I requested a return label a few days from receiving my items due to not being able to attach my rack. They sent me a rude email stating it was the size for my vin. I responded I had a missing part and could not attach and requested the return. They emailed me an address and no shipping label.

I purchased an expensive Mopar lift kit from them off their eBay store. Turns out they didn't even have the lift kit in stock. They're listing on eBay showed it would be delivered in 6 days, which is impossible when they even don't have it. They charged my credit card and wouldn't respond to messages. I had to call eBay customer service to get refunded. I left negative feedback on eBay with 100% truth and they responded with 100% lies. They are the typical bad company that blames their customers instead of admitting their wrong doing, if you need proof, search their responses to all their negative feedback. Avoid Bam Wholesale parts, there are plenty of reputable honest company's to buy from.

DO NOT BUY FROM BAM WHOLESALE PARTS, they are unethical, unresponsive, they lie to their customers and it's never their fault.

I had to buy from a competitor after Bam Wholesale Parts didn't even have the item yet they charged my credit card and wouldn't respond to my messages. I had to ask eBay to refund my money.
They show a picture and description of floor mats for my 2015 Durango for all 3 rows. But in small print in description, they say only 3rd row. The price reflects all 3 rows as sold by other sites. I wish I would have purchased off Amazon instead of BAM since their Website tricks you.

They scam you into believing you're going to receive what's on the picture. Then in small writing describe something else. Go buy from a reputable site like Amazon.

I ordered 3 parts for my car and 2 of them had to be ordered from the manufacturer. BAM let me know and they still arrived quickly and in condition expected. After that, I ordered a moon roof deflector from BAM without checking other sites. Arrived in 2 days and I already installed it. Car looks great, products are perfect! Definitely will use this site for parts in the future.

I was worried about purchasing from Bam after reading all these negative reviews. I eventually decided the savings were worth the possible troubles, and plus they allow purchases through PayPal, so you get buyer protection anyway with free return shipping. Anyway, I placed a very large order with 30+ items and they filled it perfectly. Every part number matches exactly what I ordered perfectly. Handling took about a day and they were shipped quickly. I asked them a few questions throughout the process and they were fast and accurate with their responses. Overall great experience. I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.
Im military and needed a few things before i shipped my car overseas. Well i received the cheaper of my 2 packages. While my 166.10 part is still missing. I have contacted the company multiple times with zero resolution or response. I have a ton of friends that order their parts online and i definitely will not be recommending this company. Its beyond frustrating that my hard earned money i used to fix my vehicle before going oversea where parts are even harder to find is absolutely nuts.
Wrong part was in the box they sent me. No apology, blamed Toyota, would not send correct part. Kept going on and on about VIN to make sure correct part, but that is irrelevant if you don't even send the part that is ordered. Hard to reach and absolutely will not admit fault or work to correct things. I'm sure I'll still get charged a restocking fee for their mistake.
These guys never answer their phone, shipped me an already returned item that was missing parts. Took two weeks to get what was missing. Bad attitude and punk kid attitude when I did finally get them to answer the phone. Had to track them down and found three separate phone numbers before I could them to finally take my call. They do not respond to emails sent through their website not do they answer their published phone number on their site. Just place your order online and pay, thats all that they care about.
I ordered a lift kit for my Jeep, brought it to the dealer to have it put on and it's missing parts. I emailed Bam wholesale parts because they don't have a phone number to call and still haven't heard back from them!
I placed an order with this company a week prior and had to place a second order so, I asked for some shipping assistance. They replied back with "so what" type of an attitude, not to mention, they couldn't even locate my first order that had arrived. Just plain rude. I don't see a company with this type of CS last were long on the online market. I guess I should have review them prior to placing the orders. They won't be getting any additional business from me or any one I know as we order a ton of parts on line.

Very disappointed in their service, lack of responsiveness, empathy, etc. order for a 520 dollar roof each was made aug 8, the package got apparently lost and they never checked with me. I found this out a month later when i emailed them about the package. The whole sale dept never returns phone calls and they never called me to give some personal touch or to apologize. I asked them to call me by email and gave them my cell number. I called their managers, and each time when i reached someone they said they would get to the bottom of this but never heard back. I sent them an email early this week to resend the rack, almost two months after i paid for it. Still dont have the rack.
... all items were replacement Toyota parts and I live three blocks from Interstate 86 in New York. I also benefit from the catalogues of Amayama.com to confirm parts for Japanese built vehicles. I thought Toyota prices were hefty until I checked out Nissan's show.
I purchased several thousand dollars of parts from these guys for the first time using them... they answered all my questions and got me the correct parts for my project one of the parts was damaged in shipping and the got right on it and got me a replacement without any BS
I returned an item as it did not match the website description. I paid $45 for the return shipping. They withheld $13.85 from the refund for there shipping cost. Stay away from this company. UNETHICAL!
Terrible website. They sent me a USED Defective part and when I ask to send it back they tell me since I had it installed that it is not refundable. They said they can only send it back to warranty and send me a new part. Why were they sending me a used part in the first place this was not stated anywhere on the website. It cost me $100 at the Dealer to have it removed. SCAM SCAM SCAM do not purchase from this shady website...
Looking for an OEM rear set cover for my family's 21 Jetta, and came across BAM Autoparts via a Google Search. Was a little leery at first as it was a website I had never used or heard of before, but decided to take a chance as the price was at least 25% cheaper than our local VW dealer. Shipping took about 3 days to action but then had it on my doorstep 2 days later after I got the shipped notification. Will definitely try these guys again for my future OEM parts needs.
Like others, I had trepidation in placing a large order for accessories for a new car due to mostly negative reviews. Unfortunately I saw the reviews AFTER I had placed the order. So I held my breath and hoped for the best.
The order and products arrived on time, all are as described (OEM) and in perfect condition.
Ordered product and BAM can't deliver! I guess that don't need my $1072. If the product is on back at least give me a eta. I'll take my money elsewhere!
Great upfront pricing, some of the cheapest I could find but the lack of customer support they have when something goes wrong is not worth. I will stick with other Mopar vendors from here on.
I bought fuel filters kit for my Ram through amazon and the seller is BAM wholesale parts.
I received everything in order, but then i realized that one filter wasn t necessary for my application. I assume the responsability for this mistake.
Promptly i sent it back the same day i received the kit. Was may 11 2019.
So far i ve never received my partially refund.
And the company have already received my return long time ago.
Impossible to contact BAM wholesale parts.

I M SHOCKED THAT AMAZON USES THIS COMPANY
I ordered a trailer hitch from this website that showed pictures of the bolts and bumper cover as being included. This item didn't have a detailed list of what was included so I based my purchase decision off the photos showing everything included. I received the hitch with nothing else included. I contacted their customer service department and expressed my concern and they informed me this was not included and I could return if I wanted but would have to pay the shipping myself. This website is falsly advertising their products. Their customer service department was extremely rude and informed me the photo of the Jeep in the picture wasn't included either. There are 10+ websites with the same part including the bolts and hitch cover for close to the same price. I only went with this site because it had $15 shipping rather than $30+.
The customer service agent I was emailing with refused to give me their name or the information for the owner/manager of the website after I requested it.
After spending $230, you'd think they'd be a bit more helpful. I wish I would have read all the bad reviews from other people concerning this websites false advertising. Now my options are to ship back and lose out on the shipping I've already paid, and pay another $25 to ship back, or to buy the bolts/bumper cover kit for $40+.
This company is an absolute joke, it is as if it were run by children.
I ordered a cargo net which, according to their website, was a direct fit for my car. I received a cargo net that did not fit. It turns out their website had incorrect information on the part. When I emailed them about it, I receive a smartass reply saying that the part did not fit because I had the wrong car for it. After some unproductive back-and-forth with them, I finally got a return shipping label, and a week after the product was delivered back to them, I still had no refund. I emailed them threatening to file a dispute against them with my credit card, upon which they promptly informed me that they had refunded me for the purchase less shipping. I informed them that I expect nothing less than a full refund of what I paid, because their website contained incorrect information, and I am still waiting for a response. Eventually I did get the part number for the correct cargo net from my dealership. When I searched that part number on BAM's website, it came up as unavailable.
This company is sketchy as all get-out, they don't answer emails promptly, and they don't answer their phones at all, even during normal business hours. They are arrogant, snotty, and unhelpful.
Rip offs. Sent me a defective EV charger and then would not accept the return. The box was suspect because it was not the original packaging and had been opened.

Ordered parts on March 31, received an email stating 3 of the items are back ordered it would be 5-7 day out. Stated calling on the 8th day after no response by email. Called more than 14 times no answer left messages, wrote 6-8 emails no answer finally 7pm I get an email parts will show up next business day. One day goes by no tracking or information on the next day I start calling again no answer no call back, finally call the GM of the dealership, he did handle it got a phone call back within 30 min from Nate, Nate DOES EXIST HE' S A REAL PERSON! Of corse he blames me for he's $#*!ty service. Stay away from this business!
