Have had so many problems getting 4 of these chairs got 3 from amazon ca one perfect the other 2 severely cracked legs took so much convincing to get 3rd party seller to send me replacement legs. Didn't want to pack up whole chair send it back they wouldn't pick it up. Nobody help me during business hours. Son fixed 2 chairs that were not safe. Price way better and shipping free was half the time. I have 4 now may want 2 more buying one at a time. Was surprised and delighted to see chair in perfect shape box intact not beatup with slits in it. Came right to my door only wish delivery time and date more transparent got a day early but delivery person didn't knock and wait for a response. Box left outside my apt door. I don't think that's a good idea.
Bed Bath and Beyond went bankrupt. They were good to deal with. Overstock.com bought the name. You are now dealing with Overstock.com. I returned an item, unopened, and they refunded me half the money. They tell me that is in the fine print. They promised to exchange a $600 defective lamp but never did. I was told today it's too late.
I ordered an item from Bed Bath Beyond 15 days ago. It still hasn't shipped. I did receive an email 5 days ago claiming it had shipped, but all they did was print a label and lie about shipping it.

I have been in Bed Bath & Beyond, but nothing about it makes me want to go back. The store experience wasn't good for me. Its not the products they had pillow that plays music that I wanted, but usually I end up with soap a bath sponge. I think the store lacked atmosphere.
I paid for a gift and received shipping confirmation... it was never shipped. Three phone calls, three requests for a supervisor and three hang ups because the customer service people were either misinformed or failed to understand the gift registry
My sisters and I contributed to a baby stroller ($970!) for our niece on the BB&B gift registry. We then found out that she would not receive it until she paid the almost $100 in sales tax. The registry did not mention the sales tax at all, not giving us the option to pay it in advance. I called customer service and was told that the item was paid in full. After my niece received notification of the tax, I call customer service again and was told BB&B could do NOTHING. I finally sent her a gift card to cover the tax. I also e-mailed customer service with my complaint and received a "We will respond within 72 hours" e-mail from them, It has now been 2 weeks and still no response.

I tried placing an order online and had difficulty. The online chat provided "assistance" however they overcharged me and it took a long time. I am disappointed and unsatisfied with the service and will cancel my order. Beware of the offer of assistance it is false and only serves the company - not in the interest of the customer.
Package got delayed almost 20 days and it took 1hr 30min to get connected with customer service and they initiated refund and offered 20 percent off which is available for free to every one. I will never order anything online with Bed Bath & Beyond. Writing review because it might save some time for others good luck.
An order was sent to the wrong address and the correct order was not received. No local store could resolve the issue because they said the order was made on line. We were told that the corporate office had to be contacted to resolve the issue. The wait time for a customer service rep was over one hour and their on-line format to resolve the issue was not working. Now the package has to be repackaged and taken to a fed ex office which is extremely inconvenient. Sind part of the package that was not delivered contained a Father's Day gift, the gift had to be repurchased. When the original one arrives (if it does), the item will have to be returned.
Place an order 5 days ago, paid for same day delivery. Called customer service 3 times, each time they said good news you will receive your order tomorrow. Called our local store, manager said the order was there for me to pick up. Manager was rude and not helpful at all. He was happy to cancel my order. I ended up purchasing a better product for less cost from Kohls. It will be a very long time before I even consider shopping there again. My order still shows pending and will be delivered by 8pm today. What has happened to BBB?

Its tough to beat Bed Bath and Beyond for all home related purchases. I get most of my kitchen appliances, towels, bed sheets and comforter and so much more. Good service, good prices and good products. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a rolling 2-tier bookcase from the Skokie, IL store (should have been leery of the re-taped end) and the instructions fundamentally show how to install, but there are pieces with certain nuisances that had to be installed first, and one piece of hardware was unusable, until I got out a pair of pliers and bent it back correctly.
Yes, I should have repackaged everything and gone back to the store (a 20 min ride), but it was hardly worth it, A simple task took 3 hours to complete.
I've been a satisfied customer using the annual $29 fee for Beyond+. This shows you to get 20% off entire purchase plus free shipping. It has worked great until recently. NOW anything (what I've tried) you order that is on sale likely will exclude the 20% off due to some new Price Match policy. Si for example if Cinnabon KCups are 16% off they no longer allow you to get the 20% additional discount via Beyond+. This was not the case a few months ago. Rep wouldn't let me apply it to the full price since 20% is better than 16%. NO customer communication alerting you to this new scheme to prevent use of this membership discount program!
I did not receive my order and there was no way to contact anyone to ask about it. I emailed the company and then sent a message on facebook neither of which were replied to. There is no possible way to speak to a live person about your package.
You can find almost anything in this store. They have World Market and have recently put in drug store products, a big section of the store. You cannot beat the selection and price and then there are the coupons, which they will take even if the date has expired.
I love the prices & the selection, can't walk out of the store without a welcome mat(or two). Frankly, I rarely enter the store because it causes a sharp decline in my bank account for the month. I can't afford to go in there more than once a year.
I purchased a beautiful wamsutta bathroom rug from Bed, Bath & Beyond... the color is exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, the quality is substandard. The rug sheds terribly and I track it throughout my bedroom. I couldn't find it on my purchases to review, so I came to this site. It's disappointing, I love the color and size is perfect for my double vanity sink. Buyers beware of the quality you red receive.
When it comes to shopping for home goods, the mother store of domestic goods is... BB&B! They have everyting at this store, whatever you need for your home they'll have it. The only thing I wish they had more of is customer service reps who worked on the floor. Its always a hassle trying to find someone to help me. I spend more time looking for help than I actually shop!
I ordered something Monday that was supposed to ship out Wednesday and be received today. Item hasn't arrived. No record of FedEx having picked it up. I was told they don't keep any records of when items actually ship out. They rely completely on FedEx's system. If you ran a business, wouldn't you want to keep your own records on when you think you've turned over an item to a shipper? I was told to call back tomorrow if it still hasn't come. Good grief. This place puts little effort into customer service. But they sure can crank out emails everyday to try and sell you more. Once I get my order, this will be my last contact with BBB.
I bought some expensive bedding and pillows and forgot my coupon. They said no problem just bring it back with receipt. I took back few days later and got back $60.00. Very nice and helpful. Recommend

I returned an item on May 19, it is now June 2nd. They already have the return, but refuse to issue a credit to purchase something else because they are "Behind" 10 to 20 days? That is def not stepping up to the plate during a crisis and not good customer service. Plus, do not even bother trying to call - my battery died while waiting to speak to a customer service rep which is approx a 45 minute wait time.
Not even gona waste my time to tell my very long story, just save your self the trouble and take my foolish advise, read the other reviews on here that are not lying!

I order a coffee table from them, because I though quality is going to be bettered, on n on well is been over 2 weeks, and no table but they got my money same day. I call they inform me that deliver was done to my old address but not to worry that they are sending me other table but I call again n they lie to me at this time this guy, told me, that he was going to open a case! I would not shop here or at least I would not order from this company. My delivery was due to be delivered over a week ago and when I called they told me that the items have not been shipped yet yet the website shows me that it is to be delivered the following day. Each day the website changes to the next day they have no explanation for this and they offered no solution even after I asked them to ship it overnight they would not do it
I purchased a gift for a bridal shower. The gift arrived at the bride's home without gift wrapping or a card. I took the time to write a personal message but it was never received and they did not know who sent the gift. It was only by coincidence that I was identified as the sender. It's impossible to contact customer service. They only provide a phone number that no one ever answers.
I love the clearance sales in the store for candles and body washes and body sprays. It is the best time of the year to buy anything with them because its 50% off and you can get more products for your money. Now that it is Christmas, I will wait for th clearance sales to get all of my scents for the season and body lotions for 4.00 a bottle instead of 8.00 because its a better deal.
