I requested a return label a few days from receiving my items due to not being able to attach my rack. They sent me a rude email stating it was the size for my vin. I responded I had a missing part and could not attach and requested the return. They emailed me an address and no shipping label.
Great experience with BAM. I ordered new Kicker speakers for my 2017 Subaru Forester. They were the least inexpensive on the internet and shipping was excellent.
I found the parts I needed for my Dodge and they have some good promotions. Their site was easy to use and I was able to see when my parts where going to be shipped out to me.
Ordered 3 things for my 22 wrx,,all came to my house within 5 days,,,would do business with them again,,,have good prices also
All accessories for my Subaru were received on time and are OEM. Good communication from seller and parts were exactly as described.

You better wish nothing how's wrong with your order. Otherwise you will have to start all over again.
I purchased a $200 part and paid for overnight shipping. 4 days later no part and they could care less. I will NEVER buy from them again.

Purchased 3 items from website based on recommendations and pricing (cargo all weather mat liner, door guards, blackout emblems)
Received items on time but didn't get correct ordered items. Gave me Limited emblems instead of XSE. Send in concern today. Will update based upon my experiences. I'm hoping they rectify this mix up quickly
Prices are decent. Let's see if customer service is better than what is posted here. Whats wrong in the photo if I specified I drive a RAV4 XSE

Moving down to one star. Received an email response saying it was my fault and i ordered the wrong part. I can see why the customer service is the reason for low ratings. Let me give you feedback customers are not in the business to order wrong parts. If we made an error, please offer good service and help us remedy the situation. In this instance, i did not purposefully ask for the wrong part. I just want this fixed so i can go on with my day. Will update again...

Still unresolved received a response did I receive a part from them. Yes I did but it's the wrong part I can see how the error occurred even offered to send part back in exchange for what I ordered

I understand the confusion over the "B". But the resolution should not take 4 days of 5 emails confirming yes I received the wrong part, two bank resolution emails saying the items were shipped, and one online chat to collect the same info that you sent the wrong part.

I emailed BAM asking if they had Trackhawk exhaust tips in stock (there's no phone number listed). I received a quick response confirming they had them in stock and a price quote was given. Seemed very pleasant via email. They told me the quote was good for 24 hours. I responded right away and placed the order for the pair of tips (left and right) including a pair of clamps. I paid $68 for next day air shipping bringing my total to $486. Order was placed on Friday July 15th and received the order on Tuesday July 19th. When I opened the box and unwrapped the parts I noticed right away that they sent me two right tips instead of a right and left tip. I emailed them immediately about the error. Initially they responded right away via email apologizing and stated, "with your permission we'll send the missing part and include a return slip for the wrong part ". I replied saying yes. I also included a photo of what I received. They responded saying they cannot see the photo. I sent the photo again. They replied saying they still cannot see the photo. I sent the photo MULTIPLE times since and emailed them however they have yet to respond. I emailed them again saying please FaceTime me, call me or provide another email address to see the pic and to resolve the issue. Still ghosted me. I have also sent the pics via email to others just to see if they're able to view the pics. Everyone is able to see the pic. I emailed BAM again asking them to please respond to resolve but still no response. I am now out of $486 and have to look elsewhere for the part. This is unacceptable and terrible business practice. How rude and inconsiderate! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I am also contacting BBB!
