When ever I need to pay out station axix bank customer account holder the local branches of bareilly Opreation staff being posted in a branch more than tree month denied to take such payment saying this,work shut ki outstaion ka kaam kare

I am posting this to show disappointed towards your services. You have deducted multiple gst charges, consolidated charges, low balance charges that too in middle of month etc. This kind of deduction is forcing me to post such reviews on social media platforms also. I am not asking my money back but just to make people aware of your services so that they may not be bluffed by your apparently sweets words.
I request you to please work on your systems and avoid making such useless policies.

I am banking with axis since 2017.
Customer service in the Axis Bank is very prompt. They show very much respect towards customers. They take very less time for account opening and all other services.

The worst banking, half of the options in the online website account dont work, I was trying to update the phone number, it showed the option to update, when i clicked the edit, it simply showing a white screen. Not just the phone number when i click to edit the aadhar num, passport num, email everything is showing a white screen.
Secondly, when i call the axis bank customer service its showing a guys pic in the number.

I gave this two recomendation to the customer service, but this irresponsible idiots, said they will fix but no update and never fixed.

They're a bunch of clueless individuals with absolutely no sense of responsibility. One of their branch employees (Sakra Branch) came to my place on September 1st, took all documents required for opening the Account, and promised that I'd have my current account within10 days.

On September 4th, they deducted 50k from my account without even giving me any account details. Then, next week, their employee told me to wait for another 4-5 days.

And it gets even worse! After that week, the same employee came up with a ridiculous excuse, saying my KYC had been filled out incorrectly, and guess what? It was their own employee who did it wrong. They asked me to go through the whole process again.

Now, I have a demand draft for the exact amount I gave them, but it's in the name of a company that doesn't even have an account. Thanks to them, I can't access my own money.

Highly not recommended!

Brainless powerless frontend people interested only in selling you investment products; apathetic, arrogant, insolent, care two hoots, unsupervised, half knowledge disinterested back end. Together these make a potent recipe for disaster while customers like me want to commit suicide. Nothing works here.software is perhaps made by Directors stooges or relatives, never tested, full of bugs, AND no one takes feedback leave alone act on it. List of their follies is a mile long and that is just from my point of view. Have things come to such a pass in India or is it just Axis Bank shining in a hell hole! Management(i would actually like to call $#*!ed supercilious, braindead set of people) has no visibility to common customer, there is no escalation mechanism, there is actually no intention to solve anything.it is extremely frustrating. Names, addresses, telephone numbers etc. are often wrong and take endless months of follow up to get fixed(that too if one is lucky). Maybe other Banks are equally useless but I am now determined to find out.have to move away from Axis Bank now. Enough is enough.

I opened an account at Axis Bank Thondamuthur Branch, Coimbatore ******* in Dec 2022. The Branch Manager himself accompanied by another staff came to my flat, and did a very quick and efficient job of opening the account. However, a few months later, the account status had to be changed from resident to Non-Resident (NRI), and that's when the problems began. The so-called "Conversion Team", based in Bengaluru,made me fill out a huge number of forms and then proceeded to goof up the matter. End result, old debit card not working although it is still listed on my Internet Banking records and new debit card can't be issued because the bank's systems are blocking it. Hence, I can't use any payment channels like UPI channels like GPay or pay by debit card. Branch Manager doesn't want to get involved because I guess his KPIs are linked to new business. Ops Head is trying but not able to make any progress. With the added load of the Citibank retail business which Axis has acquired, the already antiquated system is bound to crash. It's best to avoid this bank.

AND AFTER APPLYING FOR LOAN WITHIN ONE WEEK RECEIVED MAIL FOR REJECT YOUR APPLICATION SO WHY PROCESS APPLICATION FOR AFTER REJECTION AND WHY PROCESS TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FOR PROCESSING FESS

NOT ANY ANSSWER FOR HOME LOAN DEPARTMENT AND NOT CLEARLY ANSWER FOR NODEL OFFICE

ITS SUCH A WHITE COLLER SCAM IN AXIS BANK COSTUMER
