Have had so many problems getting 4 of these chairs got 3 from amazon ca one perfect the other 2 severely cracked legs took so much convincing to get 3rd party seller to send me replacement legs. Didn't want to pack up whole chair send it back they wouldn't pick it up. Nobody help me during business hours. Son fixed 2 chairs that were not safe. Price way better and shipping free was half the time. I have 4 now may want 2 more buying one at a time. Was surprised and delighted to see chair in perfect shape box intact not beatup with slits in it. Came right to my door only wish delivery time and date more transparent got a day early but delivery person didn't knock and wait for a response. Box left outside my apt door. I don't think that's a good idea.
Bed Bath and Beyond went bankrupt. They were good to deal with. Overstock.com bought the name. You are now dealing with Overstock.com. I returned an item, unopened, and they refunded me half the money. They tell me that is in the fine print. They promised to exchange a $600 defective lamp but never did. I was told today it's too late.
This is place to shop for good quality products at reasonable prices. One of the things I like about this store is what they advertise is actually in store and in stock.
Extremely nice quality you just can't go wrong they have wonderful items not only for the bath but truly they're beyond because I generally go beyond for items all over the house.
I purchased 3 of the same items on July 19th. On July 21st, they were delivered. Once the boxes were checked, I realized they sent me three of the incorrect items. In fact, they were not even close to what was on my receipt. I immediately made them aware explained that these items were needed for an event on August 1st. I did order the correct items, Bed, Bath, and Beyond made the mistake. Customer service told me I needed to return the items before they could send my correct items. I'm not sure how me fixing their mistake was priority, especially since they had my money. But they sent me a return label, and I put those labels on all three boxes and put out front. They were supposed to pick up that Monday, but they were still on my front porch when I got home from work. I called on Tuesday and they said they would come on Wednesday. All boxes were out there all day. When I returned from work, one box was gone and two were still left on the front porch. Needless to say I still to this day have not received my items that I needed yesterday. I'm currently on hold trying to fix their mistake AGAIN! And have been on hold for 1 hour and 17 minutes. I need everyone to know how frustrating this company can be. My daughters college registry was also with them, for this same event, and she has only received two of the 13 items purchased from people. If you can find your items somewhere else, you are better off. I work 50-60 hours a week and do not have time for this inconvenience. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, just avoid or go in person.
For the month of February 2021, shipping at Bed Bath & Beyond has been atrocious. Order placed February 09,2021 and received February 26. It only took 17 days for my item to arrive AFTER I contacted customer service. I thought this might be a product stocking issue, so I let it slide and placed another order. The second order was a gift so I thought I would pay $10.00 for Same day delivery. What a joke! I placed the order 2/27/21 and still have not received it. I called customer service to cancel the order. For the first 15 minutes of the call the guy could not locate the order. His English was very poor and I had to ask him to repeat many times. Why do customer service centers not have English speaking people? He finally found the order and said he could not cancel the order because the order was being shipped. He could not tell me when my package would arrive other than the date and time that was stated on the BBB App, which had already expired. He did offer to refund $10 for the Same Day Delivery and told me I would have to return the item to the store. When it arrives... if it arrives. He said the shipping carrier is D-ship. But my last late package was delivered by USPS. USPS! That is a whole nother review topic. Don't get me started with that one! Needless to say, I will not be ordering from BBB anymore. I tried to give them my business but now I will be turning to Amazon for their Prime delivery service. And Amazon's great customer service.
I placed a order for a item at Bed Bath & Beyond! In less than a half hour, I received a CALL FROM THEM, that the item I ordered was waiting for me to pickup! This was at the local store, less than 3 miles away. Bed Bath & Beyond you are the BEST!
I like the selections in cooking and kitchen items, but home goods such as bedspreads, sheets and towels are nice too. It's especially nice for gift items and the coupons help with prices. I LIKE IT!
Ive shopped with BBY over the years and the best thing is their return policy. I've never had an issue with having to return a damaged item even after warranty has expired.
I rate Bed Bath & Beyond Five Stars because they have everything you need for your Bed Bath & Beyond as they claim. I think the they got the Beyond part of their name for their customer service, because they always go over & Beyond to make me happy and that is what keeps me going back!
I just went in the bed Bath and beyond. I was in the store for about 42 minutes and no one offered to help. There were several people stocking shelves and checking out but no assistance was offered

I am shocked at how the quality of the sheets for bedding has declined. Went into their Woodbridge store in N. J. and saw only noname sheets and a very limited selection. Thank goodness for Macys.

I buy my wife items from Bed Bath and Beyond all the time. They have great items that you can not find anywhere else. They have great sales going on all the time. Excellent all around
I am writing to express my indignation at BB&B for disallowing MyPillow products to be sold at their retail stores. Villifying an honest, American-made product because of political bias is unjust.
They have things you couldn't find anywhere else. Most of there items are affordable. I love the style they carry and the huge variety that they offer
I bought a king size bed on-line. They shipped it. I cancelled after the item was shipped. This item was free shipping. $800 dollar bed. They told me I would be charged $199 shipping and re-stocking fee. I called back with-in 24 hours and told them to go ahead and ship me the item after I cancelled. They told me I would have to purchase the bed again for the full price and they would not waive the $199 dollar fee. Absolutely ridiculous... DO-NOT buy any furniture on-line from BED, BATH and BEYOND. My second complaint is. I bought a $599 dollar picture from BED, BATH and BEYOND. They shipped it through FED-EX. FED-EX never got a signature when the item was delivered to my front door. The first picture was shipped to the wrong address and the replacement was shipped to the correct address but again for a second time no signature was obtained. Just left at my front door for anyone to steal the picture. This is ridiculous. I'm posting this message on every review site and ever social media site.

I ordered a laptop pillow & sent as a gift. They sent a Kindle pillow instead. I have tried to contact them but it's impossible. I would not advise ordering anything from them
The site is very different from the store. If they don't email you a 20% coupon, then you don't get a discount. The store allows you to get several discounts at the same time. So go to the store.
I ordered a kitchen knife set for my mother for her new remodeled home/kitchen. I made a mistake with the shipping address and cancelled within 5 minutes. Went back and reordered and it's being 5 days and not only the order has not shipped, but the money for the cancelled order is not on my account. I am trying to reach customer service and the wait is between 45-60 minutes. I used to buy from them. But I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
Shop elsewhere, you will likely get what you ordered in a timely manner, be able to check status online, trust any information provided... because you won't get any of that with these chumps.
Even though my items have not shipped and despite the fact estimated ship date was 2-3 days after placing the order, the only way I could obtain information was contacting them directly. Their "My Account page" only sends you to the site, just as clicking on 'View or Manage Order details" does. I was told to check back in 3 days when they would be able to provide more information. Not that the items would have shipped, but they may be able to tell me when they would be shipped. So I cancelled the order, and customer service confirmed it had been cancelled. 10 minutes later I received duplicate emails (every transaction has resulted in 2 or 3 duplicates) saying: -
We received your request to cancel the Chocolate Cotton Two-tone Placemats (Set of 2,4 or 6).
Unfortunately, this order has already been processed through our warehouse and cannot be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

My son decided to go to an out-of-state college. We had to furnish his dorm room, and since we were flying there, I bought everything ahead of time at the local Bed Bath and Beyond store. Told them I needed to pick up the items in Stockton, CA and they set me up with a registry through their Pack and Hold program. I had a good time walking around the local store with a scanner. Prior to my leaving the store, they printed out the registry to make sure the Stockton store had the items in stock.
When we went to the Stockton store, they had a few items pulled. I wasn't surprised because I had just ordered everything less then 24 hours before. I think if I had given them more time, they would have the carts full when we got there. The staff were all very gracious, but the manager, Briana, was exceptionally kind. She knew we were struggling to find several items and ended up giving us 20% off our total bill for our troubles! I was blown away by her customer service skill and would definitely shop at the Stockton store next time I'm in town.
BB&B always has what I need in stock, always offers to help when I need it and always takes back any item that doesnt work for me. Love shopping there!

On January 25, I ordered two sets of dinnerware that I thought would compliment one another. They are the same pattern, one blue, one white. The blue set arrived intact but the white set had a broken dinner plate and a broken salad plate. I emailed customer service on January 29, the day that they arrived and asked if I needed to return the entire set for replacement or, just the two broken pieces. I received an auto response saying that they would contact me within 48 hours. When I hadn't heard from them by February 1, I emailed again and received the same auto response, but no one contacted me. Yesterday, February 8, I left two reviews- one positive for the blue set and a less positive one about the white set with the broken dishes. They published the positive review right away, but today, I received an email asking me to resubmit my review on the white set. They highlighted a part of my review in their email to me so I assume it was the part they had a problem with. (Please see photos.)
