I got an amazing deal on Under Armour softball cleats through Baseball Express! I ordered them on Saturday afternoon and received them Thursday morning. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone and plan on making more purchases in the future!

“Don't waste your time”

Purchased a bat for my son over 3 weeks ago. Payment was processed immediately but still have yet to receive the bat. Customer service blamed their warehouse. I don't care. 3 weeks and counting is unacceptable by today's standards. I will not purchase anything from Baseball Express again.

I ordered cleats for my son on Thursday and paid an additional $24.95 for Next Day Air so that they would arrive in time for a weekend tournament, but unfortunately they didn't arrive until Monday afternoon, 4 days later. Customer service was completely unhelpful. The rep told me that they needed a day to get the order out. I explained that the order went out at 2:30pm - still leaving them time to get it out that day to be delivered by Friday, and if not Friday then Saturday. He said Saturday did not count as a business day. I replied that since UPS does deliver on Saturday, they should consider putting this information on their ordering page so that future customers will have a clear understanding that their company shipping contract does not include Saturday as part of Next Day Air with UPS. He seemed frustrated and told me that other on-line companies do not do that so why should they. I didn't want to argue, but maybe the bigger companies don't do that because when they say Next Day Air, it actually arrives the next day. I know this from experience. In addition, I looked further in to it with UPS and they didn't have the order ready to go until Friday at 6:12pm so technically, baseballexpress took a day and a half getting it ready for UPS. If you're going to charge and additional $25 for a service you can't provide, then don't offer it as an option. I order quite a bit of sports equipment for my children, but won't be purchasing from here again.

I ordered a bat for my son on March 28. On April 2 we received the package. Wow, I thought. That's a pretty good response, even despite the fact that their website says that because of a new computer system, processing could be delayed. But, this wasjust the beginning. They delivered the wrong bat. As a matter of fact, shipping invoice was addressed to a guy in Maryland. I live in Indiana. On April 3, I emailed customer service. I still haven't gotten a reply (It's April 16 as I write this). So I also call, on April 3. Automated system says there are 63 people ahead of me. Three hours and 8 minutes later (Yes, 3:08) I finally speak to a human. Of course she is sorry. They'll will send me an email with a RA label and they will expedite my order to get the right bat sent out. On April 5, i emailed customer service again to complain about the 3:08 wait time, still no reply from them as of this posting. Receive RA label in email on Monday, April 6. I return the wrong bat. On April 9, I still don't have a bat. So I call again. Guess what? On hold for two hours. I'm then told that there was a human error and my order didn't get processed through. I'm livid. Spoke to a supervisor. He said that they would expedite order (basically meaning that it would overnight shipped), and that I should have the bat by the end of the next week (April 16 or 17, almost three weeks after initial order). I say hell no, I want the bat now, or no order. I ended up getting the bat delivered on Tuesday April 14. What ever new system they have in place is not working. And why put it in place during the busiest time of the year for baseball purchases. Absolutely horrible company. I'll never do business with them again. You shouldn't either.

So after a week I finally find out that any order made from the state of Florida has been automatically cancelled! Apparently their was a lot of fraud charges? I actually waited the 52 min to speak to a customer service person who was trying to be helpful and gave me his team express email address last week. At first I ordered some catchers gear that was said to be available. It wasn't, I had paid extra for 2 day shipping, he was able to refund my shipping which was fine then told me that the item was back ordered. I was still okay with receiving it late. So after about 20 minutes i get an email stating that I was refunded my shipping and then 5 min later that my order was cancelled. So I emailed him back and gave him my number and he said he would call to let me know what was going on. At that moment I was satisfied with the effort for sure. It was a lot easier than trying to wait on hold for an hour to get through when a simple email was all that was needed. So I missed the call, at least he tried. So I emailed him back, this was Thursday of last week and finally today still no email back from him? I decided to wait on hold since their was only 30 callers in front of me and spoke to a women who confirmed that my order was indeed cancelled. So after a week, no money refunded yet, its still on hold from my bank and no gear. I need to order some for my son but kind of need that $278 to do so. Thanks for nothing... apparently she did tell me that anyone trying to order anything from florida will get their order cancelled as soon as you pay for it. Then wait 5 business days to get it refunded even though you can't order it anyways. Maybe if you are having issues with this, have something on your website that explains whats going on! But noooooo, lets let these people complete their order and be screwed! Also apparently most of what you see online doesn't reflect what is actually on hand so do yourself a favor and don't order. If you do you like me may be writing a review for the first time ever!

Can't get anyone on the phone. Charges pending on card. Hold times are super excessive on phone calls. STAY AWAY! NEVER AGAIN

Ordene un Wood bat en Diciembre 26 de 2015 y decian que estaba en backorder para Enero 2016 llamamos en Enero 3 veces y decian que todavia no le ha llegado y ahora el 20 de Febrero hable con customers services y me dicen que no me pueden ayudar que ese no es problema de ellos. Y le pregunte el nombre a la persona y me dijo que no podia.le pregunte si hay algun manager que me pueda ayudar y me dijo que no hay disponible... bad customers service
