Easy ordering and checkout. Love the idea of a Step & Repeat banner and am looking forward to using it with our events!
Extremely disappointed with the service received. We ordered 2 x Snake Banners via Express Delivery and were not advised that there were 'production delays'. When they didn't arrive, we chased up to be told we will need to wait another 10 days which was no use to us. A refund was refused and the customer service provided extremely unhelpful. This was a big waste of money and I will not be using this company again.
Shipping was done very fast. Mandatory signature was not required and that caused me extra trouble to wait and catch hold of FedEx delivery person returned twice. Pls send without delivery confirmation for all orders.

Great customization options and quick design options
Shipping is not for orders below $100... you originally promote product with free shipping but then at checkout you disclose that it applies only on order of $100 minimum. Not good!

The 1st assistant that I talked with was very helpful. I have had trouble since then, not with the assistants that answer the call per say, but the finance department that can not seem to understand that our school falls under a district, where there is 6 more schools and we have a district tax exempt status under the district. I still do not have a corrected invoice in which to pay for my product.

I was recommended by another person to this company
Ordered banner. Was told it would arrive well in time for my event if I paid extra for shipping. After a couple of delays, I now find it won't arrive until 2 days AFTER my event. Why? Well. My order is coming from INDIA. Was led to believe from buzzbanner that they are a U.S. company. They may have a U.S. phone but they are manufacturing and shipping from INDIA. Learned my lesson. STAY AWAY from the Tricksters!

Worst material for a print out. The quality is very poor and the material they use is the probably the cheapest they will sell you for a print out. Yes they are cheap but you do get what you pay for. Never again will i use a company hat has no pride in their work.

Designing and working the website was easy. Even uploading my design was easy.
I'd seen the advertisement through some vendor posts and had been receiving the emails.
Product was not in satisfactory condition. When I brought issue up to Banner Buzz, they kept giving me the run-a-around. It's been over 2 weeks and still haven't reached a solution.
