Have had so many problems getting 4 of these chairs got 3 from amazon ca one perfect the other 2 severely cracked legs took so much convincing to get 3rd party seller to send me replacement legs. Didn't want to pack up whole chair send it back they wouldn't pick it up. Nobody help me during business hours. Son fixed 2 chairs that were not safe. Price way better and shipping free was half the time. I have 4 now may want 2 more buying one at a time. Was surprised and delighted to see chair in perfect shape box intact not beatup with slits in it. Came right to my door only wish delivery time and date more transparent got a day early but delivery person didn't knock and wait for a response. Box left outside my apt door. I don't think that's a good idea.
Bed Bath and Beyond went bankrupt. They were good to deal with. Overstock.com bought the name. You are now dealing with Overstock.com. I returned an item, unopened, and they refunded me half the money. They tell me that is in the fine print. They promised to exchange a $600 defective lamp but never did. I was told today it's too late.
I ordered a gift for a wedding shower to be gift wrapped. It came not wrapped. They only gave me my money for the gift wrapping. They offered me 20% off of my next order. The same 20% you get for signing up with email. So basically they did nothing.
Many times after sales it's difficult to find items you see in mailers. But, you can find online on their site. I was able to purchase chair covers they no longer had in store thru their site and for same discounted price. If you have them order online at store they will ship to you free. This is great to save alittle money and it arrives in reasonable time. Returns are easy back to store. Also while in store they will apply coupons usually accepted in store for your online purchase which you can't do (multiple coupons) if you order yourself. Sometimes they will just give you discount even if you don't have coupon on hand (you left at home).
I went to bed bath and beyond baldhill road Warwick, RI about a month ago and I am still upset. I bought a set of sheets over 100.00 value. Got them home and opened up to wash sheets. There was only a flat sheet the wrong color. Brought back to the store with feeling like a criminal. I was asked why I waited a week to return. Explained I work daily. The manager and sales person made me feel l was a criminal. I finally said if you checked your returns like you are supposed to this would never happen. So instead of trying to embarrass me in front of the store do your job this would not of happened. I can't tell you how every time I get an email or see the store I get ill. Is there no customer service training for these jobs.

Bed bad and beyond, they offer you a membership for discounts but at the end they still ripp you off, for example i bought a stand, regular price was $599, with their membership $480 plus taxes, but exactly the same stand is on amazon and target for $375 lol, and i check other items and is the same, my bad that i look it up too late after i already bought it at bed bad and beyond, i recommend everybody before buying anything here, check prices somewhere else.

We registered here and at target and highly recommend them to others getting married. We had gifts with no receipts that we had no idea where they came from but wanted to return them. Bed bath returned these items for store credit. We had store credit for like three years. We would buy something, try it out and learn we hated it and return it no problem for more store credit.
I recently moved and needed some new household items. I had no time to shop in store, so I did my shopping online. I changed my address so it would be delivered to my new place. I was happily surprised to find that my items beat me to the new house! The day I moved in the package was waiting for me. I was worried, as one of the items I ordered was a shower curtain and liner. I also love that there are always coupon codes available all over the place. Or, you can use the 20% off coupon that always come in the mail, or in the newspaper. Very good experience.
I went to the store and ordered an item that was on sale and on top of the sale I gave a 20% coupon and got it for even lower price. I ordered it Monday night and got the item on Friday afternoon!
Their coupon (Never Expires so hold onto them!) alone keeps me returning to purchase from the store.

You can find almost everything you need here. They will order something if they are out of stock in a product. You can use all their coupons even if expired. The employees are always so very helpful, and they are always around to help you!
I purchased a roll of Sequin Wallpaper for $88.99, for the smallest wall in my house, and it wasn't enough to cover it! Its all patched, looks like Hell! So disappointed! Just to point out, I needed 92' x3 strips to cover this small wall, it only did 2x 92' and 45'... Imagine how that Pissed Me Off! I am sooooooo Not Happy with this tiny $88.99 roll of Wallpaper from Bed Bath & Beyond!

For five month I have been trying to renew my membership which I have been for years. Because of a new glitch in their software I can't, and nobody follows through. Can't get it fixed, management doesn't act or follow through. Really frustrating for a long term customer and corporate doesn't care. If they did they would act on what they said they would do.
I ordered two Copper Fit sports bras. They arrived in a used coffee box. One was yellowed front and back. I returned the yellowed item to the store and they ordered a replacement. The replacement arrived in a used box. The inner box was torn and scotch taped. The item was the same yellowed bra I returned. Customer service was not apologetic when I reported the problem. Later they sent an apology email and offered a replacement. The third replacement arrived yellowed front and back and has two lipstick stains on the front. To say their online quality control is pathetic is an understatement!

I noticed I can buy their membership for $30 so that I can get 20% discount on any item for one year.
I bought the membership and bought some small orders and got the discount.
Then later I send few orders as a gift to some friends.
Then I discovered They have canceled the orders and canceled the membership!
They canceled my paid one- year membership after few days
They stolen my money.
Do not use this site they will take your money for the membership and will cancel it without reason.
I waited for over a month all for them to tell my my order was out of stock. Then after hours of trying to talk to someone they said "sorry I dint know what you want me to do"... awful customer service! They never notified me to tell me my order was out of stock. Then I deal with a jerk customer service rep. Never ordering a thing from here again!
I was at the Apopka FL location and was promised an employee discount from one of the people if I wrote up a good comment about them on their customer survey. I did and then was promised he would give me a discount. Guess what he lied! Never shopping there again.
I ordered an item off of my nieces registry and when purchased it asked if I wanted gift wrapped. I chose yes and got charged of course. Why offer this if your just going to put it in a gift bag. Mind you it's a wedding gift. That was not what I expected. Let people know that it's not actually wrapped you put gifts in a gift bag! I could have bought a gift bag if that's what I wanted to do.

I was looking for a particular item that was only available at this store. Unfortunately it was out of stock. I asked them to email me when it became available. They said it would be 5 months. A week later they emailed me and said it was back in stock. I jumped on it and saved $150 on it!
Yesterday, I ordered an item on the BBB web site for same-day delivery. They charge $10 for that. "Same day delivery!" shouts the web-site. Foolish me. No-show. This morning, I called and spoke to someone with a glancing relationship to English. I (thought I) canceled the order. Then, DoorDash sent a text saying the driver was coming. I called BBB again. Only the 2nd time did the rep seem to understand, although I was on hold for most of the 20-minute call. The DD driver showed. I had the BBB rep tell her to take it back to the store. I assume the order is now canceled. If not, I'll contest the charge. Won't have to wait 20 minutes on the phone. What a hassle. I don't think BBB understands that its products (certainly what I ordered) are fungible - I could easily have ordered from Amazon, Target, Walmart. Won't make the mistake again.
BBB has so many things you do not even know you need until you see them. I love shopping there but it can be dangerous LOL. I love the coupons that never expire. Great place for things like placemats. Not sure who buys the food - always surprised to see food there! Someone has to be buying it though, or they 'd stop having it. Great selection of OXO kitchen stuff. How can anyone set up a kitchen without BBB?
This store has a large selection of items. I love their coupons and their generous return policy. The store near me has a drugstore section. Sometimes there is a long wait to check out, but all in all this is a great store.
I heard you were no longer selling the My Pillow. I see it here in your sight. I want to know if you are or not going to be carrying his pillow? If so I will ne longer be able to shop in your store. I'm sad to say.
They carry the same smells all the time. If low on funds you can get small bottles that don't brake the bank. Also have a place to test the smell on you. Some times it smells different on you so it is good to test.

Jill was extremely helpful, incredibly understanding, genuinely polite and an absolute joy to deal with!
She has such an understanding of the Customer Service industry and takes such pride and commitment in the operation of her store in Hamden, Connecticut.

I purchased an expensive product online from this company, on December 1st 2020. I purchased so early because I was guaranteed a delivery by the 25th (Christmas). After 15 days of waiting for the item I check the order status and see that it says the same thing... processing. So I call customer service and they tell me that I bought an item that was out of stock... how can I buy something out of stock?! Anyways they said that all they could do was cancel my order and try to get me a replacement by the middle of January. So essentially they did nothing to solve my problem, because the gift wouldn't be here before Christmas. So needless to say, I will never be shopping online from this store again. Total scam.
Not only do they have a wonderful assortment of household goods, their employees treat you like they are glad that you have come to their store to make purchases. They are very polite and knowledgeable.
Every department is fun to shop in. Great merchandise for every room in the house. The store coupons never expire making shopping so much easier. Buy more.! Love the everyday merchandise and the holiday merchandise always great.
