Going by all the horror stories here, it feels like I've been incredibly lucky, but I ordered a handful of times from them and I'm over the moon so far. Even though they ship from the UK to my EU-country the delivery time is very reasonable every time: between 5 to 10 days. Contacted the customer service on 2 occasions and received a helpful reply within 2-3 days, so that's OK too. Throw in their selection of make up that I have a hard time finding anywhere else and their insanely good eyeshadow formula (price vs quality unmatched) and I'm a very happy customer. Nice little bonus: very often there's set-deals, free gifts or discounts.
I'm extremely disappointed with Beauty Bay for their misleading terms and conditions. They clearly state no import taxes or duties are required, yet I had to pay them upon delivery. There's never any mention during the checkout process that duties might apply. I even contacted them, pointing out the misleading clause in their terms, and their response was dismissive, pretending there's no issue. This lack of transparency and customer care is unacceptable. Buyers, beware of this shady practice
Ordered on the 5th, Beauty Bay continue to blast my email woth promotions and discount codes, continue to flood my notifications with new products they're selling and yet STILL haven't replied to my email sent 10 days ago asking where my 'next day delivery' items were. Originally ordered over £100 worth of products on the 5th of March amd still have seen or heard nothing of my order. I'm beyond vex at this point it's a complete joke!

I was promised a Cover FX contour bonus if I purchased Cover FX products over $75 on this site. The bonus was never sent to me. I contacted Beauty Bay's customer service dept twice and no reply. Never ordering from this site again, which is a shame because I'm in the makeup industry and purchase a lot of products.
I ordered my things about a month and a half ago, I was worried when I read these reviews, but once I really considered I got scammed, a few days later my box came! Packaging was great so nothing leaked (some reviews mentioned that). I never really got solid updates on my package which worried me, but nevertheless I got it, and it looks legit. I hope everyone gets as lucky as me and gets their package(s).
Same story second time in a row - I expect my purchase to arrive, nothing for over a month, I start looking for it than BB sends a claim form which must be filled during 4 ( if I remember correctly, the timing was short) otherwise they can't accept my claim. Done it, got a refund and after nearly 2 month my package has arrived ( the box was tired and with a note it had a pleasure to visit a Thailand. Nice job, BB logistics company). Declare this situation for BB honestly, they make a discount for me, all good. I though it was one time issue.
So, place another order and here we are AGAIN - no parcel for over a month, guess it's in Thailand again though I live in EU... It makes me sick to think that I'll have to fill in claims ( and to think where to print out this claim since I'll be on vacation next week). Why why why I hadn't seen there reviews before...
We ordered something november 2020 and expected it to take a little longer to arrive because of brexit and covid, we send an email and they told us to just track it. It's march 2021 and still no package! Again email send and now they tell us they can't do anything because of a 90 day rule? Why didn't they tell us in the first email?!
It's fair to say we are pretty mad and losing our patience...

I wish to give zero score and a massive thumbs down to this company. Happy to take your money but drag their feet to issue a refund. Purchase at your own risk! As it will be a lucky dip if you receive what you ordered, and for it to be not faulty.
I purchased two HairBurst vitamins in the sale. One box was opened. The second did not come in a box, the seal was opened, and the barcode had been relabelled; therefore old stock.
Emailed with photographs straight away upon receiving my order. I was told I would be issued 10% refund for one, and a full refund for second which arrived opened. Please allow 10 working days, even though the transaction was with PayPal which should only take no more than 48 hours to be processed FYI!
Nothing was processed to date after numerous emails.
I placed an order for 3 items on March 6. Here it is April 9th and I still haven't received anything. Website shows "Order Despatched" on March 7 and then on April 1st "Closed by System". Fantastic. I emailed through the website for an order update and they sent me back a cut and paste auto-response with no information and no recourse. I'm filing a chargeback with my credit card company in the morning. This company is utter trash.

Don't bother. From all the reviews I have seen online you will probably never get your package. And guarantee you will not get it in the timeframe suggested on their websire. My package still hasnt arrive and it's been a month. I have only received automated responses from customer service. If you are in Australia go with Adore beauty instead my package arrived within a week with them.
Package took super long to get dispatched over to my country (Israel).
Then, about two months later, when it finally arrives to my country, I cannot track it anymore until I contact the costumer service which then declared it lost after four months of waiting.
I think Beauty Bay's international delivery is not good and I would not recommend it for those living outside the UK.
I ordered express delivery which is 2-4 days, it's my 4 day now and FINALLY i receive a notification that the order will be in 5 days and tomorrow I travel for a month. I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Very bad.
I was super excited to finally buy Nikkie Tutorials palette, but when I placed my order, the money was taken from my account, but no order was placed. It said they could not recognize my payment method.? But I still got charged.? Wtf. Still no response from customer service. This site is a complete scam

I ordered a morphe palette for my sisters birthday to be gift boxed and on receiving the parcel the product was not gift boxed. Beautybay does not have a customer services so I had to waste my time facebooking, tweeting and emailing them trying to get a response. When they responded they said they would refund the money for the gift box but that was not sufficient for me as my sisters birthday was in 2 days. It was ridiculous that they could not send me a gift box and made my sister really upset. I then had to change my plans to go and buy other materials to wrap my sisters present. Overall, poor service from beautybay and I will NEVER use their services again. Using Cultbeauty instead.
I had a bad experience with beautybay, i placed an order with the wrong adress i emailed beauty bay customer service a few min later for order cancellation or editing the order to the correct address badly they refuse to do so. I will never order from them again
I will never order anything from Beauty Bay again. I ordered on April 14th. It is now May 19th, still haven't received my order. I have tried multiple times to contact them, always an automated email in response. Nothing from them. They are nothing but crooks. Never buy from them!

Placed order on 10th Dec. Received notice that order was with courier and in the Fastway Hub on 14th Dec. Its now 12th January and still nothing. Multiple emails to Muhamed in customer services but they are refusing to refund as according to him my order is still in transit. Contacted fastway and they said they my order is missing. Do not buy from this site. I ordered the products on 21/3 and spent over 100 euro. I choose the option for the fastest delivery and I still haven't received the package. According to the tracking the package did custom cleareance in Italy but then it was shipped to the Netherlands where it did custom clearance again. It hasn't moved from there. I contacted numerous times the custom service to have a refund but they keep saying that I should wait and that they are checking. They are completely unprofessional and they did nothing to solve the problem. I lost over 100 euro.
I ordered some self tanning drops and first of all, it took FOREVER to receive my package! Then, when I opened the box, my bottle only had about 2/3 of the liquid in it! It had spilled out all into the package and the bubble wrap around it! If you're shipping beauty products, seems like you'd know HOW TO PACKAGE properly! I saw the next day that the top of my hands were discolored from opening it! When I let the company know, they so rudely emailed me that I could return it at my own expense for a refund! I ordered November 12th, more than a month in advance of Christmas. My order shipped out November 16th. Today, December 28th, I still have NOTHING. I paid $75 for absolutely nothing. I have emailed their customer service with incredibly vague, unhelpful responses. I am never, ever going to order from this website again, I advise you do the same.
I ordered their origin palette on nov 23rd and it was dispatched on Dec 1st. I paid for expedited shipping with tracking and received none of the above. No palette, no expedited shipping, and no ability to track my package. To make matters worse, I requested 2 family members to gift me with the identity and evolve palettes for Christmas. I am hoping they haven't ordered yet because this means all 3 of us are scammed out of our money. Wrong shade received in Texas from a box shipped from Florida but they asked for a video of item and photos and then fir me to pay for a return to the UK not Florida where it was sent to me from. The worst customer service ever and since I'm disabled and do t drive I rely on great deliveries and topnotch customer service and they fail big time with both.

I ordered some Ordinary products twice before, but on my third order (when the products came available - you have about a five minute window before they go again every day), my order was placed OK, but sometime afterwards, I received an email saying only ONE item was coming out of FOUR I had ordered and had confirmed were on their way at the time I purchased... that item was LESS than the shipping cost! Why would I just order one tiny bottle and pay that amount for shipping? It's unacceptable to tell people AFTER the order is placed that 75% of what they thought they purchased is not coming and then have the gall to still ship whatever is left (and still charging expensive shipping). Yes, I received a refund for the non-shipped products, but never again will I shop with this dodgy crowd. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Scammed by this website. Ordered a Sauna Blanked for £431.20 and a cloth insert for £79.20 Sadly the sauna blanket was faulty, so contacted beauty bay who sent a return shipping label. Good? Nope... Once they received the shipment back they only refunded the £79.20 and have not replied to any emails or live chat requests since...
