I have been working with Bare International, India for the past one year. Very professional in their work and they make sure shoppers are paid on time for the visits. Had no issues till date with any payments- AJ

Did a shop for them. Spent 3+ hours entering information on phone app (because that is what was required). The system screwed up more than half of my entries. This organization would not left me edit or correct what they claimed was my problem. The fact that they are using a suboptimal system shows what an unethical company they are and should not exist!.

The bare international
1) Change the Rating from 6 to 1
2) Paid the partial amount after begging after six month, Initial refused to pay after agreed to pay partial and again deduction.
3) Threatening by email not to try any other bare office for money.

This is ridiculous. Management should involve such type of matter.

Pros
I registered as a shopper for several mystery shopping companies and
Bare is my favourite. They have never fail me in terms of payment.
Payment is always on time. Scheduling and timing is always accurate,
And conducive for me. It is easy to get in contact with project
Manger's, and Quality Controller's/Validators via Skype message, Email
And phone calls.

Cons
Project manager's sometimes tend to ignore Emails and skype messaging,
Quality Controller's often repeat questions you clearly stated at the
On the report especially pictures as queries.

Overall:
I rate Bare International as No 1 mystery shopping company in the
World. I give them 99.9% over 100%.

I remember looking at BARE maybe about 10-15 years ago and bypassing because I didn't like their interface at the time, and though it might be fake. Well, I started doing shops for them in 2022 and couldn't be happier. You have the opportunity to work a variety of projects, both online and onsite, and you receive help when you need it. Also, the payments are made on time.

BARE International is corrupt and extremely unethical. They employ of a fleet of low paid contractors to do perform site evaluations for generally less than minimum wage. For example, they will advertise a job that pays $15 for a project that requires 2 hours of work, gas mileage, parking and a (promise to be reimbursed) purchase. And then they will consistently not even bother to pay the contractors this piddly $15. Their management is well known throughout the industry for being unscrupulous. They do not reply to inquiries. On the flip side, they fully charge their customers for the results of these projects and collect large fees for their market research - which they obtain illegally and without pay.

There are many reputable market research organizations available. If you are reading this review, you are likely looking for such an engagement. Keep looking. BARE is a scam and not for you.

Bare international is Avery professional company having a spread in many countries around the world. I have never faced problems over payments in over 10 years that I have worked with the company. All payments are online. I am happy working with the team and recommend the company to other mystery shoppers.

I have worked for this company for a two (2) years with no issues, now they have started using excuses to not pay me.
It started gradually so i didnt realize what was happening until its too late. Now i am owed, and they have disappeared.

Bare international has been associated with most of the major international brands as well as leading national brands which makes the company a leader in the mystery market research company in India. It has always been a enlightening experience to work for Bare and knowing the kind of work they put in to help the businesses grow. It is always better when you get to know about your favorite brands in detail and to get to evaluate your favorite brand is just like icing on a cake. It is fun working with Bare! :)

I was assigned a visit, whereby I had to arrange an appointment before visiting. I made 6 calls to arrange the appointment, but the agent did not answer.

I was persuaded to make more calls to arrange an appointment. No where in the brief does it specify payment would not be made if an appointment cannot be arranged. It only says payment would be withheld if you do not contact Bare after 3 failed attempts, I did contact them, and I was provided with a new number to call

Now they are refusing to pay. Why are they going against the contract? There was no mention of payment not being made if a visit could not be made. They did not even stipulate payment would be halved if a visit could not be arranged. Instead they kept making me make calls. This is a blatant breach of contract. I fulfilled my obligations of the contract and I am rightfully due payment, yet this dishonest company are trying to scam me out of money I am due. Beware!

I'm working with Bare International for Last three Years. I work with alot of other companies as well. But i find Bare International is one of the Best company. Their Surveys were very easy and to the point and very simple.And their payment Process is very good. I don't have any issue regards the payments in Last three Years. I recommend to work with this company.

Bare international has been easy to do assignments and ask for the timing and days we can perform the task. Moreovwr they have been very specific and clear about what they require. Payment has never been an issue.

At the beginning, when introduced to the mystery shopping i found it weird and couldn't imagine myself doing that job but with BareInternational it was very simplified and well organized in a way of giving us all the data & support needed to succeed in our mystery shopping. Again & again I Like being a BareInternational mystery shopper.

Bareinternational used to pay on time not they pay late or don't pay at all and give you stories. I'm really disappointed after I brought in a lot of people and been voluntarily managing them

I have worked for BARE International for over 5 years now. They are a great company to work for and I perform mystery shopping assignments for a number of large international brands including Puma, Harley Davidson and Microsoft. I whole heatedly recommend this company if you are interested in becoming a Mystery Shopper.

Mystery shopping via Bare has been amazing. The reimbursements have always been regular and never delayed. I get feedback for all my reports. There is no hustle. Its amazing.

I just finished a Shop and I have been accused of going on the wrong date and place. I have proof (Geo Verify) I was at the proper location. And date - but there is no spot to upload it (for the 2nd Day).
Neither C Patel nor W Pabon disclosed how they arrived at their concluson. I did the work and obained extensive information which I included in the small space provided for details.
I DO NOT LiE - I speak the truth and pride myself in the quality of my Character.
Anyone that arbitrarily doubts my words owes me an apology.
The evaluators should Read all the information provided - specially when there are details that illustrate differences in the actions of the Agents. After all isn't the purpose of any Marketng study to showcase possible issues to address. I should get paid for my comprehensive work and not disregard my efforts with such inaccurate and incorrect argument.

I worked for this company for almost 4 months but do not work for them anymore. They find really stupid reasons to not pay the evaluators. For ex - They have a glitch in their website where you can't provide all information due to "words" limit (It is very limited). So if they are not convinced with your brief comment (and you are bound to make it brief even when you have loads of useful information), they ask you to make changes. And you can't make changes because of word limit and then they say you did not provide enough information so we cannot pay you.

They also do not check your emails properly and accuse of not working properly.

It's like you have all the information with you but there are no proper means of sending that information and they do not pay you for the same reason. I want to ask them whose problem is it? The evaluators or theirs?

Also, if the store didn't perform well, they take out the frustration on your rating. If the store performed well they would give you 10/10 but it didn't, they would give you7/10. Ratings are based on how happy they feel about the evaluator based on store's performance

I cannot belive that after doing so much work for them and me spending so much money on petrol Doing visits for them and now they are telling me that my photos are downloaded from the Internet. Just because they don't want to pay me and they don't even pay transport cost not even my car repairs. All that they offer is 5. People don't ever settle for less, companies like bare will use you so don't do anything less than 20. They will abuse for small change of money. YOU WILL WORK THEY WILL ACCUSE YOU OF FRAUD, U WILL TRAVEL FOR THEM AND NEVER GET PAID.

I am a Pensioner and have only recently ( January 2016) commenced doing Mystery Evaluations for Bare International.
As a Pensioner the extra Income is an added advantage!
I have done 3 Evaluations so far and look forward to doing more exciting ones for Bare International.
It is an excellent platform for Businesses and Companies to keep their Customer Services up to standard at all times and being able to keep their Staff in check.

The Staff at Bare International, especially MANOK ABROL and AMIT JAGANI with whom I communicate with often, are very respectful and well mannered.
The Evaluations briefings are always to the point and precise.

Recommendations:

I hope that we will be able to do more Evaluations in our Hospitality Field in South Africa as this field needs much improvement,

I do many different types of work for BARE, I have never not been paid, and love my schedulers. They been over backwards to help and make sure I'm compensated fully EVERY time.

They promise you payments, they never paid and when you ask them for payments, they dissappear. I will be reporting them.
