I placed my order on 5 February 2021 and received it on 12 February 2021 and that was at the free shipping rate. Very impressive. They had a better selection and inventory than most bead vendors on the internet. I will definitely continue fulfilling my beading needs and requirements through Beadaholique. Highly recommend this company!
My 16 year old daughter ordered a ring insert from this company. She received a notice that it was delivered 5 days ago. Still nothing. The company does not respond either. Don't do business with companies with bad customer service. At least respond!
I've picked up things from this wonderful establishment on numerous occasions I've always been completely satisfied.
I have ordered through Beadaholique many times over the last few years and was mostly pleased. The chains I received were not what I had expected (their photos of chains, I discovered, are not good enough to make a good choice), so, I contacted them and they told me to ship them back for a refund. I did get the refund.
When I first ordered freshwater pearls from them, I was very pleased with them when they arrived. Lately, though, their pearls are not as high quality as they were.
NOW, here is why I am so angry. I ordered some gold and silver wire. I liked how they looked in their photos. When I received them, I was so very disappointed as the gold and silver were just awful, very dull and looked more like plastic or resin. I phoned them and they said to ship them back for a refund. So, I did. Then I forgot about it until about a month later, I checked my bank account for a refund from them, and, there was not. So, I emailed them and ask them why I haven't received a refund for the items I ordered from them and then returned to them.
They said that they have NO record of any items returned from me, AND, that it was too late to get a refund anyway. HUH...?
So, I went onto their website and checked my account to find my order, as they had always kept a record of my orders on their website. Well, in this case, there was no order of mine for the gold and silver wire! At all! AND, all of my other records were... GONE!
I am VERY angry about this. They used any method they could think of to not refund me (this was very expensive chain) AND they removed all of my orders from my account.
I am reporting them to the BBB, to the Attorney General's Office in their state. I probably won't get any refund, but, they have to be stopped. I read many other customers' very negative reviews who are very upset at how they have been treated.
In my experience, Beadaholique has the worst customer service ever. Through my dealings with this company, it was very clear that they do not value their customers or integrity. I recommend anyone considering to shop at Beadaholique to take their business to a more professional and honest company.
In September 2013, I purchased two products from Beadaholique via Newegg. When I received my order, one of the items was damaged. I called Newegg, who informed me I needed to contact Beadaholique to have the issue resolved. Newegg.com provided me with Beaholique's telephone number and I proceeded to call them. There was no answer, so I left a voicemail message. After five business days, I did not receive a return call from Beadolique so I place another call to them. Again there was no answer, so I left another voicemail message. I repeated this process three additional times and I still have not received a return call.
Recently I was looking into purchasing a product and through my internet search I came across Beadahoique again. I found an tab on their website where you could submit questions, so I decided to give Beadaholique one more chance to right the situation. I wrote a note explaining what happened and here was their response:
"I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, due to how long ago this was purchased, I am unable to refund or replace this item. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you.

I responded to this email explaining once again the details of situation in hopes of having the issue resolved, but I have not yet heard back from Beadaholique. In all honesty, I doubt that I will ever hear back from Beadaholique. If I do receive a response from Beadahoique I will post an update.
Poor communication and poor customer service. I'll never shop them again
