes me feel like a mermaid princess. I love it! Thumbs up for AW Bridal for sure!
