I got an amazing deal on Under Armour softball cleats through Baseball Express! I ordered them on Saturday afternoon and received them Thursday morning. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone and plan on making more purchases in the future!
Purchased a bat for my son over 3 weeks ago. Payment was processed immediately but still have yet to receive the bat. Customer service blamed their warehouse. I don't care. 3 weeks and counting is unacceptable by today's standards. I will not purchase anything from Baseball Express again.
For me it was a success. It came the exact day they said it would right glove and everything. They emailed us that there was an issue at first but they apologized said it was on them and just wanted to confirm the order only waited like 20 minutes on hold at the most I thought I was very good but with all these bad reviews it makes me wonder.
I am suprised by all of the bad reviews here. I have ordered 3 items from baseball express, they have great clearance sales and have never had issues with the products. However, I just ordered some cleats for my son who needed them in a hurry. My only complaint is 2 day means 4 day. Next day means 3 day. I ordered the cleats for 2 day delivery and it took 5 business days to get to me. I did call their customer service, took maybe 20 minutes, they were apologetic and refunded my postage. I will use them again.
Ordered Nike Trouts in January 2015, did not receive shoes till 3rd week of May. Although not Baseball Expresses fault, but front spike ripped off of cleat within two weeks. These cleats were $140.00. Customer service was horrible. Could not give answer for delay in shipping. I even received an email to rate/review my product a month before I received my shoes? Had to wait on hold for over two hours just to talk to customer service that didn't care. I have ordered many products from Baseball Express but that will be the last.
These total LOSERS are what give ecommerce a bad name. I gave them two tries and both times they took my money and sent an email that the transaction was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. I called and got an automated response telling me that there were 35 callers ahead of me hoping that I would just hang up. The email to their customer service also replied with an automated reply stating that someone would get back to me in 7-10 days. I received my refund 15 days later. TOTAL SCAMMERS!
This company is deceptive and does not try to create a positive customer experience. They use deceptive marketing techniques and try to mislead customers. I talked to a manager named "Chuck", after his rep was rude on the phone because I thought that they would want to know about a customer being treated rudely but turns out disrespecting customers is something they promote, and Chuck was not helpful at all. Their website says there is a discount on the item and it will be in stock soon but they will not honor the discount because it is not in stock and may not be coming back in stock even though the items says the discount applies and the item says its coming back in stock soon. I read reviews after the incident and wish i would have looked into the company more before purchasing here in the past. This online store sucks! I ordered a bat and after payment was taken and a confirmation that my item was being shipped was sent to me - this company cancelled my order with no explanation. Also I got the notice that the order was cancelled a week later. My son was expecting the bat we ordered for a tournament and when it didn't show up he was devestated. The cancellation email gave no reason why it was cancelled- but when i called in the employee who took my call gave me a bunch of made up reasons like 'you must not have filled in your address correctly, or you didn't fill in your credit card number correctly' etc. When I reminded him that since my card was actually charged and then refunded, that could not possibly be the reason why, he replied - oh yeah - looks like we ran out. Now this bat is completely out of stock and I can't find it anywhere- which wouldn't have been the case if I'd been given notice right away. This company is LAME!
If I could, I would give baseballexpress.com a 0 rating. I ordered a bat and an Under Armour shirt. Only the bat arrived, even though I was charged for both. I called their Customer Service number. Their message says they are "experiencing computer issues". I sat on hold for over an hour before hanging up. Next day sat on hold for over 2 hours before hanging up. Next day sat on hold for 3 hours before hanging up. I never got to the top of the hold que. I also sent 3 emails - never got a response. I finally ended up calling VISA and filing a credit card charge dispute for the cost of the shirt. There are better, easier places to order baseball stuff. Baseball Express is a sham.
I ordered a catchers gear for my son's 14th bday said 3-7 days shipping. I emailed them several days later no response, eneded up calling waiting 25 minutes then put in number to be called back. Finally got call back to find out that item is being shipped directly from manufacturer and that they were told that there was a 2 week delay. No one ever told me anything and it was supposed to be a bday present which obviously wont get here on time. Lets see if even gets here. Will never use again.

Ordered 5 pairs of socks from them. Paid 2 day shipping all should have shipped the next day. Like any other site would have. It was a Monday Tuesday 2 pairs shipped the next day 2 pairs shipped. 7days later the last pair still has not shipped! I have tried calling and emailing them and I still haven't gotten an answer!
Horrible customer service... sent package to wrong address and never sent email with tracking number. Was told the package hadn't been shipped yet when package had already been delivered to the wrong address.
Recently purchased a couple of bbcor Louisville Slugger Prime bats for grandkids Christmas gifts. Price and service was exceptional. Shipping right on time also. Worked with Robert D and couldn't have had a better experience.

I have been purchasing from this website my entire life for different things. Recently in February I ordered a pullover (which I had done several times in the past) to this day, July 13th 2016, I have still not received it. Also, in May I ordered several pullovers to find out today, July 13th, 2016, that I have to re-order them to even change my address on the shipping... Which if I would've thought in February or May that "ships in 11 days" & "back ordered 2-3weeks" really meant, never. I would've never ordered it to begin with... It really is an unfortunate situation, for a 15yr customer...
Unbelievable poor experience. Ordered baseball cleats for my son on Feb. 22nd. Received an immediate response thanking me for my order. As of March 2nd, no notice of shipping. Attempted to contact them. IMPOSSIBLE. Either busy signal or 50-60 people ahead of me in the queue. Sent their customer service email on March 2nd saying "cancel my order, i found another website that took my order & shipped out the cleats same day. They sent a "robo" response "thank you for your email, a rep has been assigned to reply." Well today, March 13th, i received notice they have shipped me my cleats. Guess what i would like to tell them what to do with their cleats!
Order was placed on 3/11/15 and I still have not received my Total Control Balls. I'm sick of sitting on hold waiting for customer service for hours to only be disconnected!
Customer service never answered the phone after multiple attempts. Emails were never answered. My product came without a return slip and I am left with pants that don't fit!
I have ordered from BE a few times over the past two years. Each experience has been pretty much the same, items are back ordered, they don't honor discounts and they have cancelled an order with no apparent reason. I tried to order a bat pack today since I received one of their emails with a huge discount on this item. Once my payment was complete, I get this pop-up with a free magazine offer. There is no way to cancel at this point so I just closed the window thinking it would automatically cancel. Well it didn't and the default magazine was "Parents" which I would receive for the next year. I called customer service to cancel and they wanted to give me a 800 number to call. I told them that I never wanted the damn magazine to begin with and to just cancel my order. This is the second time they have force fed a magazine subscription after my payment was complete. I will never order from them again as they are forcing their customers to get a magazine subscription as another way to make a buck. They are a sleazy company. Many other quality sites to purchase gear that don't make you take these "Free" offers.
Please share this scam with everyone. I have posted on multiple sights and social media outlets. If you ordered uniforms and needed to go somewhere else because the season started and they wont return your money... FILE A LAWSUIT FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. We ordrerd a month ago and it is still in the warehouse told them we are canceling because we had to go elsewhere since the season has already started. WE WERE TOLD NO REFUND. You are holding my credit card hostage but wont send my sh*t? Are you serious. I hope the authorities are involved one way or another. My bank is blocking all charges from this company. Please blast them all over every chance you get. It is not fair for them to keep falsely advertising 3-4 day delays when its months.

08-25-15 contact customer service, when no emails for delivery, no items received and no charges on credit card. I was told computer malfunction and purchase not pushed through. The items were immediately being pushed through the system.
08-26-15 did not receive email and called back. I was told two items shipped while two items now on back order and selected two different items for replacement. Those items would be over night shipment.
08-31-15 receive two of four items, so called customer service and told that the two items were never sent out. An email would be sent to warehouse to get the two remaining items out for over night delivery.

I ordered catchers gear for my son on March 17,2015. The item was in stock when I ordered it. The email I received stated that the item would ship in 3-4 days. I attempted to call the customer service number on 3/24/15 to check on status of my order because it still said "in processing" when I checked the status of my order online. The customer service number does NOT work! Then I attempted to email Baseball express, following their website instruction; which states that it could take 48-72 hrs to receive a response. I even received an email with a ticket number verifying they had received my email. It has now been 72 hrs and I have not received an email from them. I called the other number on their contact us page and waited for 40 min to finally be able to speak to someone. I was told that the item I had purchased was now on back order and that even though it was in stock when I purchased it, they had already shipped my paid for item to someone else. There was no new purchase order for the item I had already paid for ( they already charged my card for an item they did not have to send me). Now I'm being told that it could be a month or so before I receive my item. The man on the other line was very nice but had very lame excuses as to why the company did not have a working customer service number, why I never received an email back, or why the item I purchased "in stock" was no longer in stock. I'm very upset and will not recommend Baseball express to anyone. As a matter of fact, I will discourage anyone from ever purchasing from them.
I am utterly discussed with this company and its ‘Customer Service'. I have been hold for 55 minutes just to ask a question about an order that might or might not ship on the 13th. On 03/05/2015 03:20:51 I ordered a baseball bat online from www.baseballexpress.com. The amount $299.00 came with a free 2 Day Express Shipping which was what I wanted as I needed the bat as of Friday 3/13/15. As of today Saturday March 14 I have no idea the status of my order. It has now been 9 days since my order was made. I tried to call the 1-800 number customer service number on website and it comes back to an out of service cell phone. I tried again later in the week and the phone just rings and rings. I then tried another number *******000 on site and this just rings. Not a single phone number works. Then when it does ring, nobody answers. Still have no idea about the status of my order if it has shipped, where it is. I sent two complaint emails and got no service. I also put in a complaint into paypal about this issue. I have also noticed similar complaints to this online. I have concerns that this business might be having troubles or going out of business. I would like my money back as I have already had to buy another bat because this bat never came.
Purchased a Baseball and glove for my son's Birthday from BASEBALL EXPRESS. After having difficulty on the on line system I had been trying since noon. The rep Tanisha (I think) assured me that it would be shipped out on Tuesday. I explained it was important and she said when she got off the phone she would go and make sure it got on the truck since it was a little after 1pm. Well it is Friday and they never even shipped it? I asked if I can go get it and they refused. Manager Chuck refused at the warehouse. He explained how very different our parenting skills are and this would not be a problem for his kid- not getting a gift from his parents and all. When I asked for his manager - she's not in. I can leave a message.
Wow! So now my son's bat will not arrive for his birthday. They are there and near Eisenhower and won't let me pick it up. They won't deliver to the store. There is nothing they can do for me? Wonderful Service right?

Where do I begin? Like all the others I waited on my order - I checked the status and it said Backordered. News to me! It let me place the order and I didn't receive any notification of a delay. I called - or tried to, but there were ALWAYS 52 calls in front of me. Finally I put it on speaker and after 72 minutes a rep answered. She appeared to be competent and said it was not Backordered and the problem was a different shipping/billing address. That's never been a problem with all the other companies I order from but whatever. She offered to waive shipping and overnight it. Problem solved, right? WRONG! Status changed to "in wharehouse" and stayed that way. I called and after 49 minutes a rep answered. He couldn't tell what problem was and could have cared less. Told me a supervisor would have to call me back in the morning - because at 4:45 all depts were closed. I expressed my doubt that anyone would call me back and his answer was "they might, they might not". How is this place still in business? Please spread the word, DO NOT USE THEM!
I ordered StringKing 2022 Metal 2 Pro -3 Baseball BBCOR Bat on 02/06/24 and the purchase price, after using 15% off code, including tax, was $108.08. I received notification the item was "shipped" on 02/07/24. The item was expected to arrive by 02/09/24. After not receiving the item I called customer service the first time on 02/09/24 and they said because of an ice storm, the USPS had been experiencing delays and said my best bet would be to call USPS. I called USPS and they told me there had been no live scans on the item, which means the shipping label for the baseball bat was created automatically and no one from USPS had scanned the label at all. The item either never left B.E. Or was picked up by USPS and never scanned. I called B.E. Again on 02/14/24 and spoke to Sherry in customer service. She assured me the item had been shipped and was placed in a bin of up to "thousands of items" and the carriers just don't have time to individually scan each item. She said there was nothing she could do except hope it just shows up, and if it doesn't, I'd have to wait until 02/22/24 to get a refund process started. The baseball bat was never delivered.I had to purchase the same bat elsewhere, spending $100 more for it. I called B.E. Again on 02/22/24 and spoke to the same customer service rep, Sherry. She said she would process the refund but it would take 2-5 days. I then asked to speak with a manager and I was connected to Vickie Santori.I explained the situation and she simply blamed USPS and said they've been having issues with all of their carriers. I told her I have spent over 2hrs of my time on the phone with them and USPS trying to get this resolved and had to spend an additional $100 on the same bat elsewhere. All she could offer was 20% off my next purchase. When I told her 20% off wasn't sufficient, she chuckled and said she was surprised I wasn't happy with that discount because she recently complained to a company about a purchase she made and they only offered her 5% off. She wasn't wiling to do anything else to make the terrible experience right. Spend your money somewhere else, it's not worth a cheaper price to deal with the headaches that come with it.
