Seems fine I have satisfied my end of this agreement and now waiting on Superstore to on-time deliver a good product. Pump seems to work well, was a China made Century but it appears to be ok. Will see how long it last

I never saw a shipping method. How long will it take to get here?

Your picture online did not match what i received. I thought i had to get the exact model. Which i was willing to pay more for, but in the end you shipped me the correct replacement part...but i could have paid less money from other vendors. That was disappointing because I feel I was "bait and switched"..

The filters were exactly what I needed. It was great that your description included the measurements and made it easy to verify. Very helpful. The delivery was exceptionally quick. Will definitely be using backyard pool for future purchases.

So far, so good. I spoke to Bill at Backyard Pool superstore before ordering, so I knew exactly what I was getting. He was extremely helpful. It includes the most up to date sensor, power cord, and a seal off plug that can be used for cleaning later. Separately, these items run about $600. I was happy to pay just over $350 and have a spare sensor and the cleaning plug I had been wanting. I highly recommend this store.

The communication on the shipping status could be better. It appeared that the order had not been shipped(status was "new" or "in progress" or something like that). I contacted customer service and they informed me that the product would arrive the next business day. I'm satisfied with the shipping speed, I just normally expect to have a tracker or some other gauge of the shipping progress.

So far, so good on the pool pump motor. It makes the pump move water...can't really expect more or less.

I was forced to build password/account not what I had desired. Hence the reduced rating. Other than that I'll know more when item arrives. GARY

Had to check the shipping and return policy to continue with checking out. Then it wanted a coupon code which I don't have. Shipping is very expensive for this little item. Took 9 days to get here, I think the Postal Service would have been cheaper and faster.

Irritating as all heck. Your web site allows when you set up an account to set a different shipping and billing address, which I have. But when doing so, the system will not accept the order. If it is necessary that both match, do not allow them to be different.

Your phone system gives the lame lecture about options having changed and listen carefully. I don't care if the options changed some years ago. Just give the options. Don't tell me to listen carefully. That is a lecture you can give to children. Assume that your customers are adults.

Hard to communicate with...called for three days no one would ever pick up the phone, even left a message for a call back...still waiting. Had ordered the wrong part just wanted to know what to do about switching out parts.

Overall placing and receiving my order was exceptional. The delivery arrived way before I was expecting it, like within 2 days. The pool cleaner hoses don't seem of the same quality as the ones I replaced, the plastic was a bit thinner and they seem more flexible which means they twist easier and get a bit tangled when my cleaner is moving. You get what you pay for, the price was about 20% less expensive than the original manufacturer hoses, which is significant when you have to replace 10.

They sell on eBay and Amazon. Placed 2 orders that were both cancelled as they could not honor the price they falsely advertised. Shady seller.

Pump being installed by service guy 2/12/15. Therefore I can not comment on the pump operation today (2/11). However, the order was easy to place, your guys were really very helpful on the phone and the delivery was super fast - 3 days. I will certainly continue to buy from the Backyard pool Superstore.

Did online reviews on various pool cleaning robots. Checked with local pool supplier selling a number of types of auto cleaning robots including Dolphin and indicated that Dolphin had the best on the market today. It's just a decision that has to be make on which Dolphin fits your particular situation. I called Backyard Pools direct to get more specifics. I have a small pool so I chose the Dolphin Nautilus CC. Can't wait to try it.

Shipping took longer than expected and when I called to check on status of the order, they never returned my call and didn't respond to my email. I finally did receive the product, but their customer service is lacking.

Everything was fine except UPS delivered on Friday and put on their website that business was closed and could not deliver. I think it was a lot of bowl. This is a residency house. So instead of getting it Friday I got it Monday but my front door. The only problem I have is that I had to wait another three days because of UPS. I don't see why they can leave it by my front door on Friday when they left it there on Monday and put some BS excuse on the website that they tried what the business was closed. Be nice to see companies be honest and just say we ran out of time. My overall experience with the cool supplier was fantastic thank you again

So far so good. Price was less than 1/2 local pool store so i saved a ton. I bought an LED light - it was sent in just the regular packaging. I would suggest packing something this breakable in a bigger box with packing materials to protect it. The box looked pretty beat up - haven't installed it yet but it doesn't look broken. Only got the light yesterday, was going to install this weekend.

First time customer. I ordered the tune up kit for a Polaris pool cleaner. It arrived quickly and I was very happy with the quality of the parts and they fit perfectly. Instructions were very good. My Polaris is now working fine.

My order did not arrive as I had ordered it. I ordered 2 (two) 25 lbs containers of product an received 1 (one) 50 lbs container. This was an order was not all being used at one house but two houses we have and it is extremely inconvenient to have to divide it up (this still hasn't been done). I expected to receive the order as I had ordered it. Therefore, I will not be using your site in the future.

Well. I had to get a PayPal account to set up for you do not take P.O. Box as Billing, though it is my billing of my cards since my Physical address is on a private road and U.S. Postal does not service. Kind of annoying since I deal with many other companies and they have Billing and Separate delivery address if needed.

Yea, the requirement to do PayPal was still annoying...

Ordered from a different company, took two weeks just to be told we couldn't get the filter without paying almost $300 more for freight. Ordered with Backyard on a Thursday, the truck pulled up and dropped off my filter before noon on Tuesday. Crazy fast, not outrageous shipping costs etc. will definitely be ordering here again!

Easy to use site-- You had the best online price for this item. You ask for a discount code which "wets the appetite" but could find no link to same.
Product arrived within a week, seems it is very well made and looks as though it will last a long time. Hook up was very easy. Was concerned that guarantee would only be for 60 days because of it not being professionally installed but paperwork that came with pump (Pentair) indicates 1 Year--- hope I don't have to test that. I was very happy with everything about this purchase.

My relatively small order was shipped in three parts that arrived over the course of two weeks. I would rather have waited to get everything in one shipment, but I know the coronavirus is making things difficult for shippers. Other than that, great products at great prices!
