I tried using Google Shopping. Bad experience. Going directly to the Backyard pool superstore was easy and quick, no problems. Order was shipped same day and I received my order right on schedule as promised.

Great friendly customer service. Their technical support staff very helpful regardless of whether you buy parts from them or not. In fact the technical support staff did help me choose the right product. All in all good value for money. The only negative I have is that the "Seal" that came with the motor was the incorrect type and I had to spend an additional $30 to get it from a local pool store.

My overall experience was favorable. My initial delivery date was scheduled for the next day (which pleasantly surprised me), but then somehow it was pushed back a couple of days. The pool cleaner works very well and I am very satisfied with its performance.

For some reason the page I ordered from will not come back up. It could be my 72 yr old mind, but it is frustrating. I messaged to add the leader hose. Hope I get it!

Seems fine I have satisfied my end of this agreement and now waiting on Superstore to on-time deliver a good product. Pump seems to work well, was a China made Century but it appears to be ok. Will see how long it last

I never saw a shipping method. How long will it take to get here?

Your picture online did not match what i received. I thought i had to get the exact model. Which i was willing to pay more for, but in the end you shipped me the correct replacement part...but i could have paid less money from other vendors. That was disappointing because I feel I was "bait and switched"..

The filters were exactly what I needed. It was great that your description included the measurements and made it easy to verify. Very helpful. The delivery was exceptionally quick. Will definitely be using backyard pool for future purchases.

So far, so good. I spoke to Bill at Backyard Pool superstore before ordering, so I knew exactly what I was getting. He was extremely helpful. It includes the most up to date sensor, power cord, and a seal off plug that can be used for cleaning later. Separately, these items run about $600. I was happy to pay just over $350 and have a spare sensor and the cleaning plug I had been wanting. I highly recommend this store.

Had to check the shipping and return policy to continue with checking out. Then it wanted a coupon code which I don't have. Shipping is very expensive for this little item. Took 9 days to get here, I think the Postal Service would have been cheaper and faster.

Hard to communicate with...called for three days no one would ever pick up the phone, even left a message for a call back...still waiting. Had ordered the wrong part just wanted to know what to do about switching out parts.

Pump being installed by service guy 2/12/15. Therefore I can not comment on the pump operation today (2/11). However, the order was easy to place, your guys were really very helpful on the phone and the delivery was super fast - 3 days. I will certainly continue to buy from the Backyard pool Superstore.
