The clock that I myself had purchased is gorgeous and worth ever dollar I spent.

My debit card was declined because there was no place to put a separate billing address (which has a different zip code than my shipping address), so I had to use PayPal. Other than that, great experience!

Great customer service. Answered our questions over the phone with no pressure to buy. The customer service agent also provided us with the contact information for a company that sold replacement weights, as we had lost one for an old 1950's cuckoo clock during a move. We ordered and received that weight and now our 70 year old clock once again ticks.

Delivery was fast. We were given a tracking number and could follow the path of our clock.

The clock arrived with our certificate of authenticity and an instruction book that walked us through the set up of the clock, and it was easy to follow. The clock itself is absolutely beautiful, the workmanship and detail is amazing. It is something we are going to be proud to leave to our children and grandchildren.

Fast response! However I have been having a difficult time getting the clock to run on time. It either seems to be five minutes slow or five minutes fast. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I just can't seem to correct it. HELP!

I am a first time buyer. I did not know much of anything about cuckoo clocks. After educating myself I picked BavarianClockWorks to get the real, authentic black forest clock. Easy checkout, great website, very informational.
Only issue I had was when I received the clock we wrapped it as it was a Christmas gift. When my wife opened it Christmas morning all the heads we broken off the men on the dancing figurines. Three of the figurines were not even on the wheel but loose in the box. It was an easy fix as they were clean breaks and I able to match them to the right bodies and I used a drop of superglue to bond them back. Then put them back on the carousel wheel. Can't even tell they were broken. The clock is absolutely amazing, the wife loves it.

Tremendously positive shopping experience. I found the beautiful Schneider cuckoo clock I wanted at the best price I could find anywhere, and it arrived literally in 2 days. It was packed perfectly -- no chance of breakage, and I got it out of the boxes and up and ticking and cuckooing in just a few minutes with the enclosed instructions. Also received super-friendly and fast email responses from the kind proprietor. I ordered the Birds 12' cuckoo clock by Adolf Herr (11T8-322/1) for my husband as a gift and it is absolutely beautiful and my husband loves it. Quality craftsmanship! Even when I inquired about changing my order after initially placing it, I received a quick response and the customer service person was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Charlie was very helpful in giving details about the specific cuckoo clock that I like. Bavarian Clockworks.com has the lowest price. I was very excited that my order came very early. But I wasn't able to open it yet because of the ongoing kitchen construction. With the busy holiday season, I'd probably open it and display it in our newly renovated kitchen after Christmas. I highly recommended Bavarian Clockworks.com if you are looking for one. I have searched into many different sites but Bavarian Clockworks has the lowest price. You pay only the advertised price and nothing more. Tax and shipping are included in the price.

Love the short videos. Wish there were more. My order was shipped promptly and I was given links to follow my order. The clock is even nicer than I had imagined. Keeps perfect time and awes my grandchildren. I bought it as a gift for my wife, but the whole family loves it.

When I received my clock, the box was just a little dented and I think UPS dropped it. The clock was not working quite right, the cuckoo didn't sound right. I contacted these folks right away and the same day they called me back, apologized and wanted to make it right. I don't believe the problem was with them or the clock, I think UPS dropped it and injured it. They immediately sent me another one and it works perfectly. They were very apologetic and wanted to resolve it right away - most companies don't want to do that these days, but these folks were exemplary. I am very impressed, will recommend them to all my family and friends, and I recommend them to you. They have quality products and they stand behind them.

I wanted to purchase a family tradition item to hand down to my children, so they can hand it down to their children. This item was a perfect fit to our traditional family values and wanted to buy a Cuckoo Clock for years and never had an opportunity. Our house flooded during the year 2016. I wanted something to signify that we are back to our "home". I am giving it to my wife as a Christmas gift. I can see the tears coming! Tried to call with a question a couple of times with no answer. Left a message. Ordered the clock today. I need it prior to Christmas. No problems with the transaction. My call was returned the same day. Very busy time of the year. Spoke to a gentleman who was very courteous and gave a lot of good information about the clock I ordered. Totally satisfied with the service and product.

I did not open the box, immediately wrapped it so my husband wouldnt see the name on the box. I hope it is all good! It looked as though it was well packed!

Everything on the website worked great. When I received the clock I was disappointed to see that one of the trees had come off and needed to be glued back on. Also I think that I expected better workmanship on the clock for the price paid. The wood looked rather cheap. When I hung it I must say that it looks nice and the tone of the clock is nice. However, I do think that it was very overpriced.

I contacted customer service prior to ordering to be sure the item was in stock and could arrive in time for my husband's birthday. The stock status was verified and the item was shipped the same day, so even though the shipping company was delayed a couple of days due to COVID-19, the clock still arrived with plenty of time to spare. My husband loves it. It is a beautiful piece, and he just about has the pendulum in the right position for it to keep time accurately. Thank you so much for your help!
