I purchased a bracelet which took weeks to get from Los angeles ( I live in Los Angeles). Upon finally receiving it although lovely, it is very fragile and the possibility of wearing it regularly is impossible without it getting damaged. I need and expected something more substantial for the price. I want to return it but no one answers the phone and when you leave a voicemail, you get an auto- generated email. They will only give you a store credit, no refund to your original form of payment ( that they take immediately). Buyer beware, there are better jewelry items out there with no penalties for no liking their subpar merchandise!
