Ordered an xps13 dell battery on 11nov and on 16th i get an email that the order was completed, but i had not received the battery yet. The tracking link they sent me did not work as apparently they gave the wrong service provider. Sent them an angry email today on 19th and they claim that its on the way. I needed my battery urgently and the timeline was not was was expected. Fingers crossed that the battery arrived quickly as i will find an alternative but faster dell battery stock in town.
