Have had so many problems getting 4 of these chairs got 3 from amazon ca one perfect the other 2 severely cracked legs took so much convincing to get 3rd party seller to send me replacement legs. Didn't want to pack up whole chair send it back they wouldn't pick it up. Nobody help me during business hours. Son fixed 2 chairs that were not safe. Price way better and shipping free was half the time. I have 4 now may want 2 more buying one at a time. Was surprised and delighted to see chair in perfect shape box intact not beatup with slits in it. Came right to my door only wish delivery time and date more transparent got a day early but delivery person didn't knock and wait for a response. Box left outside my apt door. I don't think that's a good idea.
Bed Bath and Beyond went bankrupt. They were good to deal with. Overstock.com bought the name. You are now dealing with Overstock.com. I returned an item, unopened, and they refunded me half the money. They tell me that is in the fine print. They promised to exchange a $600 defective lamp but never did. I was told today it's too late.
Don't let the there advertising of deep discounts reel you in and if you do! Do your homework I compar3d varius Items to Amazon and even with there discounts, 10,20 and 30%. Amazon is still cheaper...
NEVER purchase anything online from this company. I had to placed an order with someone on the phone because there is no place on their website to add my promotion code. They were able to place my order with my promo code, however I received an email from the purchase department 2 days later asking me to call them *******797 - no one EVER picks up and their answering machine says they will call back within 24 hours (NEVER HAPPENED). NO ONE WORKS THERE. I was forced to call several times per day and still nothing. Then I forced to call customer service and they can't do anything about it because it's not their department. I'm currently waiting on the phone to speak to someone who can do something, anything about my purchase. What a waste of my time.
Recently I ordered a bedding set from that bath and beyond. I received a notification a few days later that my package will be delivered the next day, the next day I was home all day and was actually downstairs in the lobby in the apartment building where I live and received a notification that my package had been delivered, it wasn't delivered because I was there and nobody came to the door and there was no notification of delivery either. It is now 10 days later I still haven't seen a reply from them.
I am out $79, have no way to contact them because all they offer is the return of service and I can't return what I don't have I am very disappointed I am actually very angry the worst service I have ever received ever from any company online
Terrible customer service. They DO NOT accept their own coupons if the emailed you in Canada from New Jersey, USA and you try to redeem in USA? They take 60 days to remover an old email so I could sign up for emails in USA. I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on
Expected delivery the 6th per email
On the 7th I get an email saying it's delayed till the 8th(understandable due to bad weather) tracking says it is out for delivery. Now a message says it will be delivered on the 11th. Delay due to bad weather yet the entire state was clear and sunny all day. Location is 15 minutes from fedex site. Insult to injury I get an email tonight telling me half the order is delayed and won't arrive till the 6th FYI that was 2 days ago. Won't be ordering from here again
You shipped to me 3 wastebaskets but I needed only 1 and I ordered same style 1 wastebasket, 1 tumbler and 1 lotion dispenser on March 30th. First time, they shipped to me a broken lotion dispenser. I called to their costumers service and they shipped to me two wastebaskets instead of a lotion dispenser. Now, I can not fix my set because they are out of stock. They are really disappointing a company!
Had to take my daughter to college in another state. Went to Bed Bath & Beyond, A professional escorted through the school and DORM that we chose, everything was marked for each school in each state it was so cool, we followed him, picked out what was needed through the dorm, and when we got to the other state all we did was go to the BBB, and pick it up. It was already packed and ready for us, to take to her dorm so we didn't have to pack it up and hire a truck. We went back and forth 2x's 1/2 mile from her dorm. Such convenience!

I purchased a LOT of items from BBB (mostly online) over the past couple of months, as we were furnishing two vacation rentals. We bought bedding, curtains, blankets, throw pillows, bathroom and kitchen items. They both turned out beautifully. We were unsure regarding our color scheme, so I ordered a number of alternative items in different colors and styles, which we later needed to return. Because of the volume of our returns, I called Cust Service to clarify the procedure. They told me I could just take everything to my local store. When we went in this morning, we were expecting a "cool" reception at best, in light of the amount of time and work that would be involved. Instead, we were greeted cheerfully by the Manager (Jane), who asked an Associate (Paul) to help us. Paul was very patient and understanding and managed to scan and locate all the items and apply each purchase to the appropriate credit card, as we had used three. They absolutely made our day by making this process quick and easy. I will definitely continue to shop at BBB!

I am always impressed with the quality they sell and the fact everything is returnable.
Their coupons are generous as well. Staff pretty helpful unless you go at peak traffic times.
They have good prices and products that Walmart and Target don't even carry. Really nice kitchen ware but you had better like cooking because those price are a little high.
There is almost always a 20% off coupon every week or month available and coupled with sales, you can't go wrong. Great store, great quality products.
A little expensive but worth the fact that if you can't find an item anywhere else they probably have what you are looking for. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
But pay attention to the ones that are off your total price rather than off one item. I can spend hours in this store. They've got everything home related.
I love that he honor coupons after their expiration. I have always had great service, and there is no hassle returning items to the store, even without a receipt.
Just reworked our pantry and found everything I needed in one store practically. These guys came thru with fast shipping and good choices of awesome products! Living very rural I use them constantly!
I fell in love with a lotion, went back to get more and the sales agent told me it was seasonal I ended up buying some other scent but it's not what I wanted.

I love Bed Bath and Beyond but when it comes to coupons your the worse. So what is the point of you send in us coupons that we won't be able to used them for a greater discount.
This is a great place to go if you want that special fragrance and cannot afford department store prices. They are wonderful and simply the cheapest on the market.
During this pandemic, we need to support USA companies, and American jobs. Put aside your political views, and bring back My Pillow. Your linens are made in other countries.

I enjoy shopping at Bed bath & beyond and almost always find everything I need. Generally employees are very helpful and they sure take the time to help you.
They have a good selection, but I don't like that you have to wrap your own gifts from the bridal or baby registries. I stink at wrapping- now I just buy gift cards. LOL
Bed Bath & Beyond sells all manner of home, kitchen, bed and bath products.
