Bad attitudes from persons working for this company. Shipping is through DHL which is the worst. Why these morons take a package from CT headed to NY and send it up north of Boston for an extra two days to delivery time.

To return an item for refund you have to call to get a number. The number is not toll free. Then, you assume the cost of shipping and insuring, and THEN they charge a 15% restocking fee. This seems designed to discourage returns.
Hi Julie, we do ask that customers pay for return shipping, any may sometimes charge a restocking fee depending on the quality of the returned item (or it's packaging). If a product was DOA, or an incorrect item was shipped, we typically waive and/or return those fees since that's on us. We also will fix a product in-house or procure a replacement free-of-cost on behalf of other brands' warranties. I've purchased titanium CR123a batteries from batteryjunction 3 times, each time I order 52 batteries. First two orders were ok, this last order of 52 I've found that 22 of these CR123a batteries are no good. I've decided not to order any more from batteryjunction and will switch to rechargeable batteries from a different source. Be warned, you get what you pay for...

Remove old batteries from camera
Power off the router
Power the router back on
Put new replacement batteries in cameras
Resync the cameras

A quick description: Ordered two 3v lithium batteries which were available at a very low price (pos). The shipping was a bit costly (neg), thus the four stars. They arrived in a timely fashion with a follow-up email asking about their service and the product. Simple and easy.
I paid more for 2 day shipping with no results. I use this company for batteries all the time. The product is good. The shipping and costumer service lacks
Ordered 14 L41 batteries. Order was short four batteries. Customer service was polite,efficient and immediately agreed to ship the batteries, no questions asked. Very polite and no problems.
3 ordered 3,9 volt lithiums for 3 gas detectors. Replaced alkalines that cost about $2.00 and last a year so I would not have to change them for years. Each of their bats cost almost 7.00.
One dead in about 1 1/2 years. The other 2 show 80% gone. Refused any kind of credit or replacement. Told me guarantee was 30 days.
They should change their name to Ripoff Ralph's Garbage Battertes.

This was my first purchase of anything from battery junction. Ordered two Streamline Nano flashlights and extra batteries. Their price, on the flashlights made it almost like I got the batteries for free. I could complain about shipping costs, but it was cheaper than paying more for my order and getting free shipping.
Order was shipped promptly and arrived when anticipated.
Been using Tenergy rechargeable batteries from BatteryJunction exclusively for years and they work great. AAA, AA mostly, but I also bought some C and D cells last year. We use them everywhere, all over the house. Buying from BatteryJunction is easy and their customer support is excellent should you ever need it. Highly recommend them.

Getting a return confirmation email out of them is like pulling teeth. They said they were going to send it. Three days and three phone calls later, still no email.

So my 200 batteries are riding around in a 140* truck for the last two weeks and just sitting here in Phoenix for the last several days being destroyed by the heat! Needless to say I'm disappointed in Battery Junction...
I can only guess the expensive 10 year shelf life batteries I order might last half that now...

Update: Our customer service manager was able to lookup your order placed on the 10th. There were minimal delays in packing your order, which was shipped out on the 12th. DHL dropped off package in a Phoenix facility on the 21st, and is en route to USPS. We have no control over delays from DHL and USPS due to COVID impacts, and suggest signing up for text and email updates from USPS.
Placed an order on November 26th, still have not received the package and its December 8th. Looked online and the delivery service still shows that they have not received the package from Battery Junction. So I guess I'll have to wait til Monday, call them and wait some more for my paid package to arrive. They need to set it up where you don't have to pay until the goods are delivered.
Niteye at Battery Junction costs $160 and that may seem like an exorbinant amount of money to spend on a flashlight for your bicycle. I think this saved my life tonight and prevented me from getting hit by an oncoming car. Do not go cheap on lights for your bike if you ride at night.
Recently ordered 16 6 bolt Batterys, six cr123 and 48 aa. The price was so low I was concerned about the age of the battery. Half the price of a large hardware company and much cheaper than another battery stores commercial rate. I utilized this other store buying a large amount two years ago and more than half of the 6 bolts were out of date and fell under six bolts immediately.
All of the Batterys from Battery Junction were years within there dates. Great price and products. Shipped in about a week and well packaged.
Good prices, fast service and some of the best quality products out there. Never been disappointed.
Its nice to finally find a supplier like this where everything they sell has been vetted.

Placed order on dec-2020 paid by paypal sameday itsdec15th still havent received my order they said part of the order was on back order and they would ship the other part out in 5days its been 12 days
they could have sent the other part of order to me but instead i had to call them for them to do it and they said it would take another 5 days to send that part out this was my first order with them and it will be my last should have looked at their reviews first they have a lot of negetive reviews and heres one more

However, I can give some insight into our current shipping process. Usually, we ship the same or next business day (Mon - Fri), and then our default shipping method takes 4-7 days to arrive (though often sooner depending on proximity to our Connecticut-based warehouse). Due to the influx of online holiday shopping and despite our warehouse working diligently, there are up to 3-day delays. We do still prioritize same/next day shipping with faster shipping methods that we offer, but services like USPS, DHL, and UPS are reporting similar delays for the same reasons.
We reach out with an email to inform you of your backordered product to give you the chance to change/substitute/cancel your order contents, rather than automatically partially-ship pieces of your order. If contacted, we're definitely more than able to partially ship.

I've placed several orders with Battery Junction. The last order was handled poorly. I ordered CR123As, AAs, some Ds and a DL3/N After receiving order confirmation I receive a back order notice relative to the CR123A batteries that lists an expected ship date. A couple of days following the expected ship date I send an inquiry about the order status. The reply indicates that now the AA's are no longer available. Sent a reply again concerning the order with instructions to replace the AAs with another brand and asking about the CR123As. Several days have passed - no reply. I doubt that I will place any future orders with Battery Junction. 17 days since the initial order and have yet to receive any of the items ordered. Unacceptable.
Needed headlamps for our outdoor cultivation crew, spent a few bucks ($400), but the crew had finally headlamps that were a) providing quality light, and most importantly b) rechargeable.

Battery Junction offers a 30-day warranty for all products, and then assists customers with returns/repairs for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty. Unfortunately, your order was placed in 2017 and the Sunwayman R02A has a maximum two year warranty. While normally we would still try to get you a replacement, we no longer sell this product, nor have any replacements or spare parts to offer.
Our customer support team has emailed you your receipt on March 26th, in the hopes that you can use it to request assistance from Sunwayman despite being outside the warranty period. We apologize that we cannot assist you further here, as it genuinely outside our abilities.
