Have had so many problems getting 4 of these chairs got 3 from amazon ca one perfect the other 2 severely cracked legs took so much convincing to get 3rd party seller to send me replacement legs. Didn't want to pack up whole chair send it back they wouldn't pick it up. Nobody help me during business hours. Son fixed 2 chairs that were not safe. Price way better and shipping free was half the time. I have 4 now may want 2 more buying one at a time. Was surprised and delighted to see chair in perfect shape box intact not beatup with slits in it. Came right to my door only wish delivery time and date more transparent got a day early but delivery person didn't knock and wait for a response. Box left outside my apt door. I don't think that's a good idea.
Bed Bath and Beyond went bankrupt. They were good to deal with. Overstock.com bought the name. You are now dealing with Overstock.com. I returned an item, unopened, and they refunded me half the money. They tell me that is in the fine print. They promised to exchange a $600 defective lamp but never did. I was told today it's too late.
I recommend the upper east side branch, the employees are friendly, they do not avoid assisting the clients, it is easy to get their help, I recently visited the branch and received Linda's help on the second floor, I needed a small pad for my iron board, she was very diligent, friendly, found the item and send to home, also the place is spotless, clean and with excellent light. In addition to buying you enjoy an atmosphere of relaxation.
I purchased curtains and I can't find my receipt I went in. One package was open and the other was not. Because Adriane said she does not carry that length she would not even give me store credit. I had to go find another Bed Bath and Beyond. Rather surprising the terrible customer service. I am a member as well. Super disappointed. The s is the first bad review I have ever written about any business.
I order from bed bath and beyond a lot and especially like that I can return my product in their store no questions asked. Of course I hardly ever have to and I guess their quality control is much better than other online stores. At least they send you everything you need in your delivery to out your piece together (if needed).
Tried on a slipper, didn't fit so started to try on another when a clerk came by and said "Don't try that on, it's unsanitary". She said I must buy first and return for refund if it doesn't fit. Wow! So I drove over to Kohl's and REI where I could try on several pairs until finally found what I wanted. No wonder Bed Bath and Beyond is going broke. Won't give them any business in the future!
My very first time in this Store And NEVER AGAIN! The service was poor and lack luster, these people acted like they did not want to be there! The whole vibes was disturbing to me, cashier not making eye contact! Two of the on the side whispering! Lol it was weird!
I recently moved out of my parents place and needed pretty much everything a home could ever need - towels, sheets, kitchen tools, pots, rugs... The list can go on and on but the point is that it was all in Bed Bath & Beyond and it was very convenient to get all the necessary things from one place.
How is this company still around? I purchased a mattress cover 9 days ago. It still hasn't been picked up from Bed Bath and Beyond. I tried contacting them this morning to see if I should give up on it, but the bot kept telling me that my email address and name weren't in their system. They are literally on the order confirmation, so I know I am not wrong. It took forever to get to a service representative. And then immediately disconnected. And I had to start the whole process again. And once I did it again, they told me their representatives were too busy and to try again. I can't cancel it, because it shows it has been shipped, even though it hasn't been picked up. I should have just gone with Amazon, which i just did. Amazon says it will be here tomorrow.

With that said -- I buy LOTS of big orders from many online retailers.
I've had minor hiccups with BB&B that were always handled quickly and resolved with one email to support. My most recent order was for 72 items. They shipped same day, received the next day and that itself was impressive. I had 4 units missing. I let them know and I had the tracking number for the replacements that same day. Staff has always had good grammar and professional kindness in the replies.
Needless to say, I will have no problems ordering another 72 items anytime.
First time ordering online from BB&B. Will NEVER do it again. Order 3 plastic shelf organizers, they sent me a pack of 3 frying pan protectors and a pack of Gerber baby t-shirts. Had my original invoice in box along with an invoice for the person who ordered the pot protectors... not sure who the baby shirts belonged to. They sent these 2 small items in a large box. They wouldn't send my actual order until I sent back the 2 other items. Finally, my actual order arrived. They sent my LARGE plastic shelf organizers in a flimsy plastic bag?!? Say what? They were all stacked and stuck together and the bottom one was cracked. I'm ticked beyond belief and will not even bother filing a return. I just don't want to deal with these incompetent imbeciles any longer.
My experience was in my opinion criminal. I ordered comforter online, my card was charged but the order vanished. I have yet to get any logical response as to what happened so they basically stole $459. Sitejabber is misleading the public by showcasing a rating of 4 stars! I have read so many reviews and have found only 2 that rate 4 stars. This site must be getting a kickback for showcasing a good rating. This is an extreme disservice
I've been a life-long shopper and buy high dollar items like your cutlery on a regular basis. I, along with my Protestant friends, are encouraging others to Boycott you since you have dropped My Pillow and no longer represent the conservative shopper.

I like this place as it definately has stuff we guys actually like. Towels are a great deal and i know i love mine and have held up very well for two years now and are still super absorbent, just do not use fabric softener as it coats the fibers and makes them less absorbent over time.
A very good store here in Canada.
Don't know what happened to Bed Bath & Beyond. Going downhill. Returned 4 items have not received a refund after business 14 days after they received the items back. Keep getting excuses from their customer service people who are in another country and don't understand you or do you understand them. I want my money back for the 4 items that you received back in June. Will never order anything from them again online
I have been doing a lot of shopping over 60 years and it's rare that I give a customer review. But I must say that in the years I've been shopping at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, I have never met more helpful and conscientious sales people. They seem to be everywhere in the store and they always seem to know what they're talking about with special products. As a former corporate compliance executive, whatever this company does to train it's employees needs to be replicated in other businesses. On the other hand, this may be why they're still in business! It's really truly amazing to get excellent service in this age of online businesses and brick-and-mortar companies that still exist.
I like shopping for ways to reinvent my home every couple years. Of course the stereotypical scented candles are everywhere, but hey if it works why change it? I just wish there were more physical stores in my area, I hate having to drive through the valley to see something in store.
I have spent way too much time shopping on Bath abd Body. I have a hard time resisting their email offers and other promos. If you love the Bath and Body products... wait for discounts and promo codes. You can get a lot more for your money. I never pay for shipping and get a ton of the products I want for much less than the typical price. Their shipping usually takes a week to 10 days to arrive... which isn't too bad considering the amount of items in my orders. I've only had one leaky wallflower in all of my purchases. It only lost about 1/4 of its contents so, I never complained.
I have found this site to have reasonable prices, yet have to cancel what is in my cart as postage/handling is outrageous. Cost is always more than the actual value of product - in fact many times more if it is a small/light item. Dinner set postage was same price as item. Why are they even bothering to now include Australia other than to rip buyers off.
Worst company ever, if you have to return anything you are screwed, 2 weeks of trying to deal with over seas customer service and no answer finally ask for money back. Ben buying from them for 25 years. No more, EVER
Went in the store and ordered two items only found online. They have me 20% off both items with my two coupons. Shipment only took 4 days to get to me from 7 states away. Shipment also came with a pre paid and marked shipping label in case i needed to make a return for any reason. Bb and b is just awesome!
Dont let the name fool you. They sell way more then Bath items. Kitchen, rugs, everything for your home. A little bit like a home decor shop from Sweden, but smaller. Prices are ok, on sale items are value packed. Customer service is excellent. However, each store carries different items depending on the region the store is in. Worth going to for a new home or apartment decor.
Shop there often because they're close to my house but they're really overpriced on a few items. The one thing that gives them the higher rating is their return policy. Best return policy and no hassle.
In the description of the Vanity I bought, it was to include a 3 inch back splash and a power drawer. Relieved the product and no back splash or power drawer. They didn't even include the feet to offset any uneven flooring. I have emailed and called now for 3 weeks. I get the same BS. The vanity doesn't come with those parts sir. The real kick in the pants? They are still advertising the same vanity with the same 3 inch back splash and power drawer.
I love to hang out in Bed Bath and Beyond stores just to admire all the new gadgets and products for a home. Wish I could do more business there; but one a tight budget... have purchased some things there and was always satisfied!
If they send an item with a missing piece, which they will, they are incapable of sending you that missing piece. The best you can hope for is a refund, but that's only after being on multiple 30+ minute calls. Order from anywhere else.
04/15/20.2 weeks since I placed my order and have not received an update customer service are so bad I called and chatted a few times no one same to care and lastly they hanged up on me I'm very disappointed. I have not received my item and no one has gotten back to till now
