Sure this is a true story... I didnt know at the time, That Bank of AMERICA is known to be crooked and dirty, until I started filing claims, on merchant who sold me a defective items, but refused to refund me my money & send me a return label. All was good until I filed a claim on Ebay, thats when Bank of America started going against me a good customer. I had to file A good claim, that was very easy to see my claim should had been easy to Resolve my claim ok and then all of the sudden Bank of America sided with Ebay seller who clearly was in the wrong, but Bank of America went openly against me for this claim that I new Bank of America was clearly Wrong, My claim was a small amount but a claim is a claim but I new it was time to closed my account with Bank of America. So I went in a local Bank Of America branch and told a black worker I want to closed my account. The worker say Ok, is it any reason why u wanna closed your account with us, then I said ''Bank Of America keep going against me doing claims'. Then the worker said, ''Its not me, I only work here, I said, I no but I'm closing my account, the worker went straight and Gave me all my money out of my Closed account. It was as though Bank of America is well known for being dirty & crook to black customers by the way that black bank workers look at me, like he knew black customers get treated wrong just because they black. I New then I will never bank with BANK OF AMERICA EVER AGAIN,, This Bank is RACTIST against black customers, Even my friends had to closed their accounts with Bank of America as Well. Bank Of America need to be banned and closed down for being such Dirty crooks in America.
