I placed my order on 5 February 2021 and received it on 12 February 2021 and that was at the free shipping rate. Very impressive. They had a better selection and inventory than most bead vendors on the internet. I will definitely continue fulfilling my beading needs and requirements through Beadaholique. Highly recommend this company!

6 business days has passed since i made an order and still nothing about a tracking number! I hate waiting for so long. But let me tell something, this is the last time purchasing items on Beadaholique.

I have been buying from beadaholique for the past few years and have always been happy with my items. I recently got an item that was defective and was really impressed by how quickly they sent a replacement! Within 3 days after calling I had a replacement and it was in perfect condition! Standard shipping can take up to a week sometimes, but at least it's free. My biggest Pro Tip is to give them a call if you have any questions, they responded faster over the phone than email.

Have shopped at Beadaholique a couple times now. Always receive my order within the same week ordered and have never had any kind of problem in getting exactly what I ordered all pack very securely in a bubble mailer. Love there beads. If you are looking for Czech fire polished beads or Swarovski, they have them at very good prices.

Placed an order thinking I would get it within the week as my regular supplier ships the same day. No. Five days and three emails and my order is listed as "still processing". I finally called in from Canada and got someone on the phone. He assured me my order would be cancelled since it took way to long. I should have had it within a week at the latest. Sure, I get the refund but only 90% of it. You're charging me a fee for an order I never got? Seriously, not impressed. Don't be fooled by low prices.

Also, MIles, as someone else mentioned who responds to emails - very rude and short. Not helpful at all. Very disappointed as I heard a lot of people say great things about product.

Ordered from them a couple times - thought they would be professional because they do have really good videos. However, a couple of unfulfilled orders later, with no explanation or apology, cured me of shopping with them. There are many, many other bead supply companies with a much better selection and very competitive prices to shop from that truly do care about their customers. Beadaholique simply acts like they don't care.

I really love their selection of products. I have ordered from beadaholique.com a couple of times and there was never once a package is missing or any problem with the item. The only complaint I may have is that this site is very popular, so items sold out very fast and you have to wait a long time before they are restocked again. But other than that this is an excellent place to shop for jewelry supplies.

When I place items in my shopping cart without checking out I get a quick reminder email. When I place and pay for an order, the shipping label is printed immediately but the order is not shipped for several days. It does not take three days to ship a small order. Today is day four and my order is still unfulfilled. I paid for expedited shipping of three business days as shown on their website but they don't tell you on that page that it will take three business days to get the order out it's ridiculous. No one answers the phone when you call. I am beyond frustrated.

Beadaholique has really good products and videos, but there is a major problem regarding the use of discount codes and gift cards. They only take one or the other but not both on their website. I have purchased beading supplies from other online bead vendors (example: Fire Mountain) and they DO take both. When I called support, they said that a number of people have complained and requested using both, but I was told that upper management would NOT allow it nor change their policy. I hope that the folks that read this review will add their voices and complain to Beadaholique. Then maybe they would change their policy to benefit us consumers and not their pocket.

I order from beadaholique a lot and have never had a problem with anything! Their products are great and always arrived in a timely manner. The only time I had a problem was very recently, one of my packages got lost in transit during the process of me moving. I emailed asking what I could do and right away they were willing to re-ship my order! They were so sweet and understanding. I will definitely continue to buy from them.

Over the past several years, I have occasionally bought from Beadaholic and never have had any issues with service or delays! As a beading teacher, I also recommend the company to my students. All mail moves slowly these days, so we must all be patient!

I like the selection of findings and jewelry making components that the website has, however I reviewed the website with 3 stars due to slow shipping. I chose to order with Beadaholique over another vendor (who actually had cheaper prices but a little longer on shipping time) because of the reviews everyone left commending them on their fast shipping... I placed my order over a week ago and it has not even been shipped yet. I am a first time customer and I'm pretty displeased with their shipping times. I wish I would have gone with the other vendor because I'm pretty sure my items would have at least been shipped by now (if not possibly already delivered). I wanted to love beadaholique like the rest of you but I doubt I will be shopping with them again. I just hope I don't have a problem with my order and have to ship it back and wait for a replacement... if it's taking them this long to even ship my order, I can't imagine how long I'll have to wait for a replacement item.

LOVE! I am starting my own little business to pay for medical expenses (3 surgeries in 1 year=awesome), pay for a masters at BYU in sports medicine, and PA school. I am entirely too ambitious, but this site has helped me keep to my 2k max spending budget for the year. I am stoked!

I was hesitant at first to do business with them due to all the negative reviews I read on here. However, they had an item I absolutely needed that I couldn't find anywhere else so I took the chance. So far no problems. My order came within 6 days of ordering and I'm all the way here in Hawaii so I was surprised how quick it arrived. It usually takes me longer than that to receive items I order from the mainland. Overall a positive experience and I will probably do business with them again. I just hope I don't have a negative experience the next time.

Canadian buyers beware. This place is NOT WORTH it. Aside from the exchange rate, shipping takes forever- I waited 18 days, and was NOT told duty taxes would be extra. Now I am stuck with additional charges and have to put myself at risk during a covid-19 pandemic to go pay for my parcel at the post office. Nothing but inconvenience and hassle buying from the company. Never again!

I placed a small order for the first time it took a little longer than I thought it should have but not the main issue shortly after my purchase my credit card was used at a tee shirt shop not to far from their business not once but twice. The tee shirt shop reversed us. Be careful. As a business owner we are honest but sometimes a employee may not be.

This company is not answering their phone during business hours! I have sent three emails and have received one canned email that my order is on its way. The shipping company has no proof that the order has ever shipped. Since they won't answer their phone or emails I don't know how to get my money back. This company sucks!

I've been making jewelry to sell at local craft fairs for years. I knoe they've been around for a while but I only discovered Beadaholique a few months ago. They have EVERYTHING and I absolutely love the videos. Very on trend. They've really been an inspiration to me to try new techniques and materials I had never considered. The result has been a lot of new customers for me. Shipping is always fast... love these guys!

Do not deliver the product I order.
I've ordered from them first time. It went fine.
Second time, order wasn't delivered because they got the address wrong.
I've conversed several email with them. They said I had the address wrong. Address was already saved in my profile and it's same as billing address.
They blame customer while they are the ones who $#*!ed up.
My order took nearly a month.
When I finally got it, two items of my orders were missing.
I sent them another email and they replied "we refunded the money"
At any point in our several conversations did they mention I won't be getting my full order.
I waited a long time for the items I won't get.
$#*! service.
I will never buy from them again.

I purchased the 4" steel plate and rubber pad to flatten bottle caps and could not get it to work like it does in the video.No matter how I did it, it didn't work. They said to send it back postage paid for a full refund, but that doesn't explain why it didn't work.

The only reason I don't give it 4 stars is because they have a rather limited selection on gemstones, but aside from that their prices are great and they offer a wide selection of the "meat and potatos" of jewelry components - findings, metal wire, stringing wire and so forth. Timely delivery! Once they sent me the wrong gauge of stringing wire and when I contacted them, they gave me a pre-paid return shipping label and once they received that they sent the correct one. Very reasonable prices too on everything.

Beadaholique used to answer their phones but no longer does. Maybe they'll call you back. They also used to offer 15 to 20% discounts for larger orders ($250 plus) but no more. If you are looking to order larger quantities of items, you should look elsewhere. Or if you are looking for good customer service, you should also look elsewhere. I've been a customer for over 4 years, but am now looking elsewhere.
