I didn't expect to have the locking file drawer to be shipped to me which is really good. I placed the order in the middle of July, ordered 2 sets of Wall Storage Cabinet 32", and 1 set of Lateral File drawers. But right away, I noticed the file drawer was without lock, so I had to cancel it and just kept the Wall Storage Cabinets. Several weeks later, before the shipment of Wall Storage Cabinets, I received a call from Ms. HANNAH and asked if I'd like to have the file drawer. I told her that I canceled it due to no lock. Then HANNAH helped me to find a file drawer in the same finish and with the lock. It's perfect to meet my needs. I even got a discount to add the drawer in the order. It's a good experience to get something I really want at a good price. Now, I cannot wait to see my new furniture from Bedroom Furniture. Thank you HANNAH.

This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had. I was so nervous buying my son's bedroom set online. I dealt with Andrian and he was so helpful, kind and experienced. I received my furniture and I can't explain how happy I am. Never have I been as happy with my furniture as I am now. Everything from ordering the furniture to receiving updates as to when I will receive it, to the men delivering it and setting it up was so perfect. I purchased a bedroom set on May 1,2021. Most of my items were finally delivered by December 2021 with 2 pieces broken upon delivery and had to be replaced. The bed, however, was delayed 8 times even though the website said it was in stock even though their employee on "chat" confirmed it was in fact in stock. On the 8th delay I was told it wouldn't ship until January 2023, 21 months after my original purchase. I then realized I would never receive my bed and opted to cancel.

I was told I would receive a certain amount in writing as to how much refund I would receive. Once the cancelation was final, I was told a lesser amount. The company refused to correct it even though it was their error and I'm still waiting on my refund.

Had I known of the dishonesty, lies, and deceit I would have never made the purchase and stuck with my local furniture store. By the way, once I canceled the bed, I purchased the same bed from my local store last Wednesday and it was delivered the next day.

Hannah was extremely helpful and made our purchase of a mid century modern bedroom set very easy. We have not received our products yet but I highly recommend using this company.

Their white-glove service set up the furniture to look like it was not damage! Did not notice for a few weeks and the drawer started falling apart. They offered me 150.00 on a dresser that cost 2000. 00 DO NOT TRUST THEM, BUT SOMEWHERE ELSE!
