I feel I was cheated and charged extra. The bathroom is OK but I could have had a better bathroom for the money. And the installer took my copper pipe! Don't call them. Too slick!
The two Spokane Bath Fitter remodel personnel, Jason and Steven, we have encountered are marvelous and I could not say enough about how good they are.
While I thought I had a problem with the company, the company quickly remedied my problem and I am now satisfied with them and the work they performed.

Shower and bath re-do
Bath-fitter was inherently dishonest with us and will not try to correct what they've done. We needed a whole new tub due to a plumber having removed tiles and messed up the beautiful, long, deep jacuzzi tub we had. Bathfitter only shows you pictures; you don't see anything in person until the product they've made for you gets to your house. Of course they knew, however, that the tub they told us to order as the close replacement to the one we had, just not jetted, was MUCH smaller; but they didn't tell us. We were shocked to get a tub that is literally two feet, not two inches--TWO FEET, smaller than the one we had! To make the new one fit in, they had to build a new wall/shelf coming in the extra two feet. They didn't even bother to have this extra space built around the tub evenly; they just built it out on one side and it looks awful! Our old tub had some space between it and the walls, of course, but it was centered and everything was even. Bathfitter just came up with this ridiculous plan without making sure we knew exactly what they were doing, what it would look like or the size difference. They finished on a Thursday. We lived with it through the weekend and still thought it looks like a disaster. We contacted them the following Monday. We had several calls, from various employees there that day; including one from our saleslady. She said she or a supervisor would call us back later that day. That was two weeks ago and we haven't heard another word from anyone there. We spent almost $25,000 and this is the terrible service we're getting for trusting them. My advice to you is "Don't"; just don't trust them!
Tip for consumers:
Do not use them for a whole New bathtub. They are alright for a fit over the existing tub, evidently, but not for a total replacement.

Garden bathtub
This was the absolute worst customer experience I've had to date. Some weeks ago Crissy from Bath Fitter came to our house to give an estimate. She was very knowledgeable and took pictures of the tub to send to their contractor. My husband was concerned that the tile surrounding the tub would crack. After reviewing the pictures the contractor assured her that the job could be done without cracking the tile. Once we agreed to do the work we put down the deposit but the next opening wasn't for a couple of weeks. Today Mike the installer arrived. Very professional and explained what he would need to do to get the tub but that there was a possibility of the tile cracking. At this point my husband called to see if the tile in fact cracked would they compensate us for the cracked tile/repair. Erin who is the Regional Director got on the phone. One of the first things she said to my husband was " What is this about your not signing the contract". My husband tried to address his concerns regarding the possibility of broken tile and she continued to talk louder and over him. Erin stated the agreement we had signed said bath fitter would not be responsible if the tile cracked. In all honesty, I signed the estimate based off what we were told and skimmed over the contract so that part was my error. After Erin continued to be rude to my husband he cursed her out and hung up. I called back in an attempt to resolve the situation. After speaking with her for all of a minute she continued to cut me off. I told her that while I didn't agree with the language my husband used previously but if she cut him off the same way she was cutting me off I understand why that happened. At one point she told me she wasn't going to let me talk. And "Listen honey". She also said she had refunded our money and go find another contractor. This woman is clearly unhinged and unprofessional and really needs to seek some professional help as I told her. She told me there is no one higher than her and she doesn't have coworkers she has employees (clearly on a power trip) so I called the corporate office at (615) 612- 6147. I just want resolution on how long it will take to get our money refunded. Lastly, I've read the other yelp reviews and have seen the negative experiences other customers have had with Erin. She is clearly a problem and bad for business. I will be updating this review when I hear back from the corporate office.
