Have had so many problems getting 4 of these chairs got 3 from amazon ca one perfect the other 2 severely cracked legs took so much convincing to get 3rd party seller to send me replacement legs. Didn't want to pack up whole chair send it back they wouldn't pick it up. Nobody help me during business hours. Son fixed 2 chairs that were not safe. Price way better and shipping free was half the time. I have 4 now may want 2 more buying one at a time. Was surprised and delighted to see chair in perfect shape box intact not beatup with slits in it. Came right to my door only wish delivery time and date more transparent got a day early but delivery person didn't knock and wait for a response. Box left outside my apt door. I don't think that's a good idea.
Bed Bath and Beyond went bankrupt. They were good to deal with. Overstock.com bought the name. You are now dealing with Overstock.com. I returned an item, unopened, and they refunded me half the money. They tell me that is in the fine print. They promised to exchange a $600 defective lamp but never did. I was told today it's too late.
Went online to buy a vacuum, and saw a great price. Was offered a huge discount if I provided my email address for "future offers" so I bit. Went back to buy the vacuum and the price suddenly went up 30% - totally wiping out the discount. Not only that, I immediately started receiving more than 20 junk emails every day. My wife USED to shop there a lot... I spent my $300 on Amazon.
I placed an order for $41.72 and got my free shipping I only received part of my order and the most important item was back order after a month I called to see what happened and she said it was still backed ordered and did I want to wait or cancel so I said cancel. So they charged my credit card for the shipping! How sneaky! I will stick to Amazon!
9-13-20 I placed an online order to be delivered. 11-14-20 the order never shipped, tracked or delivered to me! I have called customer service three times, last time it was over an hour long call. They never shipped my order and they won't give me my money back! Update: they did finally give me a refund and a gift card. I have not had any more issues with my orders. My experience has been much better.
Our store in Hemet, CA is closing. They say they are reducing prices in order to reduce inventory. It seems they are also increasing prices on some items so they can claim a big discount. Can't say I will miss this retailer.
I ordered the 600 GSM Bathroom Towel set in dark brown for $91.47. I was delivered quickly but it was not brown. I don't know what this color is they sent me but it's terrible. They feel and look cheap.
The return- I couldn't find any place to print the return label in the instructions so I had to call. A very nice and helpful woman named Armida helped me. This review has nothing to do with her just the product. Then I had to pay $15.33 "label fee". That is almost 17%! Yeah. I guess it cost that much to print a label! Now I have to find a box to fit 18 towels into and take it to UPS. I am afraid UPS will charge me a fee but I hope not. This is my first order with them and definitely my last. I'm ordering from Amazon. No box, no return charge and super simple.

Beware of online orders if you have 2 addresses saved on file with Bed Bath and Beyond! It was hard to see what address it was shipping to, thus, all the things I ordered for my new home went to my old home. It was a mess! It cost BB&B a lot of time and money as well as huge headaches and loss of time for me, all the shipping, boxing, transporting, unboxing, returning, refusing shipments, could have easily been avoided if they just made the address easier to select and made it more prominent before finalizing your order! I tried to email, to call and only the in-store experience was helpful. The store agreed the online customer service was of no help!
Bed Bath and Beyond had many of the items we needed for the kitchen, window coverings and more. The delivery time was incredibly fast. I love the free shipping. Bed Bath and Beyond online is great because we live over an hour away from a Bed Bath and Beyond store. You can not beat free delivery when purchasing in large quantities.
I have shopped online at the Canadian online site and have been very happy with the quality of the products and their service. I once wanted to return a stoneware set because the real colour had not matched the screen colour when viewing online. They reimbursed me with no problem. It is such a pleasure to deal with a good company.
I made and order beginning in June July it is now the end of July they took my money bur I cannot find out were my order us!they send me and e mail you cannot call them. They do not answer your e mail. Hate these group...

Raleigh NC Sumner Blvd store offered no customer service for any of the 3 reps that tried to 'help'. All I wanted was to use a 20% off coupon on a $35 box of coffee and my order total was $41 - obviously no coupon had bee applied. Cxxx's response was 'I scanned the coupon' that is all I can do'. I left after 2 more reps refused to investigate why the coupon did not work.
Bought Christmas plate really pretty I thought they would look really pretty on the table for my guests when I received them they were a heavy plastic my mouth dropped I couldn't believe it I thought how am I going to serve dinner to my guests on a heavy plastic plate I called to return them (mind you they were 105.00 bucks but did have a 20.00 coupon all together I paid 90.00) the lady on the phone gave me such a hard time and wanted me to pay to return and a restock fee I was so upset it wasn't even funny this company is losing so many customers. So the same day I donated my plates (because I didn't want to serve on plastic) and went to Amazon and bought a more beautiful set cheaper and they're porcelain like I wanted.Do yourself a favor stay away not worth anything because they don't care about your satisfaction

BBBY has excellent selections but prices are a bit high... usually wait to shop there until I receive my 20% off coupon. Quality of their products is usually good, but need to watch prices as other vendors can beat their prices occasionally. Be a smart shopper and you'll be OK.
Their shops always have wide selection and attentive staff, however some promotional offers that I get to my email are a bit annoying at times. It's not that I don't want to receive them at all, but just don't like to be overspammed.
Used to be I purchased at a store but due to relocate I am unable purchase but they started international shipping and I placed an order. I got a product in my door with reasonable period.
The quality is great and price is competitive.
Since BB&B has the best prices for Christmas ornament storage, I ordered 2 sets the beginning of December. Tracking the FedEx packages showed they were delivered on December 29. After searching under every rock, into every bush, and around the entire 5 acres, I called BB&B. They immediately set up a replacement delivery with UPS (which I had requested). My package arrived! FedEx still hasn't responded.
Since the merge with Overstock, the customer service STINKS and delivery has slowed considerably. Bad move for Overstock to merge with a company that was already failing. I won't be purchasing from this site again.
Do not EVER order store pick up. In fact I would avoid this store in Poughkeepsie in general charged me for two orders because they neglected my comment and was charged twice. Contacted better business and it will stick to the website! Heave my advice and shop online. They did NOTHING to try to make up what happened

This store is a good place to go, shop and see what is available as they have a lot to choose from but not everything comes with a price you want to pay. Again, its a great store whenever you're finding the right products you need and they're on sale or at a price that make it a great place to shop. For the most part, its an average store with plenty of quality products but high to average prices and that is what makes for an average store.
I placed an order around Christmas time. The day after I placed the order - due to unforeseen circumstances, that gift was not needed. So I called to see the best and easiest way to handle it. Since I have a BB&B near me - I opted to receive the item and then take it back to the store. Waiting in line at the store - reminded me why it's not good for me to go INTO the store. All the cool stuff they have around the registers - and always only 1 person at the register... just to make you look at the cool stuff. I'm convinced that this is done on purpose, because there was no shortage of personnel in the store. Anyway, I returned the item - quick, easy and painless. The way it should be. So... nothing special... but then nothing horrible either! Whew.
The La Habra store is closing down. I bought and item that is not working and there is not way to know until you install it. Unfortunately because it is final sale, I couldn't get my money back. Be careful. Better don't buy. Don't give away your money for nothing. $20. The store managers don't have power. Their just doing their job.

They cancelled my order before Christmas so my gift did not arrive. No explanation given. Spent 20 min on the phone with customer service. They swore they would investigate why the manager cancelled the sale. Never heard a peep. They have lost my business permanently. Terrible companies have no customer service and this is a terrible company.

So I ordered a foam bean bag chair for $125 online when it arrived there was zero foam in it it's just a cover then I found out it cost $40 for 10 lb of foam and this chair takes 100 lb of it on top of that the blankets I ordered they sent the wrong colors worst online shopping experience I have ever had if I could give them less than one star like a tenth of a star that's what I'd give them. I do plan on contacting the better Business bureau about it

Paid for an item in the store for an online purchase. My notice said it arrived at the store but they couldn't find it. I requested a refund and went somewhere else to purchase. I have to wait on hold at least 20 minutes every week I check my status for them to tell me to try again next week. They took my money quickly but I may die of old age before it's returned. Bad business
