Going by all the horror stories here, it feels like I've been incredibly lucky, but I ordered a handful of times from them and I'm over the moon so far. Even though they ship from the UK to my EU-country the delivery time is very reasonable every time: between 5 to 10 days. Contacted the customer service on 2 occasions and received a helpful reply within 2-3 days, so that's OK too. Throw in their selection of make up that I have a hard time finding anywhere else and their insanely good eyeshadow formula (price vs quality unmatched) and I'm a very happy customer. Nice little bonus: very often there's set-deals, free gifts or discounts.
I'm extremely disappointed with Beauty Bay for their misleading terms and conditions. They clearly state no import taxes or duties are required, yet I had to pay them upon delivery. There's never any mention during the checkout process that duties might apply. I even contacted them, pointing out the misleading clause in their terms, and their response was dismissive, pretending there's no issue. This lack of transparency and customer care is unacceptable. Buyers, beware of this shady practice
Beauty Bay is one of the most professional websites for makeup I've ever had to deal with. Item's always come packaged nicely and they come super fast! Communication is on point also, keep it up Beauty Bay!
I have been waiting for my refund now since the 25th of march and I have been passed around from person to person with no resolution.
They are doing everything in their power to hold on to my refund and giving every excuse.
I would not recommend using beauty bay because any issues they will not resolve in a timely manner specially when it comes to returning your money

God forbid you dont buy the tracked service for $6. No reply from customer services. No number to call. No emailed receipt. Help page says to "check local postage service and wait 10 business days before contacting". 100% thumbs down. You will see this review copied and pasted to other review websites.
Ordered over £130 of goods with the promise of an amazing free gift and next day delivery. After 7 days nothing turned up. Beauty Bay say Hermes lost the order. Now if I reorder there is no free gift and products are out of stock
I'm really surprised there are so many bad reviews here for Beauty Bay! I love this shop and so far I've not had any issues with them. One thing I really like about them is that there are information articles on there too and when looking to buy something on the product page they often have a link to more info on the product or how to use it or why it's such a popular item, sometimes there's a link to say here's other products similar that you may like. There is a good range of products from lots of great brands and I think the cost seems good. Maybe I haven't had problems because I'm in uk idk but some reviews about shipping problems etc are not in uk so maybe it is that? So far I honestly have had no problems at all.

Long story short every order I have from them is either wrong or damaged. I email them, DM them on twitter and get ignored. I sent the orders back with trackable shipping (which paypal told me to do) they still ignored me so paypal refunded me. I have had an email today from Hannah from Beauty Bay's "Customer Service" team who has said sent me a vile, threatening email claiming that they never received goods back. Good job I sent the goods back via recorded delivery. Will never use again!
Ordered two items and soon received some strange emails claiming to be UPS looking for "extra charges". These charges could not be found on the legitimate UPS website, so I contacted Beauty Bay customer service. Got some runaround about having to pay customs, totally ignoring the fact that the email that it was coming from appeared fraudulent. Sent them these emails, there were a few, always from some strange email address. The final email had the appearance of coming from UPS, but when clicked on, none of the "page" worked, links weren't actually links. Such a big scam. The items were eventually returned to Beauty Bay because I refused to give my credit card to these frauds, but I have never received a refund. I see now I should have checked their reviews first.

I had made an order before new years and have not received anything. I had sent an email with no response. Awful and dread fall company your expensive and a bunch of thieves. I would never ever recommend this nasty crappy store to anyone.
So after 4 months I sent an email and never received a reply. Sent an email again after 8 months just to find out that they can do nothing since the time frame for claims on missing packages are 3 months. Nevermind the fact that they never told me this. Only thing I read about was returns. Poor service and would never suggest them!
Appalling service. I have had goods stuck in customs for 2 months as they require a certificate from Beauty Bay due to CBD being in one product. All they have is a generic email address which I have emailed several times and have had a couple of replies saying don't email us so much we're busy and we'll get you the paperwork. Two months have now passed no reply to my last email and the goods are going to be destroyed. Now I'm going to have to try and get a refund of the $120 I spent - good luck with that! There is no phone number to call and the customer service email people could not care less. Would not recommend and will not be purchasing again. Will be reporting Beauty Bay to NZ Sales & Goods regulators also.
I have ordered twice the same order due to their web site causing issue. SO two same orders have been placed. It was not possible to cancel the second order, as I heard from them so we agree that I should send it back and get a refund for the parcel but also the shipping costs.
After contacting their customer service I returned the second order, I received a refund for the products but not for the shipping costs, 18 EUROS!
This story goes on since February now, every week same reply, the accounts dept will take care of it.

I requested a UK next day delivery but they failed to do so although an extra fees of 3.50£ was paid for this claimed service. I've been asking them about the parcel as I was in the UK for few days, with no actions from them. After this, they deliver the item to the receptionist after I already had left the country and refused to refund my money!
So, I ordered two lashes and paid extra for tracking within 3-5 working days. Of course the shipping time is seriously a lie! It's been 5 days and I still have not received my package and on the shipping company website the package is listed as "Shipment is expected, but not yet in sorting process" and that on the 5th DAY. I needed these for a big party and I now know not to order from them again.
Never received my package. It was not a huge order but it never arrived. They insisted it did, Item was $17 and I have reported no receipt of goods to PayPal. They have been great but I receive a note from a Jack everyday telling me I received it. Never offered me a replacement, Just a continual filling out of papers and insisting I received it. It could have been stolen from my front door but doubtful. Anyway, I never got my item and they are being difficult. DO NOT buy from them No guarantee you will get your item!

I did not receive my parcel last week, the ongoing emails back and forth all week with "customer service " was horrendous, no compassion and lack of support.
Apparently my parcel was given to a neighbour which was not the case as the only photo they could show was the delivery guy holding my parcel and not the neighbour...NOT HELPFUL and unprofessional...

In the beginning of the month I ordered a palette that I've had my eye for quite some time. It took almost two weeks to receive my palette. Once I gotten it, I was very disappointed to see that one of the pans of shadows were completely destroyed. Not mention to the packaging for my palette was very poorly done. Just some crinkled up paper to "protect the palette" I guess. Customer service isn't all that great either. You have to speak to multiple people just to get a refund. Definitely not helpful at all. If you're going to order from this website be cautious or just don't order from it at all.
They put the wrong address on my package took two weeks to reply to my email any another 3 to tell me they lost my package. They obviously didn't give a $#*!. I got a refund for my order but no refund for shipping or the $35 in duty I had to pay. After asking them about this they rever replied. It's so sad because I was really looking forward to the products.
Ordered two items at a cost of £30. However I did not receive a confirmation email, though the money was deducted from my payment method. When I emailed to enquire about my order confirmation, I was sent round in circles, with customer service informing me they cannot process my enquiry as I don't have an order number! I don't have an order number because they never sent a confirmation email! Basically I can't get my money back or the goods I prefer. I placed an order worth €75 two weeks ago and still have not received my parcel. I have gotten no update on the progress of my order in over a week. The customer services are extremely unhelpful and keep referring me to the courier service who in turn, refer me back to Beauty Bay. Beauty Bay did not supply correct information for customs so the parcel cannot be passed onto the courier company. So my package is in limbo somewhere.
I was also told that I can't cancel my order because it was already dispatched from Beauty Bay however 2 weeks and waiting for an order is a bit of a disgrace in my opinion.
I am really unhappy with the delay in receiving my parcel and also with the lack of communication on the issues causing the delay.
I never ever leave negative reviews for any company or establishment however I am just totally fed up with the lack of communication and lack of urgency to rectify the issue.
They will not supply your order... the customer services will give you the runaround... When they do respond it is with gibberish and stupid question, but mostly you can expect them to blank you because they are busy trying to game review sites with fake reviews to make themselves look good.

Terrible service. Ordered two lipsticks, but they have never arrived. Asked them to re-send the order, but they only give refunds, which means I should wait for even more weeks to receive my order. I decided to place the order at an alternative make up site. Never buying from BeautyBay again!
I ordered a shrek advent calendar on November 27th and here it is December 20th and still no package. Beauty Bay has done nothing to resolve this issue. Just keep emailing me the same response delays are out of their control. I will not order from this company again because it's obvious they are just in the business of taking customers money but when it comes to customer service or customer satisfaction they could care less!
I ordered through this site and never received my package. I was in touch with their customer services through email (they have no hotline to call for customer services) and they told me there was an attempted delivery although I was never left anything in my mail box or email about this. They said they would follow up but only reply if I write to them first. 7 weeks later and I'm still out of pocket for the stuff I ordered and with no sign of a parcel. They continue to copy and paste me the same response and offer no help. Absolutely do not order with these people and save yourself the headache of chasing up for a refund.
Not only did ny package take two months to get into my country but now since it has im being held up by a 3rd party company ( EZclear who are also a scam) demanding that I pay exorbitant customs and duties fees that can and will be circumvented by just paying through regular customs processes. I've never had a such a poor experience ordering from somewhere

I don't know why I saw many negative feedback about this Beauty Bay services but mine was arrived safely shipping to Malaysia (I chose free shipping), which was normally will arrive up to 2 months. But mine just arrived today which less than 2 weeks. It's unexpectedly fast! I would buy some more in the future!
