The office is clean the staff are friendly and caring.
I am fostering a dog. I priced the visit before I went in $55.00 Office Visit, 45 for the heart worm test. Upon exiting the clinic I gave the receptionist my card, the chaos the dog would not walk on tile. Me and the Vet Tech are trying to get her to walk out the door, I lost my car keys (found them in the door). I drive up put her in my car and go home. Then i look at the receipt and realized I was charged over $200. Vets should shop with the Patients wallet and not their own. And do not charge double the retail price for medicine. So $50.00 for ear drops other tests I didn't recognize. I was really hoping I had found my forever vet, but the search is on again.
WORST VET! AVOID! Our dog Olive died at Bayshore Animal Hospital and they lost her remains and gave us the wrong dog. The package they sold us was private creation, a lock of fur, and pawprints. The fur they gave us was not even close to the right color (our dog was blonde and the fur was black and brown) and the pawprint was not the right size. After we pointed out their error, they were dismissive, unresponsive, and unprofessional. They have not given us any information about their efforts to try to locate Olive's remains and the vet did not even call us to apologize. WORST VET EVER!
