Have had so many problems getting 4 of these chairs got 3 from amazon ca one perfect the other 2 severely cracked legs took so much convincing to get 3rd party seller to send me replacement legs. Didn't want to pack up whole chair send it back they wouldn't pick it up. Nobody help me during business hours. Son fixed 2 chairs that were not safe. Price way better and shipping free was half the time. I have 4 now may want 2 more buying one at a time. Was surprised and delighted to see chair in perfect shape box intact not beatup with slits in it. Came right to my door only wish delivery time and date more transparent got a day early but delivery person didn't knock and wait for a response. Box left outside my apt door. I don't think that's a good idea.
Bed Bath and Beyond went bankrupt. They were good to deal with. Overstock.com bought the name. You are now dealing with Overstock.com. I returned an item, unopened, and they refunded me half the money. They tell me that is in the fine print. They promised to exchange a $600 defective lamp but never did. I was told today it's too late.
Dirty laundry is their business. Wrote a review before about getting no where on a back order. Well the last update said to be shipped by October 1,2022. Items still not delivered to me. Ordered July 29,2022. Avoid ordering from a company whose higher ups don't care about customer satisfaction. Just their checks and bonuses.

I am still waiting on 7 wash clothes and 3 hand towels ordered on July 29,2022. At first they emailed merchandise to be delivered by August 9th. I did receive the 2 twin bed sets, paper plates and 1 of a set of 4 other wash cloths. Finally was emailed that the other 3 of the one set of wash cloths were out of stock. This left the 7 wash clothes and 3 hand towels. Saying now shipment should be out on these by September 17,2022. When I have texted or talked to them they are rude and repeat that I will have after they get to them. Asked for similar items at same cost. You would have thought I was asking the impossible. I also asked why did they not have the ability to have a running total on stock like other companies. I guess they don't need my business. I guess their higher ups only care about their checks and bonuses. NO WONDER the business is in trouble. The only store near me was about 25 miles from me closed. Sad all around.

I've used bed Bath & beyond online several times over the past couple years. It didn't work a few years ago and it still doesn't work today! This is the worst online store I've ever shopped at. The website needs a whole new facelift. It's slow, It doesn't work properly, And it's extremely frustrating to shop with them. Customer service is even worse, I was on hold for 30 minutes this week before someone answered support, Now I'm on hold with a chat bot for 20 minutes. On a good note the items and prices are decent but not worth all the hassle. This store is going to go out of business! I purchased this lamp which was a bit pricey now that I found out the crystals are plastic. Returns are inconvenient as well.
I ordered 4 Corning ceramic soup mugs. Three came packed in a large box with loose bubble wrap, two out of the three were smashed. The replacement order of two mugs came with one smashed because they were both put in the same bubble wrap. It's just stupid lazy workers and poor supervision. Poorly trained employees. Warning: don't order from Bed Bath and beyond.com. This will be the next company to go down the tubes. UPS Delivery Agent could hear the broken items but left them anyway.
I ordered gray curtains. The ones I received were green. Not my color. I contacted Bed, Bath & Beyond and they told me I had to pay myself for return shipping. This was their fault. As you can see in the picture the curtains are not gray but a light green.

I ordered a leather couch, they sent me a cloth couch now I'm waiting long periods of time to receive the order I paid for, in the same order I ordered a leather chair that came broken. Now I have to wait an extended time in order for my order to be fixed. They have nice things but it's not worth the hassle. Who ever packed the orders knew they were wrong and broken but still sent them. This company has no pride in the sending out of their merchandise.Never again will I spend money with them.Beware buyers.

This is the second time I made a purchase from this company and it was as disappointing as the first one.
Problems: 1) Never received an email with confirmation of purchase. 2) Merchandise shipped came in an open box. 3) Missing 2 of the 4 wood chip containers shown at time of purchase. 4) Customer service agent was from India or some other country. Polite but impossible to understand and connection was terrible. Hopefully the agent will have missing parts sent to me.
My first experience with a kitchen appliance was similar, merchandise also came in an open box with missing parts.
I am an interior designer and I ordered a queen bed frame for a client. They sent the wrong bed size. We complained and asked for a replacement TWO weeks ago. But can you believe customer service does not know when the bed will arrive? The tracking details still say "processing." Not only did they send the wrong bed size, but they also have yet to rectify their mistake. When you call customer service is literally useless y'all. I regret not coming to this site to read the reviews before buying furniture for my client. If the bed does not arrive by tomorrow. I will never buy from them again. NEVER! I will also get fully compensated for this mess if it's the last thing I do!
Always shop here "in store" when looking for home, bath, or accent pieces. Very knowledgeable staff willing to help. Prices are a bit steep but as the saying goes, "You get what you pay for" here.! Excellent...!
The item ordered could not be shipped thus cancelled. Bummer but it happens. No big deal. Bed Bath and Beyond sent the cancellation email to me yet continues to charge my card $153.72 every 4-5 business days. Keeping the hold or pending charge on my account. (It's been a month) I've spoken with 7 different representatives, all whom give wrong information Or contradict one another. It's almost laughable how terrible it's been to work with them. I don't understand how charging someone for an item they didn't purchase is possible. I genuinely thought that was called fraud. Maybe think twice before making an online purchase. And good luck with customer service. I'll stick with Target from here on out

I have asked multiple times for the buyers to bring back these awesome candles. They were pricey, but a very good candle. Far exceeding anything they sell now. The response I keep getting is we don't carry them any longer.
To be honest, they gave a soft landing in starting my family recently.
I don't have much experience in shopping est linens for bed, and all sorts.
Their product are top quality. They were so helpful.

I don't know where to begin? Items are sold to consumers that are not in stock. After you've placed the order, you don't find out for several days that part of your order is delayed 3+ weeks. If I had known, I would not have ordered as I needed the items urgently and would have purchased elsewhere. The item finally arrived a month after purchase, but was packed in a flimsy plastic bag. The tube of product was smashed, the screw on top was forcibly popped off and contents leaked in the bag. When I go to get a refund, they short me $1.00 on the item price. Trying to reach anyone is an exercise in futility, waiting more than 20 minutes at times, no less than 15. When you get someone, they just appear clueless, extremely busy, and unhelpful. I cannot understand how in the world these people stay in business! Worst I've ever seen, and it would be very easy to fix, but consistently this bad on purpose.

Bed bath and beyond has a great variety of products for the home. Their selection of kitchen gadgets is amazing. They also often have 20% off coupons. This is where I shop first for all my household needs.
Over the past couple of years, I've noticed a radical decline in the Bed Bath & Beyond shopping experience. Their choice to promote their house brands over the top-quality merchandise consumers had grown accustomed to has, no doubt, resulted in this decline. Top-quality brands are hardly ever in stock. And the quantity of the ones that are in stock is annoyingly low. I don't see them surviving 2023. Lastly, one of the two items I ordered on September 26 hasn't even been shipped. Today is October 3. In addition, the rewards program switch-up they've pulled is confusing and will probably cause them to lose more customers. I will not be renewing my rewards program with them. And I caution anyone else against doing so.

Worst online company to order from. If it was something I could find elsewhere and get 20% off I would have. Original order placed on 12/19/19, gave me a huge delivery window until 2/2/20, but the shipped email said 12/23/19, didn't arrive, new delivery date of 12/27/19, didn't arrive. Checked tracking still in GA pending. I called 3 times got no help. Finally talked to a supervisor on 2/2/20 and she reordered, but now the delivery window is 1/8/20 - 1/13/20. Almost a month since my original order was placed. Will see if it ever shows up. NEVER EVER will shop in their stores or online. They can keep their damn coupons!
Great experience ordering from BB&B online. I have placed several orders and always had great results. It's also comforting to know that items can be returned to the store if there is a need to return.
This place it great. I'm always finding something there to get all excited about, Kitchen gadgets I never new even existed. The old pop corn makers and hot dog roller machine. They always have tons of stuff to look at or buy. It's not just beds and bath.
I like the beyond stuff. I did get a really nice down pillow there.

I put a set of pillow cases costing $19 in my shopping cart. The cost to ship them to Australia was quoted as $269.40! And then all their 'Customer Service' robots. All called Daniel W, thought that was ok! What a joke! Have shared all over social media to much hilarity!
Bought a $50 gift card for my granddaughters birthday. She tried to use it today and was told they can't accept the card because they are in bankruptcy. I can file a claim but it may take up to a year. That is some lousy business practices! Shame on you!

The company is clearly staffed with people unable to solve any issues. I have repeatedly tried to call customer service. You are always in line for a "longer than average delay due to call volume" That message has been on for a month everyday. Usually when you do get someone they are not able to solve my issue which in fact is quite simple to solve. Good luck asking to talk to a supervisor. You will go on hold and they eventually be disconnected before talking to someone. This is the normal procedure I have encountered for the 4th time. Issue still unresolved no one to help. This will be my last purchase at Bed Bath and Beyond.
I purchased 2 queen beauty rest mattresses from Bed Bath online 9/5/2020 items were in stock and delivery on or before 9/15/2020. It's now 10/8/2020 and still no date on delivery. I spent hours on the phone with customer service only to be told they can't and won't do anything. I explained I have kids sleeping on floor and ordered based on delivery date. The refuse to cancel order and issue a credit.
They don't care about the customer period. Do not but from them several stores sell the same products with people that care about getting you your product.
Beware if you buy.
Purchased a personalized mat online that came with smears and flecks all over it. How does something even get packaged looking like this? Also, was told I had to return it to the store, which is 40 minutes away...
*Was told I would receive a refund in 3-6 weeks on December 31st. Haven't received it yet. It is February 21st now. Never received the refund. Will never shop there again!
Bed Bath and Beyond stores are not as huge of other large chains. What they do tend to beautifully display includes marvelous colors, materials, styles, and designs.
My two disappointments with them are these:
1. They charge what the items are really worth, (which unfortunately, is a lot of money.);
2. Though everything is beautiful, it is usually not what I have been looking for.
Otherwise, I just like to browse there, be occasionally, I do pick up delightful items there.
Ordered a cool lamp online but packaging was unprofessional and disgusting. Ordered it along with another product and Instead of you guys using a separate box you open the lamp box and placed it inside. For this, i'm NEVER shopping here online again.
This is not the first time but the fourth time I've had an issue with an online order which for me it's a waste of money because I have to Uber back to return it and then Uber back home. This is a real disappointment especially for me because I joined the Bed Bath and Beyond membership club which I paid for. Free shipping does not mean send it to customers any kind of way!
THEN, when I did get the box opened the lampshade was cracked and the lamp was very rusted in certain places. I'm just gonna keep it because again it's gonna cost me more than what I pay for the lamp to return it. I don't have the time and energy anymore to go back-and-forth with this company. I've even tried to call and I was on hold for four hours. SAD
I found the best looking mug for my steelers last week here. They also got me with a gimmick, got a coin jar with an electronic lid that keeps a tally as you drop in stuff. How awesome is that!?!? I was sold and will keep coming back lol
