I haven't shopped at this online store since last year and forgot what a horrible experience that was until I foolishly returned.
As I found items, I put them in my cart, well aware of the warning of the 30 minute limit to keep items in the cart.
So, I shopped quickly, only to return well w/in the 30minute limit, only to see an item was no longer available.
I was so disappointed, I just emptied everything else in my cart.
I've had it. I wasted my time for the last time with this horrible website.
No respect or regard for a customer's time and effort.
I am canceling my online account and will never shop here again.
Tip for consumers:
too many other online shops to put up with this nonsense
Products used:
nothing, because the item I wanted and had placed in my cart suddenly became unavailable. This is not the first time this has happened.
