Impressed with their brand new collections. The shoes are very trendy and looks super cool. Wide range of stylish design. Bata always provides Good quality shoes. Reasonable prices. Happy with my purchase.
The manager at Bata outlet Dharwad ( court circle) named Sanju provides worst service. He cheats customers by selling used, worn out and old products. And forces them to buy at any cost. He is degrading the name of Bata company. The higher authorities of Bata should take note of this and take action against him.
I have taken formal shoe of bata, it was around 4K & under 3 months warranty period, but I am very disappointed from this,

Wrong product was delivered.its more than a month but they are not providing refund even after multiple calls. This was not expected by Bata.
Cheap product. After a week of use it get removed. Store person paste it again improperly. I didn't expect this from such a brand.
The service is ssooo freaking bad i just cannot explain and products are not at all worthy. In short they all are doing a scam basically
Had purchased 1 home sleeper and 1 party wear sandal from bata.in before one and a half year. It is still working well. GOOD one..

I bought a shoe of bata coasts 2500 its quality was awsm u should also try the brand bata, u trust and buy, can also buy frm amazon
They don't reply for mai's and when replies not taking any actions their customer seervice don't take any actions. My problem is also not solved
Ok, I got very good reality check, I trusted that bata brand is synonymous to long life and quality.
I bought this shoes from showroom in Laxminagar (near V3S mall). I specifically told them that I need a shoes that's long life and has good grip.
They said sir you have 90 days warranty. I though very nice! The shoes looked durable with good grip.
Now, I noticed the quick degradation of the shoe lace but I was like it's fine. We don't need to punish the company for everything. But today, after 153 days of purchase, the sole broke, that too from the thickest part.
Bhai 300 rupya wala juta jyada chal jata hai mujhe lagta hai, ye 3000 ka hai.
I went to showroom, they are like nothing can be done now, you have crossed 90 days.
I feel robbed. They are technically correct as shoe technically survived 90 days. I am also impressed. Matlab aisa kam chala do ki bus warranty pass ho jae, bad me bhad me jae. Chinese fail ho jae inke samne.
Saying that I am disappointed and feeling cheated is just understatement.
