Beachwaver Co.

Ordered a beachwaver that was supposed to be 50% off. Never got the discount and when attempted to return, was completely ignored. I understand that items on sale are usually not returnable but I never got the discount in the first place and no one bothers to return your inquiries. I'll never buy anything from this joke of a company again.

I have thick, curly, frizz prone hair that I like to straighten sometimes for special occasions. Typically, it would take almost 40 minutes to do, but with the Beachwaver straightener I was able to achieve the same results in half the time. Yes please! The plates never snag my hair strands and they create sleek, shiny results. They literally shipped it out the same day and I recieved it within 4 days. I highly recommend checking them out!

Ten days and still no response. I sent pictures of the mess they shipped and nothing. So I will now dispute the charges and contact the Better Business Bureau.

Beachwaver is one of those scamming companies--they put a "retail" price with a "sale" price, and promise returns, but the "retail" price posted online is NOT the retail price they calculate for "no returns over 30% discount...this cheap waving device according to them is $298, which, of course, is not posted anywhere until you try to return it. My purchase said retail was $69 and I bought for $59. They would not take it back because they claimed retail was almost $300. Anyone who would buy such a product, that, btw, doesn't work, for $300 is probably one of those people receiving social security and are over 150 years old.
