I purchased the Lorraine. The day it arrived I tried it on and the straps were wrong. The wedding is too close and so I requested a refund. They do not cover shipping cost and claim that since I would be shipping to China the shipping cost would be over $200 and therefore I should accept $40 instead of a full refund. They even admitted that they sent me the wrong jumpsuit which was custom made for someone else. It is poor quality material, the color isn't as vibrant as the picture, and the fit is odd. All of that wouldn't be as bad if they weren't so awful at customer service.

I’m really picky when it comes to dresses, and I usually find it hard to find a dress that I can fall in love with at first sight, but this dress is truly the exception to this rule! At first, I wasn’t able to order it quickly because the website did not have my size, but once they did, they immediately contacted me. After I ordered the dress and it was delivered, I found that there was a problem with the stitching of the hemline, and I had to return the dress. A week later, I received the replacement, and it was perfect.

As a bridal wear distributor, I was trying out this company. Had bought several saches, of which only 1 was up to standard/quality, and hence had kept it and returned the rest. First of all, they had 'forgotten' to refund me a month later even though the customer service person had confirmed he'd done so. Even then, after the second time, there was quite a bit of hassle if getting the actual refund sorted again. It took more than 1.5 months for the amount to be returned. And when it did, it's less than the amount I had paid. So overall, including returns packaging I had paid a total of almost 30pounds for a sach that didn't even 'wow' as much as what I would have paid just in the shops for a cheaper price and with less hassle!
Never again. And not recommending to any of my buyers,

Ordered my dress. Got an email about tailoring it to my measurements. I said no thanks I need it by Oct 1. Today is 9/20. They immediately said no can do we need the time to tailor it so shall we refund you? I said no thanks - I need the dress in hand and I will tailor it. Then they said it will post Oct 15th - is that alright?! Hahahaha am I going crazy or is it them?…

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY- ordered plus sized mother- of - the bride/groom dress early in July 2020- they were supposed to custom size it- gave them specific measurements-as they requested within two hours of ordering they didn't alter this poorly made dress at all- fit terrible- way too big in top and too long- arrived too late to even attempt getting altered( more than a month late-came within a few days of wedding - delivered to my mailbox with one bag shoved into another- a total wrinkled mess- from WUHAN CHINA! Again no time to alter or even get a thousand wrinkles out- then they want a huge sum of money to ship back to China. In future
I will buy items made in the USA. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I have bought a few things from this company and they have all been great quality. My absolute favorite is their wedding hair clips, they are beautiful!
