“Beauty by wand”

I ordered this today, not received confirmation email, phone number they have on the site is fake, there was a computerised voice on the other end that made no sense then it disconnected the call. I have emailed but not received a reply. I also contacted via the chat to which the reply was no one is available to chat. So I'm satisfied this is a fake website, I have just spent £57 on a facial product I won't receive
