I was able to get in contact with someone from the company and they sent another order out to me ASAP! That was great. I really didn't want to feel ripped off especially after ordering for the first time. Customer service satisfied the situation and I am pleased.
I ordered three items through beauty bakerie. The colors were very different than described or shown in pictures on the website. I'm unsure if there was some mistake on their end, of if the colors are just that off. I reached out for help and said that I would be happy to send them back, exchange them, accept a refund, whatever was easiest for them. Delivered with no products and a run around dealing with filing claims with carriers whom all say contact the company. The company Beauty Bakerie gives the shippers responsibility of the package even if you purchase route insurance. Now I'm out the cost of the products with no products. First time ordering from this company as well...

They sent me a faulty product that literally fell apart when I opened it due to it being put together with an inadequate amount of glue. When I emailed them they refused to take any responsibility and only sent a replacement after I filed a paypal dispute. Upon the replacement arriving there were hidden fees that they sent along with it. The products are subpar and the customer service is extremely rude and disrespectful. I have now escalated my paypal claim to try to recoup the loss for this item. Please do not shop with this company, they have horrendous business practices and will try to screw you over!
The products were alright at best. The packaging is inconsistent in each product. For example the 3 lip whips that I purchased came with 3 different top designs. Furthermore the quality is subpar for the price you are paying, as the lip whips $20 and are streaky and sticky. However the eyeliner is quite nice and has a pleasant gel consistency, and the eyeshadows are highly pigmented.
The packaging is amazing and came perfect in the box it was shipped in. Unfortunately while the packaging is 10/10 the products are just average. I got a metallic lip whip the color sticks really well and doesn't come off your lips easily but warm water, wet clothing and scrubbing gets it off. I also got a matte lip whip again great color and sticks well. The lip stick I ordered was pretty but came off my lips very easily, for ten dollars I got a trail/mini size (admittedly this is my fault for not reading about it more). The lip gloss I ordered was pretty but easily wipes off and doesn't really stick.
They did give me a coupon so the price was more affordable, I would go back and buy the metallic lip whip and matte lip whip but not the lip stick or lip gloss.
I purchased a lip gloss & matte lipstick, the colors are deceiving from what's shown on the website. The lip gloss is darker & have barely to any sparkle. The lipstick is too oily. It feels like something I could have made at home. Also the applicant to apply the products is cheap & flemsy.

I placed my very first and only order with beauty bakerie. My disappointment was that I never received my order. I was told to contact FedEx as beauty bakerie has no responsibility after the order is sent out. I contacted FedEx and was told that it was delivered. I let them know that it was delivered to the wrong address. FedEx apologized, but told me to contact beauty bakerie for a replacement. Beauty bakerie does not believe in replacement. They a "small business". Small businesses are not international. Anyway, I lost out on $60. I never got an apology from beauty bakerie. As a black woman, I like to support black businesses. I am beyond disappointed as I will never support this business. If you have a policy that doesn't believe in the service of your customers, you do not deserve to be in business. I blame Cashmere Nicole, the CEO and founder of this terrible company. The representatives treat the customers horribly. Do not buy from them. They are thieves. The CEO is a thief.
I've ordered from this company before - got a email stating my order was left on the porch by Fedex and there was no order but I still had to pay for it. Their customer service dept was horrible. I was informed because I didn't get the insurance to cover my order- nothing could be done. They cared less regarding my concerns. Who wants to pay for items NEVER RECEIVED?
It's 2023 - I PRAY this company have concerns and cares for their customers now. They do have beautiful products - but no one wants to pay for undelivered items. That's not fair or right. Most of all I PRAY hard they are NO LONGER USING FEDEX. I'm going to order again with many doubts but I do love their lip colors. Praying I get what I paid for on this go round because it's NOT cool having to pay for UNDELIVERED MERCHANDISE.

Lip sticks but I never receive my order
I was excited to support this brand and believed in their mission statement. My first order went fine. My second arrived missing one of the two items I ordered (and it was not cheap). I contacted customer service and they were deplorable. They immediately made it known that they weren't interested in helping me and tried to say they didn't have an obligation to send me the item I ordered because their system showed my order was sent complete. They then asked for photos (of a missing item... ok) and this is a trap. The reason being you have to open your package breaking their seal to know if an item is missing. Then when you send them photos of your open package with the seal broken, they claim that it looks like it's been tampered with, meaning a 3rd party stole your product and they aren't liable! Disgusting. I even told them the seal arrived intact. The customer girl Sheila told me that this is their protocol they are told to say to each customer with an order issue. I had to send 10 back and forth emails with her and finally file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau before they agreed to send my item. I've never been more disappointed with a company, especially because their products are great. Buy from Ulta if you want the products because they will protect your purchase. ALSO, beware that even if your entire order is never delivered, Beauty Bakerie disclaims ALL LIABILITY and says you have to take it up with USPS or Fedex and they keep your money. I needed to warn people to not go through what I went through.
I watch a lot of influencers on YouTube and a few of them highly appraised beauty bakerie and said their products are such good quality... Well they aren't. I ordered what I thought were going to be two cute 'Lip Whip' liquid lipsticks, I Like to Chai Chai and Honey, that are ADVERTISED as smudge proof, water proof etc but they were the worst expensive liquid lipsticks I ever bought. They don't dry down matte, I waited for an HOUR and they were extremely sticky and smudge easily. I tried putting a lipgloss over them because I wanted to try to make them work but it was just uncomfortable. The quality is just horrible. And when I tried to reach customer service I got nothing but an answering machine and they never called me back, never answered my emails. Complete dead silence from them. I tried writing a review on their website but they just deleted it. It cost me $80 for two lipsticks (after conversion rate, S&H, taxes and customs charges) thinking I was supporting a good brand but the liquid lipsticks are unwearable, I can only throw them in the trash. I have never been so disappointed with makeup before.
