I placed my order on 5 February 2021 and received it on 12 February 2021 and that was at the free shipping rate. Very impressive. They had a better selection and inventory than most bead vendors on the internet. I will definitely continue fulfilling my beading needs and requirements through Beadaholique. Highly recommend this company!
My 16 year old daughter ordered a ring insert from this company. She received a notice that it was delivered 5 days ago. Still nothing. The company does not respond either. Don't do business with companies with bad customer service. At least respond!
I order a couple of items from the site before even reading the reviews. After I read the reviews I thought I was not going to get the items, but the truth is that they came within a week I placed my order.
What made me a bit anxious was that I never received a confirmation email giving me a tracking number of my order, which other companies do.
I would use this company again, but only if I don't find the items I am looking for in another shop.
It felt like my order took a while, I know that's not their fault. I was a bit upset I received a damaged package and my Polybags half of them damaged. I felt like I lost money. I did however decide to give them a call. I spoke to a very nice gentleman. He apologized for my Polybags arriving damaged and requested a replacement right away. They are very solid, high-quality bags. My customers are happy as well. Not like other places. Thanks, Beadaholique.

This company has the slowest shipping time of any company I've used. In my eyes, that equates to crappy customer service. If you use the free shipping, you will not receive your order for at least 10 days. Sometimes I'd have 2 or 3 orders open at once, since I ordered once a week from them.
Now I've taken my business elsewhere. Firemountaingems.com, Riogrande.com, shipwreckbeads.com, jewelrysupply.com, all have better customer service than these fools.
Maybe I can use a few of the gemstones I ordered from Beadaholique... not sure? Many gemstones were chipped and scratched. Garnets were not useable at all! Certainly not the quality I would ever put in my designs. Very low quality - beware!
I'm new to beading and came to Beadaholique through their many YouTube videos. Still I had some kind of newbie questions and needed product recommendations. When I got on chat Glady's was very sweet and helpful. I must have kept her for 30 minutes but she gave me all the information I needed to buy what I required for my simple project. Very nice people there.

After many years of making jewelry, I gave it up for awhile so when I decided to return there were a lot more online stores to choose from, I am placing my 3rd order this month, their prices are great, shipping within a few days and they always have coupons plus they have a lot of videos to watch for newcomers and returning beaders! I would highly recommend them as I am rebuilding my beading supplies :)

Miles, the person who replies to their emails, is very curt and offers NO extra help at all. He does not directly answer your question. I cannot believe this company has such terrible customer service and I WILL NOT order from them again.
I like this site so much, I can find my items more easier, and they have great price. I love to buy their beads for my handmade craft, but I can't find the glass beads I'm looking for, so I ordered from other websites. I will continue your site for my bookmark.
If you are thinking of ordering merchandise from this company, proceed with caution. I placed an order early on a Friday evening. By Tuesday, no communication. When I called the company the phone just kept ringing... no answer. Emails go unanswered. As of today my order has been completely deleted from my account. I'm going to have to go through the hassle of asking my bankcard to refuse payment. There is something creepy going on at Beadaholique. I did have a positive experience with Artbeads.com

Great site for jewelry and beading supplies. I have been purchasing for three years now and selling my jewelry on Etsy. The prices make it possible for me to make money, the deliveries have been always fast and flawless. I just love these guys and had to say...
They don't really want to talk to you on the phone. They want you to use their web site. The guy who answers the phone is rude and hates his job.
Shipping is very slow, too slow.
The kits I ordered missing beads. I received two empty bead bags in one kit and the other kit missed a tube of beads so I couldn't start my project. The beads holes were plugged and when I tried to ream them out, they broke. This turned out to be very time consuming.
I called and complained and he reluctantly agreed to replace the. But he acted like I epwas trying to get something free. Because it took me to long to call. I didn't open the kits right away.
The kits contain just enough beads for the project, so when you break the focal point beads or lose one, you are screwed.
There are a lot of places to buy beads, so I will be moving on.
I placed an order for over $200 for kits I needed to teach a class. I kept checking for a shipping notice but after a week I still hadn't gotten one. So I called them. Wow! They were so rude and unhelpful. I asked to talk to a manager and was told I was talking to the manager. Really? I asked when my order would go out... Was told orders that pay for premium shipping get first priority. So I asked if I could upgrade to premium shipping. Was told I would have to cancel my order and reorder if that's what I wanted to do. Wow!
My items finally came the day before the class. I will never order from them again. You can't be rude and nasty and expect people to keep spending their money with your company.
I bought 93 dollars from this website in SIC of january and today is 7 of february and i not receive anything, my last emails nobody answer, they said to wait until tomorrow 8 of february to consider my items lost, im waiting to get my money back but nobody is speaking to me.
I ordered some beads and some findings. I received not the same with the picture beads ( incorrect ones) also got damaged some beads. And I found missing item.
I finally got refund about missing item and damaged beads. BUT they wouldn't have sent the item if I hadn't asked.
I order products on black Friday and received my items in 5 days. They also sent me a confirmation email with an order number/tracking number for the mail. I'm satisfied with my purchase.
I was sent my border more than half of the beads were not the size or coloring that I needed or desired so I returned them they told me to put the invoice in with my returning beads but they did not send me an invoice so I added to my box of beads I was returning a piece of paper with my name address and a list of all the beads I was returning 36 items they refunded me for one strand of beads they are thieves they are Liars do not do business with this company! Shame on you Beadaholique shame on you!

I would not order from this company -way over priced, poor selection and the owner was nasty and unprofessional in my opinion. Heard he is being sued anyway for stealing this gals credit card! Yikes!
I´l made a purchase on July 26 and on August 3 it showed that I was still in the United States. For this they told me they would refund the money, which they supposedly did on September 24, but after 15 days I have not received the refund. Asendia, which is the international carrier, does not respond, and now PayPal, which is supposedly the one that made the refund, either. What kind of companies does BEADAHOLIQUE outsource, since none of them know anything about anything. Beadaholique just say they did everything they could do
My advice to you- do not even bother with any sort of expedited shipping. You'd just be throwing away your money You will NOT get your order any faster, they will still sit on it for at least 3 days.
Their policies say: " We ship packages out seven days a week, 8 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. Free Standard shipping orders will be shipped within one to three business days after the order is placed. USPS Priority, USPS Express, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day air orders received before 11 am Pacific Time will be shipped same day; if received after 11 am, they will be shipped the following business day."
THIS IS A LIE! If they are not going to abide by their policies, change them! So sick of this from this company, I have requested another company to stock the items I buy from them. When they do, I'm not spending another dime on Beadaholique.com.

Tried to return a couple items, and they returned them to me! They never opened the package at all! How could they determine if items were returnable?
I guess they must be on vacation, because I've made two requests about an order of which 9 out of 10 items were NOT DELIVERED, but my account says they were fulfilled. Definitely have lost my business. And I guess I'm out of that money.
O opened up a chat with Analeya and she answered all my questions. I bought the items I needed for my project and received everything just a few days later, from across the country. Great!
Their live chat is very condescending and inaccurate. Shipping time is very slow and they do not stand behind dates they give. I do not recommend ordering direct from them. Very poor company.
TERRIBLE PRODUCTS! CHEAP FROM CHINA! They sell fake silver plating and there stuff is so cheaply made! They never respond to emails and have horrible customer service! I was sent a bead reamer that didn't work and they refused to return or exchange it! I called and sent emails and they said that they ware pretty sure that it will EVENTUALLY WORK and refused to accept a return or exchange! TOTAL SCAM
Poor customer service. Items take over a week to leave their facility. Email response takes several days. Items were also missing from the shipment.
