I have to take and make a lot of calls internationally. Call clarity is a pain in the neck with long-distance calls. All that static and distortion affect potential sales. I switched to Axvoice about 6 months ago, and not a single poor quality call till now. 5 stars from me.
Their support is horrible. Via email only and very poor response time. Changed my billing from yearly to monthly without my permission. Doubled fees 100%. Been with them over 3 years. Had enough and went to another VoIP provider. Upon porting my number and canceling my account I received an email stating they have changed my account $39.95 for the adapter. They also stated the adapter has to be in perfect condition including all cables and power supply. I had 10 days to return it with a tracking number at my expense. They further stated if they find any issue with adapter or cables I would get no refund. Avoid AXVoice they are scammers run by Russians

Used this service to work from home and so I receive calls constantly. At first things worked well but after about a month, I noticed degradation of voice quality. I have another voip service as a backup on the same internet router which was fine. Since customer service is through email only, I notified them of this and got a response that I was to reboot the adapter--this was of no help since this is the first thing I did. Ok, I thought maybe it was a network anomaly until a few days later in which the issues returned along with a new more important issue: The company voice bridge I use for work could not reach my number. A quick email to support resulted in no response. Unfortunately looks like Axvoice is being too cost conscious at the expense of their service. I have since dropped this VoIP provider with a more competitive company offering much better customer support.

Axvoice has been my voip service from a year now. Am I satisfied? Yes, pretty much. Would I like something to get better about them? Yeah, I would like a toll free number to contact them for my concerns/issues or when I want to get things done a little faster. Will I give up Axvoice for that? Nope. Give me a voip service that cheap with all those amazing features and impressive voice quality, plus a 24/7 customer support, and Ill switch. Otherwise, I am good.
I have used VoIP for many years for the basic reason to save money. Usually, the call quality is compromised when you are using VoIP to make international calls, but this isn't the case with Axvoice. This is what I like the most about this service: call quality + lowest call rates. I can make unlimited calls, and there are no call drops or call clarity issues, and all at the lowest subscription price. Overall, my experience has been more than just satisfactory. 5 Stars from my side.
I have been using their residential calling plan for more than two years to stay in touch with my family and friends. Their features and functionality are pretty good. Unlike other VoIP services, they don't have any hidden tariffs. About the voice quality, I wasn't sure initially, but the service provides much more than I expected. Account management is also very easy.
I love to write product reviews but before I start writing something, I give that particular product or service due time to prove itself. I had been recommended Axvoice by a friend and co-worker. Initially I was not sure about the call quality because I have had terrible experiences before. One of the things that I like about Axvoice is that they allowed me to use the equipment of my old VoIP service. Otherwise, I know that cost of equipment by new VoIP service adds to the total cost of switching. During the last 30 days, I haven’t found any problems with Axvoice and they just offered great phone service to me.
I recently moved to a place that doesn't have the internet connection. IDK why I moved there but, well, the thing is that I had been using a VoIP phone back there. I switched to AxVoice when I read about its low bandwidth codecs. LOL! I don't know what those are but apparently, they allow for good quality calls even on low bandwidth. I subscribed immediately, of course because I am not shy of wasting money on buying stuff online. Hehehe. But what a relief it has been! I got the ATA equipment for free, paid the shipping charges though. No complaints so far. 5 stars
Raised my rates twice so far. I'm paying almost double on what they quoted me. There is no contact phone number, and when I click on chat nothing happens. Stay away from Axvoice.

Unlimited phone calls under 15 bucks. Have to pay less than the market price by half the price. Customer support is through email and response time is low. You've got a happy customer in me.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND RIP OFF. I PLACED A ORDER AND CANCELLED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS, AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I HAD TO CALL MY BANK AND SEND THEM THE THREAD OF EMAILS FROM THIS COMPANY SINCE YOU CAN'T CALL AND TALK TO ANYONE, TO GET MY MONEY BACK! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST.
