Purchased a bat for my son over 3 weeks ago. Payment was processed immediately but still have yet to receive the bat. Customer service blamed their warehouse. I don't care. 3 weeks and counting is unacceptable by today's standards. I will not purchase anything from Baseball Express again.

Ordered baseball shoes on March 17th. Like everyone else - item in stock and 2-3 days shipping quoted. Have sent 8 (unanswered) emails and countless hours trying to call on the phone - which they never answered. Not sure how they can do business like this in good conscious. Such a shame too, we have ordered for them many times as satisfied customers.
Ordered a pair of gloves 8 days ago still not here. I've tried emailing them and calling them, I've been stuck on the phone listening to $#*!ty music for 30 minutes still haven't talked to anyone. I'd never buy from this place ever again. Rip off.
There really isn't anything good that I can say about this company. The google reviews are what made me trust the site but I should have looked here because my experience echoes so many others. They make big mistakes on the simplest orders and then do not fix them. They just stop responding. They owe me a glove that they won't refund me the money on but still will not give me any information on when it will ship. That was more than two weeks ago. I am now in the credit card dispute portion of this mistake. I never write bad reviews. Generally, I just don't have the energy for it but this has been theft not just normal business mistakes.
Do not waste your time or money! My daughters dad ordered her a bat and had it shipped to us. It went into a hold service because the billing and shipping address are different. Split families still take care of their kids believe it or not! When calling customer service to see why I haven't received any information they told me I got an email it was on hold…I did not. They are now requesting a picture of drivers licenses and card be sent to them! SCAM. NO THANKS! Currently disputing their scam at the bank!

You'll order an item, get the confirmation and believe that you'll be taken care of. You'll wait more than the stated 5 day processing time to ship your order and wonder why it hasn't shipped yet. You will call and email their customer service, but you won't get any response because who knows why. You decide to read up on their reviews and realize that they've been a $#*!ty company for a while now. You then wonder if you'll ever get your order because they have no clue what is in stock and what isn't. Pretty $#*!ing $#*!ty to treat your customers like this. If you can't have reliable communication, then $#*! out of this business.
I spend 100's of dollars a month from these people and I cant talk to anyone. Been waiting on an order for over 1 month now. Still have not talked to anyone. Thought about driving to San Antonio! Will never do business with them again!
I called after waiting 3 days for my order to ship and the customer service rep literally told me that they are managing their business as a scam to customers. They are fully aware of the issues with products not being available and that the issue originates with a recent system change. Stay away from them at all costs.
Don't waste your time. Never received my son's bat I ordered. When I called (and waited on hold for 30 minutes) she said she didn't know why it never shipped because there were 41 in stock. I was so mad I cancelled the order. They wasted so much of my time. The operator didn't even offer an apology or to rush ship it. Terrible company!
Horrible company. Do not order anything from them as you will certainly have major issues. They seem incapable of getting orders shipped, getting the right items in the order and it's impossible to reach someone to resolve problems. This must approach the standard used to determine fraud.
Ordered a baseball bat for 2 day delivery. They immediately charged my card (which isn't legal until an item ships). The bat never came. It is now two months later. Customer service doesn't answer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. Save yourself time and money by shopping elsewhere.

I have ordered three times from this place. Only one order was processed. They don't let you know when orders are back ordered or cancelled unless you call. First order was a year ago and took 3 weeks to get someone on the phone. Last order I talked to a manager with no satisfied results. I will not order from them again. They also use the name Teamexpress.com
We ordered 3 items in total and ironically received the cleats the other day but the other 2 items still show 'processing'. I am attempting to contact this company to get in touch with a live person but to no avail. Now having read other recent experiences I am deeply concerned we are getting ripped off. I am getting very frustrated at the lack of customer service!

Customer service never answers phone, employees I reached out to had a bad attitude and on top of that they didn't have product in warehouse but said it would b delivered in 3 - 7 days its the 9th day and it's still not here... I do not recommended this site at all

Cancelled order after a month of being lying to by several different customer service reps. Spoke with a manager and he offered no resolution to our issue. I will not order from them again. I will pay more for the service I deserve.
I simply preferred to purchase a bat from Baseball Express versus a competitor. I asked if they'd match the price, which was only a few dollar difference. They had to look into it but said they would not match the free shipping the competitor was offering. Really? Someone comes to you offering business simply because they WANT to purchase an item from you and you bypass it over a shipping fee? Great business sense.
We ordered a replacement bat mid season for a cracked bat that we shipped off to Demarini. I placed the order by Internet and then called their customer service to verify. They were great! The girl helping me confirmed that they had 15 in stock, verified my order, set it up to ship that day and we had the new bat in hand less than 24 hours later. This was a $400 dollar bat at Academy that we got for $189. Will def use this company again!
I place an order last week and paid for 2 day shipping because I needed it for my daughters practice. I got an email and trackign that it was sent Thursday. With two shipping, and it being UPS, I expected to have it Sat. Instead it's scheduled to be here Tuesday. When I went to call I sat on hold (5 times now) for 20 minutes only for an automated voice to tell me no one is available and to please call back. Never again. Should have just stuck with Amazon.
I have bought from this website in the past and have been satisfied up until now. I placed an order and late last night and called them 1st thing this morning noticing I clicked the wrong size for my son's helmet. I called about10 times and finally got through to customer service. And was told that they would not be able to get my package and replaced it with the correct size, that is something they just won't do. After being told it was just packaged up waiting to be picked up. I run a fortune 500 company and if any of my customers called with that scenario it would have been fixed. This is just plain laziness and and professionalism on their part. They are real quick to tell you to order it again and wait for a refund though.
I order a pair of turf shoes well in advance for our summer tournament. I patiently waited 2+ weeks and they still had not arrived. Concerned, I call them and was placed on hold for over 2 minutes. When I was finally help they told me sorry they sold out and that I was not going to be receiving this item. The charged my card and checkout and had my money the entire time and they did not bother to contact me so I could make out arrangements alternate shoes. I would not recommend to anyone and I would give them zero stars if I could.
I ordered a softball glove for my daughter and 8 days later the order status still said "in process". No response to e-mails and several phone calls. To make matters worse, when I call, the automated service puts me on hold and plays the entire Abbott and Costello "Who's on first" routine. I definitely was not in the mood! I finally hung up and was able to communicate with someone via chat. They proceed to tell me that the glove is on back order and they can't say for sure when it will come in. I cancelled the order and bought from another company. When I placed the order, the website said it was in stock otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time! I don't know how they are still in business!
