“Ordered dining chair came in perfect shape”

Have had so many problems getting 4 of these chairs got 3 from amazon ca one perfect the other 2 severely cracked legs took so much convincing to get 3rd party seller to send me replacement legs. Didn't want to pack up whole chair send it back they wouldn't pick it up. Nobody help me during business hours. Son fixed 2 chairs that were not safe. Price way better and shipping free was half the time. I have 4 now may want 2 more buying one at a time. Was surprised and delighted to see chair in perfect shape box intact not beatup with slits in it. Came right to my door only wish delivery time and date more transparent got a day early but delivery person didn't knock and wait for a response. Box left outside my apt door. I don't think that's a good idea.

Bed Bath and Beyond went bankrupt. They were good to deal with. Overstock.com bought the name. You are now dealing with Overstock.com. I returned an item, unopened, and they refunded me half the money. They tell me that is in the fine print. They promised to exchange a $600 defective lamp but never did. I was told today it's too late.

I placed an order on 4/2/17. For the first 10 days I couldn't even get a proper tracking number. It's now 2 1/2 weeks past my original order date and I still don't have my item. I am in NW Florida and I found out this morning that the item was shipped from Memphis to North Carolina and then to Orlando. WTH? They have passed me twice already! I could have driven to Memphis and picked it up myself... TEN TIMES BY NOW. I will never---NEVER---do online business with them again.

Bed Bath & Beyond is the worst online ordering experence I have ever had! Over 3 weeks ago I ordered 9 products. I received 1 of the products at 5 days and 1 of the products at 8 days. I have yet to receive the remaining 7 items. I have emailed customer service once and called 3 times and the situation has yet to be corrected. They now have sent 1 item 5 times which they tell me I will need to return to them when they arrive. In addition, they have charged me for some items one than once. On this last call, I requested to speak to a manager and they said they were too busy to talk to me. I will NEVER order from Bed Bath and Beyond again!

I have been a faithful customer of BBB for over 20 years and used to give them 5 stars gladly. Not any more. They now use COVID as an excuse for poor customer service and poor quality products. I purchased a vacuum robot from them which was defective, another defective one was sent as a replacement (or maybe the same one, it displayed the same problem) and now I have been waiting for another replacement and instead I received a refund without any explanation. If you try to call/chat the waiting time is over an hour (70 minutes is now their "standard", in reality it can be more). The email option seems available on their website but if you email you get a response that email is not monitored because of COVID, so you've just wasted your time. So Customer Service is practically non-existent. BBB has become a source of frustration, they will lose their customer base with this attitude. I know I am one of them, I'm done dealing with BBB.

Since the 13th I have tried multiple times after holding on the phone for more than 4 hours and not being able to cancel through internet because of lack of employees I was told that I surpassed the 15-minute window?. How can one cancel an order when you can't reach anyone by phone for hours or email. The next day I tried again by Tech and I literally kept getting texts over and over from 12:30 in the afternoon until almost midnight at night I was assured that the situation was handled at that time but I have yet to receive my refund my order was $154 and some sins and I received a $26 refund. This is Ludacris and I have never heard of a business that cannot be reached online and then to take 3 days of waiting in excess of 15 hours to resolve a problem is unacceptable. It would not surprise me if Bed Bath & Beyond does not go bankrupt very quickly.

I have been a long-time customer of Bed Bath & Beyond, and it's disheartening to say that my recent experience has been nothing short of terrible. Since the business was repurchased by Overstock, the quality of service has plummeted to an all-time low.

I placed an order for a Christmas tree with a promised delivery date of December 5. However, as of December 11, my order remains stagnant, with only a label generated and no sign of it being dispatched to FedEx. This lack of efficiency and communication is inexcusable, especially during the holiday season.

Considering my years of history with Bed Bath & Beyond, this experience has left me utterly disappointed. I had hoped for better service, but it seems the changes post-repurchase have had a negative impact. This ordeal has not only ruined my Christmas preparations but has also shattered my trust in Bed Bath & Beyond.

Sadly, I can confidently say that I will never, ever shop here again. It's disheartening to witness the decline of a once-reliable retailer. I urge potential customers to consider other options, as the current state of Bed Bath & Beyond under Overstock's ownership is far from satisfactory.

We bought a 14-piece set of Rachel Ray Hard Enamel Nonstick Aluminum Cookware and the stockpot was defective. The lid won't seal because the pot was misshapen when it was shipped to us. We contacted customer service when we noticed this defect and were offered a $15 credit for a pot that costs $39. We just wanted them to send us a new stockpot but customer service wouldn't answer our emails. We even sent pictures of the defect and still no answer. So we finally went to the store (120 miles away) to speak to them and the only way we could get a new stockpot was to return the WHOLE set. We will NEVER buy anything from Bed, Bath & Beyond again.

Listen, the Bed, Bath & Beyond stores are fine - but their online experience is surreally bad. I signed up for a membership a couple of years ago, as an alternative to Amazon. In retrospect, this was foolish as Amazon, for its faults, seems to actually deliver the products you pay for. Bed, Bath & Beyond's seems uninterested in that part of the consumer experience. They've been frustrating since the beginning, but the final straw was a shipment of Christmas gifts - ordered WAY back in November - that didn't arrive. I called in mid-December, spent a half-hour on hold, but talked to a nice woman who told me a replacement would be shipped. And then never heard about that shipment again. I just spent another half-hour on the phone with them, and the good news is that I SHOULD get a refund in five to ten business days. If they get to it, I guess. Downside is no Christmas gifts. Upside is I've finally learned my lesson and will never order from BBB again. You shouldn't either.

So, my issue is that after my payment was accepted on 12/19/2920, my promised delivery date, was changed. Called customer service and spoke with numerous reps, who were in fact rude especially "Emily", I believe this rep was an over seas rep. Refused my contact to speak with a supervisor, that's all I wanted. Guess what guys, she hung up on me. I called a fourth time and ask to speak with a supervisor, I Vogt a rep who was very cordial but was unable to assist me in cancelling my order. I asked to have my order cancelled, waited on hold for an hour, which totaled with the other cakes over two hours. At that moment part of the same day deliver was deliver, but the other items totaling 250. Just completely disappeared, I have no refund or do I have the items I ordered. I am tired of BBB, which should be reported to the BBB, Better Business Bureau.
You know, you can spend your hard earned money to support this business and in the end you are treat as nobody's...

No way of contacting them by phone only email but they haven't replied to my emails and still not received my orders.Very bad service and wondering if this is a scam site.The people that I paid my money to is different from this site as that is where they told me to pay when paying for my goods was ABS KOONTY.

A telephone number to ask why I haven't received my orders.

I will never ever use bb&b again. My online order has been a shoppers worst nightmare. I have been waiting a week on "order processing" status. After contacting then I am told product was on backorder. When buying online it falsely stated would ship in 2 days. I have received 2 of the 5 items I ordered a week ago. I am still missing 2 items that the shipping details have been the same for 2 days. I online shop more than in store and I have never experienced anything so terrible. A complete cluster of crap. I DO NOT recommend buying anything from BB&B online. Worst service ever and still waiting for items. I even contacted customer service who assured me my item would ship the next day. When I didn't receive item I contacted them again and was told the truth the 2nd go around. Backordered. I give them a ZERO for online shopping.

I was surprised to see that BB&B dropped selling "My Pillow" because Mr. Lindell is a Trmp supporter. I guess they also don't want Trump supporters shopping in their stores so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I returned 4 items and have not received refund for two of the items even though it shows they have received the items. It's been way past 2 weeks and I've spoken to multiples reps. The first 3 said I would get a refund within 24 hours and it never happened and the 4th rep said that I couldn't get a refund because it shows that I still owe afterpay even though I sent pics showing I have paid off my balance. It makes no sense as to why I haven't gotten my other two refunds! They are giving me excuse after excuse so that they can not refund me because I have proof of my afterpay balance that's shows a zero balance. I will not purchase anything from this company ever again!

I've ordered many items through Overstock and needed a few things from the new site. I ordered a rug for my bedroom and it arrived with big stains on the edges and it smelled like wet wool. I called customer service because the plastic that it was wrapped in was not reusable. It took 1 1/2 hours for a rep to answer. They said they would ship a rug sleeve which arrived a few days later.

They paid for shipping and I ordered a different rug. A few days later, UPS dropped off the new rug and we put it in the garage for now since we were painting. A few days later, another rug arrived. Now I am confused. Seems the first rug that arrived was a replacement for the returned dirty rug. But we didn't order it. I did not want a rug that smelled like an animal.
I called them again and waited nearly 2 hours on hold. They gave me an RMA to return the rug that I never ordered. They received rug #2 five days ago and there's still no credit. I tried the chat and someone named Abby responded. Except Abby is a Bot and kept giving me a link on how to return an item. I called customer service and was told that they would call me back in 87 minutes!
They finally called me and said the $520 credit may show up next week. I told them that waiting 30 days for a credit is unacceptable and I won't shop there again.

Bed, Bath and Beyond stocks decent products but many times you can find those items elsewhere for a less expensive price. But, Bed, Bath and Beyond does have merchandise that's of decent quality and I can't say I've found a lot of inferior products. So I like it for its Diamonds in the Rough.

Worst and Horrible experience. Employee very unfriendly(Associate ID cw8505), don`t have time for customer. Online customer services unbelievable worst (special supervisor Ocean Combs). I ordered 6 sets, after 3 days company shipped to me only 3 sets (other 3 out of stock)I canceled order and never received any items. After that I wait refund 15 days. I called every day and Ocean tell me new story about my money ( problem with computer, problem with order, missing items, problem with something else, and need wait couple more days, couple more days, couple more days...)

Bought the Wamsutta (may have spelled wrong) 725 count in Mauve flat sheet about a year ago. Really like it and would like to buy two more but in over a year, I can never find that they have it in stock. When I bought it I had the advise of one of their reps but was not told that this is a hard item to get and if I wanted a pair I should buy them together. I have been checking the site now for about a year and never is this sheet in king or Cal king available in the is color.

Spent over 30 minutes for a way to email them about this to find out when it will be in stock an you can't even find a spot to email them. What kind of idot has a webs ite and no way for customers to email them? All I could do is find this site and write this review to expose their terrible business practices. And seems to me their should be a law against advertising an item, you have no intention of stocking for sale.

I only buy from Bed, Bath and Beyond when I have a coupon, and thank god they send coupons to my house all the time. And instead of going ot the store where I could be tempted with many more things than I need, I use the coupon online. Bed, bath and beyond could do with having some cuter items, but for the more basic things I need in the house, it'll do.

Bed Bath and Beyond claims to offer several ways to cancel an order when you change your mind. All of them are fraudulent and none work.

Chat: Doesn't work
Phone: Won't pick up
Help Link: Invalid
Cool Down Period: Doesn't Exist

They haven't shipped my order yet, but instead of allowing me to cancel, they say "we cannot cancel and order that has already shipped."

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS, AND BE INVESTIGATED FOR INTERSTATE COMMERCE FRAUD.

Order on line on November 17 and received an email to expect a delivery by the 20th of November. On the 18th I received a email that the item was shipped. Now I tracked the package and it should be delivered by December 3. A little late for my granddaughter's birthday. I am very disappointed and will no longer from them.

Do NOT buy online! I ordered a Christmas gift online and when the package arrived, which was addressed to me, it had someone else's order in it with their packing slip. I called customer service, which by the way I was told they do not have a customer service dept in the States, and they were very condescending and rude. The first one hung up on me, the 2nd one did not follow through on what she told me she was going to do and the 3rd one out right lied to me. I wanted a refund for the order, not a replacement. I finally filed a dispute with my CC company. To make a long story short, BB&B disputed my dispute but luckily I kept all email correspondence but had to go out of my way to go to my bank to get the information to them in order for them to make a decision on the dispute. I won and got my money back but it was the most horrible experience with a company that I have ever had. I will never shop in store or on line with this joke of a company.

Tip for consumers:
Don't do it!

I have planned to register for baby gifts at Bed Bath & Beyond, but because you use a third-party shipping company that allows items to sit at their facility for days/weeks past expected delivery date, I've decided to register elsewhere. The OnTrac reviews for Boise, ID alone should tell you just how awful they are.

I am a long time shopper at Bed Bath & Beyond, but only shopped there occasionally because I used to think their prices were high; once compared to other retailers for the same product (i. E. Quest Protein Bars) I discovered that I was wrong. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE ON THEIR COUPON LIST! The $5 and 20% coupons can be applied at checkout that matches the amount of your order. In other words, while there's a limit, they give you the maximum allowed. I LOVE THAT! To be able to use expired coupons, they must have your name on them. In other words, you have to subscribe to getting them in the mail. The stores are ALWAYS clean and everything looks brand new. The selection of products is a lot bigger than most people are aware of. Their sale items at the end of each aisle offer deals one only dreams about. Keep up the good work!

If I had not been shopping for my wife with a gift card that was given to her, I would not have tortured myself for more than an hour, and that was checking out, not shopping! The website was allowing me to put items into my shopping bag (cart) that were not even available. To make it worse, it didn't notify me that it wasn't available until I put the card number in. I had to put the gift card number in 5 times and my debit card in twice to pay the overage change! A real Nightmare!
Amazon might be to big and powerful, but they did get their website down pat.

WOW... Potential buyers need to be forewarned.
Your customers are expected to WAIT 3 weeks for you FREE delivery and you advertise you use FedEx?
WHERE on your website does it WARN customers of the wait?
For goodness sake, this is the LAST time I will EVER buy anything from you online.

I ordered 6 days ago, went online on Sunday to see where it was and it prompted a message saying another 10-15 days.
Absolutely ridiculous!

I will be paying off my card as soon as I can, I had a little problem with my computer and it will not take my password, so I tried to do a new one but it won't let me it won't send me a new code, so I tried calling them to pay my $#*!ing bill oh god that's worse, because you can only get a computer, but if you want to talk to a real person don't want to $#*!ing charge you nine $#*!ing dollars. I will be paying this off within the next two months and I do not want to shop there no more $#*! you keep your money you cheat mother$#*!ing billionaires, God for bid you do anything
