I had a great experience with Azazie as a bridesmaid! I used the try-on option at first to try out a few styles that I liked online. That was super helpful because a couple of those were bad fits for me, but one worked perfectly. I returned the try-on dresses and placed a custom order for my dress. I measured myself and the dress came out perfectly, I didn't need to do any additional alterations! Though Azazie will reimburse you a certain cost if you need to do alterations (not enough for some people, but would have been plenty for me since I didn't even need them). All in all, a super easy and seamless experience.

I had my bridesmaids order from this company at the beginning of 2020 for our June wedding. When the pandemic hit we were told that they would have issues sending out the dresses due to short staffing for quarantine. However the entire time the customer service was fantastic, and kept us completely in the loop, and still ended up delivering before the expected delivery date. I have since ordered from them several times and I cannot recommend this company enough. Their dresses are well sewn, well structured, and easy to care for. Absolutely love working with them.

I placed an order for 3 dresses once they arrived they did not fit as well as I was hoping. I decided to return them all back and without any problems I received a full refund plus the shipping cost!

Would definitely caution future brides against using this site. I'm in between sizes and ordered a couple dresses to try on (2 sizes in 2 cuts). After placing my order, I was notified of a restocking fee if you returned 3 or more dresses. I contacted Azazie multiple times to try and change the order but never received a response. All four dresses were made of terrible quality; I kept the one that fit best but will still need significant alterations. After returning the other dresses, I was charged $130 for a dress that was $79.99. Customer service told me it was due to shipping and restocking. No one has responded regarding why my initial two attempts to alter the order went unanswered.
Definitely do not recommend this site. Poor customer service, hidden fees, and terrible quality of dresses!

As clearly stated in our policy, which all customers are required to confirm they have read and agree to before they can check out, we charge a 10% restocking fee for returns of 3 or more dresses (this will be reduced to 2 or more dresses in the near future). This is so we can do our part to combat unnecessary waste as we are a made to order company. We do our very best to ensure have all the info they need before they check out. Our return policy is available on every page of the website, we include a link to the policy in multiple emails we send out, and the policy is linked at checkout for customers who have not had a chance to read the policy.
After a thorough check of our system, I can confirm that excluding a recent exchange regarding your refund amount, we have no record of any previous communications or requests with you through the name, email, or phone number on file for you. When we asked for any additional information that may have been used to contact us, we received no response. Instead, we received this review.
In the email I did find, you never shared that you encountered any kind of quality issue with your dresses. When you reached out, your only questions were in regards to your refund. We take quality issues very seriously so if you had let us know you were experiencing any kind of quality issue, we would have done our best to make it right.
Using Azazie has made shopping for the bridal party so easy. We all live in different states and are able to search a wide selection together, video chat instead of having to worry about traveling to one store and looking through stuff hoping they have something for all of us.

If you are looking for a good quality guess for any occasion, Azazie is the place to go. I am a bridesmaid in my friends wedding and she decided to use this site so everyone could find a dress they liked and still have it be the same color. Usually shopping online is a hassle but I love that I was able to try on dresses for $10 before purchasing the real one. Thank you Azazie for making this process easy.
When you have a bridal party that is all in different parts of their lives and different locations, it gets hard to plan a day to go pick our dresses in person. Normally ordering dresses online is scary, but Azazie makes it super easy! If you're scared to trust their sizes, you can customize your measurements. It's too convenient, and such good quality.

I loved my experience ordering try-on dresses for my bridesmaids through Azazie! They shipped quickly and the quality was amazing! We tried on dresses fairly early (my wedding is in 14 months) but we intend to buy from Azazie when the time comes! I have everyone's favorite color, style and size written down! I customized my dress and it came HUGE! And that's because I had already reduced my size by a few inches in the waist and it looked like I was wearing a trash bag. I'm so disappointed. I'm the damn maid of honor, this is unacceptable. I've tried contacting customer service weeks ago and still no response. Probably because they can't keep track of all of the complaints. Then I read that you can't return a customized order.
Well get my size RIGHT and not do a hack $#*! job so that I don't have to return it! That's what a customized size is for!
I will not be coming back and will be telling others to stay away from this vendor.
The non customized dress I had to order off Amazon ended up being a better fit.

This was a custom size ordered dress but due to being sick for two months I lost weight. I had the zipper taken in and the bust adjusted. I received many compliments on my dress. Everyone said I looked beautiful in it. I was very pleased with my purchase. Washing instructions would be helpful. I got grass stains on the bottom. I washed it by hand and it came out great. I would and have recommended Azazie to others. Their delivery was on time and I had no issues with them.

We looked into your review and we do see this was the second time you purchased from us. Our process and delivery windows have not changed since your first purchase in 2021. As a Made-to-Order company, we did need time to create the dresses you ordered and we did provide a delivery window for you at checkout. Despite it being the busy season, our team was able to get your dresses to you a week before the start of your delivery window.
I am so sorry that there was some confusion about our Refund policy, as we do encourage and require customers to review this policy before ordering. As a company, we care about the environment and keeping costs low, so restocking fees are necessary to discourage ordering more than needed with the idea returning what is not.
I am quite disappointed in my purchase. First thing I noticed is the bust area was so tight that I felt I was going to rip it if I breathed in too deeply. My seamstress looked at it and determined the bust was at least 2 inches smaller than what the size chart projected for a size 4. The bodice was also off, so she is fixing that for me. Only positive thing I can say is the shipping was expedient, but I would have much preferred better quality and a slightly longer wait time as opposed to what I received.

Bought a dressy pant suit after trying it on. Realized when I got my order that the try on was stretched out. Gonna be very uncomfortable after paying over 250$ Also the pants fit very different in front. Not a fan. But no time to exchange and no one ever answers a email or phone

I placed an order for the My Darling Daydreamer black sequin gown, the picture on the website showed the dress had a lining, the one I received did not. It's very uncomfortable and not the kind of material you want on your skin all night. The image on the website clearly showed the dress had a liner. This is very unfortunate because I buy dresses to loan out to our local high school girls free of charge and this one was a special request. Very disappointed.

My niece who is getting married recommended Azazie since her bridesmaids needed afford dresses. I had my daughter measured for an Azazie dress by a professional seamstress. Based on my daughter's measurements she would need a custom dress which requires contacting Azazie. I have tried for several days at different times throughtout the day to reach Azazie. I also left several messages requesting call back as their system prompted me to do. I still haven't heard from Azazie so I'll be getting a bridesmaids dress elsewhere. Also reading other reviews since my experience; I've discovered others have problems with their Customer Service. Definitely not using them!

I ordered 2 dresses, checked the status a few weeks later only be told the order was canceled due to non payment. I paid at the time of the order via credit card and never even received an email that the order was canceled. This card is not anywhere near the limit, so there should not have been any issues.
I was going to re-order them and give this company a second chance, but the price went up $50 per dress and Azazie won't honor the original sale price. This is a horrible way to do business and horrendous customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

My friend is getting married in December. Each girl got to pick their own dress. We ordered custom fitting and mine barely hits my ankles. It is way to big in the chest. I'm happy to alter my dress but I don't have enough fabric to make the adjustments (like adding length to a skirt). I tried to talk with them about a possible error in making my dress. It has taken three months for them to "quality check" my dress. I have four months. The dress feels cheap. I was really looking forward to ordering from here since you usually hear good things but the more I look into reviews - the more I notice this is a repeating issue. Maybe you will be one of the many with no problems but I would say ordering here is definitely a risk. I will not be getting dresses here for my wedding. No one should have to jump through the hoops their quality team makes you jump through. Even though customer service people here are nice (shout out to Holly).

One of my bridesmaids bought a dress before the other two in my wedding party. Shortly after she bought hers, they discontinued that color, then refused to refund the money for the dress that could no longer be used. There was no warning that the color was going to be discontinued, so there was no way to plan ahead. After reaching out to the company, they would not let her return the brand new dress or refund the money for that dress. I HIGH recommend you find another site to get your dresses off, unless you want the chance that your bridesmaids will have to wear different colors.

Hello Felicia, this is incorrect. Your dress was not accepted for return because the dress was received over 130 days ago, well outside the 30 day return window. The dress was ordered in August 2022, received in September 2022. The color Red was retired in December 2022 and our site was well as our KB under the Retiring Colors and Styles article was updated to reflect this in November 2022. Your bridesmaid reached out in January 2023. The team did offer great solutions to help you including finding a dress from our Try-On program at a steep discount in the color needed or 10% off a new dress. Both were refused. We are sorry we could not come to a resolution and we do our best to be honest and provide clear updates to our customers and ask they do the same. Thank you Azazie Management.
Its a great site their are multiple options of dresses, the styles are okay but some dresses are not built well for different types of bodies ie. A woman with a larger bust or a smaller bust the way the dresses are designed some don't fit well.
The first dress i had ordered on their 75% outlet came in quick it was cheap but i guess that was the catch when i received the dress there was a large like oil residue on it right as i tried it on and in front of the dress so i could not wear it contacted the company and they gave me a partial refund which was like 20$.
Re ordered second dress full price and everything was fine.

Horrible customer service. The dress I ordered was 2 sizes too small. The packing slip they provided for a return had a barcode to Scan for the return label. The image is so small no one can scan it. My request for a return label by email 3 days ago has been ignored. The customer has absolutely no way to reach this company. They do not answer the phone. They do not answer email. I would rate them a negative 10 on their ability to provide a correctly sized product. I give them a negative hundred for their availability to clients. Azazie should be ashamed of themselves for their complete lack of customer service. If you read the reviews...which sadly I did not...my issues with azazie are a reoccurring theme

I ordered dresses for my bridesmaids and they all turned out lovely! We went for a mixture of standard and custom sizings and overall they were great. The only issue I had was that one of my younger bridesmaids was insistent on an adult style which we presumed to be fine as she was over the minimums for custom sizing, but when it came it was ill fitting and just didn't look right on her - I wish I had just gone for a child style instead, especially as it was £40 more and looked worse. We couldn't return it as it was customised and had to buy another dress last minute, so I would be wary of getting custom dresses too close to the extremes. Overall I would recommend this brand though!

I have been an Azazie customer for a few years now, even recommended multiple brides to use this company. The dress quality is okay. It matches the affordable price, and there are lots of options for bridesmaids. But I will never use or recommend Azazie again after dealing with their terrible customer service. Recently, I shipped 2 dresses back that didn't fit with the company's return label, and in their box at the start of January. A week into the package's journey from NJ the package was delayed in WA state. FedEx lost the package/interrupted the return. Once the package didn't move for a week, I contacted Azazie and they began an investigation. They told me it would take 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks of no communication I had to contact them and they said that FedEx could not confirm losing the package. Then that was it. Regardless of the error on FedEx's part they refused to reimbursement me for my $178 dollar return. A good customer service would reimburse me because I did my part in the package's return. An error occurred that was out of my control. I will not be using or recommending Azazie again. Terrible customer service.

The structure of the dress is absolutely awful. 3/5 bridesmaids needed serious alterations and the others just didn't look nice. Avoid unless you plan to do the try-before-you-buy program.
For the price that was paid, not good.
Thankfully with my custom measurements my dress was made to the correct size and my dress was wearable (as a bridesmaid), but it still didn't look good on and the front part of the dress was botched by their seamstresses. The sewing was sloppy. There should be an option to get bra pads sewn in or not. The bra pads were horrible and were going in different directions bc of the way they were sewn into the dress and when I cut them out, it still look bad. Who has time to run to another alteration when you already ordered a CUSTOM dress?
My dress was thrown in a box and wrinkled when arrived. The first dress i ordered didnt come thrown in a box & wrinkled but my custom sized one did.
CHECK YOUR BODY'S MEASUREMENTS before ordering bc they have a restock fee and it is absolutely ridiculous. Its how they stay in business I assume.
I went ahead and wore the dress, but it wasnt the best for these prices. Definitely wouldnt bother ordering a wedding dress here. Save yourself a headache. If you really want to look nice, go local and pay a few dollars more for better quality. Grab a dress that you can wear more than once,
