I had a great experience with Azazie as a bridesmaid! I used the try-on option at first to try out a few styles that I liked online. That was super helpful because a couple of those were bad fits for me, but one worked perfectly. I returned the try-on dresses and placed a custom order for my dress. I measured myself and the dress came out perfectly, I didn't need to do any additional alterations! Though Azazie will reimburse you a certain cost if you need to do alterations (not enough for some people, but would have been plenty for me since I didn't even need them). All in all, a super easy and seamless experience.
Do not order from Azazie. My sister ordered three try on dresses and she got an error message with her credit card. She tried a couple of times and then my mother gave her a credit card to use. The order went through, but then my mother got an email with the following message (slightly paraphrased): "We regret to inform you that your recent order has been cancelled. To ensure the security of all our customers, we have stringent fraud detection measures in place. After a thorough review, we found the transaction associated with your order did not meet our security criteria. If you believe this cancellation is in error, please do not hesitate to contact us" We assumed that this was some basic automatic check and all would be cleared up with a simple email or a phone call. She had recently moved to a different state and we had waited to place the order until she moved, so it would get delivered to her new address. So it follows that some automatic check found no purchases associated with her credit card in the new state. I assume that's why they refused her credit card - I don't know why they canceled her order after allowing my mothers credit card to go through. The chat help person said that a supervisor was required and that it wouldn't be until after the weekend. We were under somewhat of a time crunch, so I just tried to order the dresses on my credit card but I found that I could not even complete the order - before I even finished checking out, I got a pop up that said "This account closed due to unusual activity." I assumed it would be just like when your credit card algo flags something odd (my sister had just gotten a new job and moved a few states over) and would be resolved with a simple phone call. We got an email back saying that they reviewed the issue, but decided to keep the account blocked. My mother is in her mid 70s now and was trying to help me out by taking something off of my plate, so I had assumed that this course of events was a result of her getting some information wrong. Again, I assumed it would be resolved with a simple phone call. I got on the phone with Azazie customer service, explained to a very nice person, and was totally assured that I would receive a call by a supervisor within the next 24 hours. The same thing happened the next day. And the next day. And the next day. It took a week to get someone on the phone. Her grand plan? "Well, YOUR account isn't suspended, so you can order the try on dresses to yourself and then ship them to her! You just can't have them sent to her address." Ma'am, that isn't a solution, I thought of that last week. Also it makes zero sense. You are basically admitting to me over the phone that you have no problem with dresses purchased with my credit card going to that address. I went round and round with her. She said the address was permanently blocked. I told her that my sister won't live there forever, what about the poor soul who moves in after her? No answer for that. She said that we got blocked because my attempts were made with multiple credit cards. Well, obviously. They wouldn't accept my sisters card, so the next obvious thing to do is to try another card. I asked her what I should tell my friends to do if a card gets rejected, if they don't want their addresses blocked for life. No answer for that. In exasperation, I asked if this was because my sister is poor. Her credit is fine, but she's very low income.
Horrible customer service. The dress I ordered was 2 sizes too small. The packing slip they provided for a return had a barcode to Scan for the return label. The image is so small no one can scan it. My request for a return label by email 3 days ago has been ignored. The customer has absolutely no way to reach this company. They do not answer the phone. They do not answer email. I would rate them a negative 10 on their ability to provide a correctly sized product. I give them a negative hundred for their availability to clients. Azazie should be ashamed of themselves for their complete lack of customer service. If you read the reviews...which sadly I did not...my issues with azazie are a reoccurring theme

I've been a bridesmaid 9 times so I've had to buy thousands of dollars worth of dresses over the years. This was the first time that I actually really liked the dress and was happy with the price. $60 for a bridesmaid dress is such a relief as I've often had to pay 3x that amount. Definitely recommend to all the brides out there who don't want their friends to resent them! Being a bridesmaid shouldn't cost an arm and leg ;)

I got this dress for a STEAL & it fits like a glove. I was so surprised to find out it actually will fit better despite my measurements being bigger than their sizing guide. This was a clearance dress also, so I couldn't believe when I received it that it had ZERO flaws! And I received the order in less than a week. Beyond impressed with every part of this company!

I love the option to try-on bridesmaid dresses. The return processes is simple and it's free shipping! I've ordered many different styles for my bridesmaids to try on. I love the variety of the dresses. There is definitely dresses for everyone :)
Tip for consumers:
If you are looking for bridesmaid dresses for the try-on process, and you cannot find colour and size, just order a different colour and focus on the style and correct size of the dress.

I had a difficult time trying to find a bright white veil for my wedding dress. I scrolled through the different styles on Azazie, and found a veil with the exact same patterns as my wedding dress bought elsewhere. It was a perfect match and I didn’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on it. It was very reasonably priced.
Currently, I’ve been ordering bridesmaid dresses through the try-on process for my bridesmaids. We all love the option of the many different styles. So far one of my bridesmaids has found her perfect match. I’ll be ordering more dresses for my bridesmaids to try on :)

I ordered a dress in January for an April wedding. With everything going on with the world (COVID-19) I got the best customer service from Emily. I have been beyond impressed, and she eased some stress I had, and as she couldn't fully help me (it was beyond her control) she helped me in the only way she could. All other bridesmaids have their dresses and look amazing and the quality is amazing! I would 100% order from them again.

I used Azazie's Try at Home option and got 4 dresses and paid $10 each to try on. It was worth it to me to find the one I wanted. The price of the dress was very reasonable, and quality is good for the price. I did end up choosing one of the dresses I tried on but got it in a different color. I also got all 4 dresses in different colors to see which one I liked the best.

I ordered a size A0 from Azazie and it was too big for me (this is their smallest size). So I ordered a
Custom size dress from them instead and after a month, they sent me a dress that was 4 sizes bigger than me! The waist alone was 9 cm too big! They basically gave me no option other than sending me a dress in the correct size that would take another month to get to me (which they knew my event date would have passed by then). They refused to make my correct size dress faster for me and did not take any responsibility for their mistake! I was so stressed and furious and had to go to tailor shop 6 times to get it fixed. When I returned the A0 dress they also deducted 10% restocking fee from me! Bottom line: they don't care about customers at all and don't have any empathy with you or care about you, they just want to get your money! I would definitely stay away from them!
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from them unless you have more than 3 months to your event and you know your size and order a size smaller than what says on their website cause their sizes are not accurate). For returning they take a 10% fee from you so be aware of that!

I ordered this dress for a wedding. The color was perfect. The size guide was easy for me to get my perfect size. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. I added the garment bag to my order. The dress wasn't too heavy to wear all day. It was easy to dance in. And a dress I could wear again.

Both my girls ordered their bridesmaids dresses from Azazie. We sent in the measurements as requested. When the dresses came in, the measurements they used were not the measurements we gave. Because it was custom made, we couldn't return it. Instead, we had to pay additional money to have the dresses altered to the measurements we provided Azazie. If your going to ask for measurements, then you should make the dress according to those measurements. We were 100% dissatisfied with the results.

Do not order a dress from this unethical company. They use a terrible substandard shipping company and when my dresses were lost, they told me they couldn't do anything to help but would offer me a discount to buy more dresses. They know I have no choice but to buy from them because my bride chose a dress from their store, so they don't think they have to help. Now I'm out $350 dollars and they want me to spend $150 more to get a new dress! If they hire a substandard shipping company (SpeedX), they should ship new dresses when the first set fails to arrive.

I almost never write negative reviews; the product has to be exceptionally bad for me to go to the trouble of writing a review. Buy from Azazie if you want a trashy bridesmaid dress. My bridesmaid dress arrived and I could immediately tell it was CHEAP (except that it wasn't... it cost $116). The material feels cheap and "plasticky". The worst part is, the bodice won't lie flat. There are giant, un-flattenable lumps in it. Buy Azazie if you want to look like you have lumpy, mis-shapen boobs. It is really, really bad. Also, the dress arrived wrinkled beyond belief but you're not supposed to iron it. Steaming doesn't begin to help. I wish I had time to send it back.

Cheap fabric, size runs at least 2 sizes too small. You cannot cancel your order after seeing the samples as they take longer than than the 72 hours required to cancel.

With regards to our cancellation policy. It is 72 hours as we are a made to order company. Once we begin the production of your dress we can't stop production but we do have a generous return policy to allow returns of standard dresses within 15 days of receipt. We do recommend ordering samples before ordering a dress to ensure the style and size needed. I will pass your feedback along to our production team to see if we can extend our window though. I cannot even believe how many hours and how much stress this company has cost me. Bear with me - my original order was lost in the mail, and they wouldn't answer my calls or emails. UPS wouldn't help, so I made a claim through my bank. I still had two other orders with Azazie pending at the time. A few days later, I get an email threatening me that if I don't cancel the claim with my bank, they will refuse to honor my other orders or refund them, essentially holding my money hostage. They said if I did cancel they would work with me to resolve it. I was extremely scared, and nervous as these dresses were for both my sister and my best friend's weddings that are in a few months, both of which I am the maid of honor for. After I did what they asked and cancelled the claim, they still refused to give me my original money back, offering me a 10% discount on a future order instead for my troubles...unreal. They also refused to refund my two other orders even though I showed them proof from my bank that the original claim had been cancelled. Absolutely atrocious customer service, not to mention I am now down at least $300. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Also - the dresses the other bridesmaids did get from there are horrible quality, so you are not missing out.

We want to clarify we did not refuse your refund, we initiated the refund process and were hindered by the chargeback that you filed with your bank. We show that your two other orders were refunded on 2/17. We apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred.
We previously communicated that your original order ZZ0329342628 was delivered to the address provided on 1/6. We understand that you may not have received the package, but unfortunately, since the delivery was confirmed by the carrier, USPS, and you waited to contact us 25 days later on 1/31 we were unable to initiate an investigation or claim.
Additionally, filing a chargeback is never recommended and can cause a lot of problems for both the merchant and the customer. In this case, the chargeback not only added roadblocks to the refund process with our company but also with your financial institution.
Regarding the discount that was offered to you, we understand that this may not have been satisfactory.
We take all feedback seriously and will use this experience as an opportunity to improve our processes and customer service.

Terrible customer service. Ordered two sample sizes and then chose the size that fit me best (to order in the actual bridesmaid dress). Ordered that size in the real bridesmaid dress. The size came in and fit completely differently (tight on shoulders and waist where it had fit with extra room in the sample size). When I requested that the company mail me two sizes (as I paid for the samples, spent time trying them on, and chose my correct size), they asked for a picture of me measuring myself to prove that I was the size I was ordering. If I didn't go out of my way to order 2 different samples, then I would agree. However, I went out of my way to ensure that the size I was ordering was the correct one. Azazie needs to choose better sample sizing and make sure that the sample accurately reflects the size of the dress you are ordering. Additionally, if someone has a problem with the sample vs real size of the dress they ordered, the customer service team needs to handle it efficiently and in a timely manner. This has caused multiple back and forth emails and phone calls and the issue still is not resolved.
