Purchased a dining room table and 8 chairs and am so happy with this purchase. The quality is great and at such an affordable price. There is a design element (gold line) on the table that was hard to see in the online pictures but I actually really like in person. The delivery process was seamless and it arrived within the estimated delivery window. Nadir, the manager at Emma Mason was so helpful and gave us constant updates on our order progress and followed up post delivery to ensure the delivery was successful and satisfactory. The local delivery team was wonderful as well. Arrived well within the delivery window and they called ahead to give an update when they were close. They were courteous and put everything together quickly while being mindful not to damage anything. So excited to put this dining set to use for upcoming holidays.
Beware—this company is a scam. They will send you broken furniture and then hit you with over $700 in shipping fees if you refuse delivery of their damaged goods. When you show them clear photos of cracks, they'll dismiss it, claiming the furniture isn't broken. Even if the cracks are sharp enough to cut, they'll insist it's "normal for stone," waving around a laughable brochure (which looks like it was made by a 5th grader) as "proof." This is all part of their con. Don't waste your money on this dishonest business. Avoid at all costs!

I could not be any more happier with my purchase and the service. The bed looks great. The customer service was ourstanding. Mobi was awesome and kept us updated about our order every step of the way and answered every questions we had. We ordered the bed in February but with Covid it took a few months to get the bed, which is totally understandable, given the circumstances. But it was well worth the wait and white glove delivery was amazing. Everything was handled professionally in every aspect. From the ordering to the follow up and delivery. Every person involved with this transaction were nothing but amazing. The delivery guys from Deliveright were very professionnal and careful while hadling the bed. I highly recommend this company and the furniture. I would definitely buy again in a heart beat. Thank you again Mobi, Bedroom Furniture and Deliveright.

We ordered two bedroom sets nearly 5 months ago. One set was scheduled to deliver in April 4th, it showed up completely damaged so we refused delivery, contacted Bedroom Furniture Discounts the same afternoon, they said it worked get resolved. Here we are more than two months later and no resolution "still working with the delivery company." The second set never had a delivery date, initially they said it would ship shortly after the other... we kept waiting, following up on both sets getting the run around. Finally, we were notified the set had been discontinued, and they would refund our credit card, then suddenly it was in stock again, and it would be delivered shortly. It never delivered 2 weeks later, and it was suddenly out of stock again. Don't worry they would talk to accounting department to try and get a refund for the one set. Umm one set? We ordered 2 set, paid for 2 sets, paid for delivery and set up of 2 sets and you will work with your accounting department about one set. Now, we are working with our credit card company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHADY company. Do not order from them! If I could give negative stars I would and plan on calling the BBA.

I ordered furniture Aug 7 2020, here we are Jan 8 2021 and I still do no have my complete order. Customer service advice that my order will be delivered when a delivery route in my area opens in October 2020. So if no one else is on my route until next December then I won't get my item I have ALREADY PAID FOR?! This is REDICULOUS

I originally purchased a side bar from them in June of 2021 and I got an email explaining that the order was back ordered and would not be arriving until October or November. Needless to say, I had to cancel the order. They were nice enough to try to find something comparable to the piece of furniture I wanted but unfortunately, there was nothing they offered that was my style or taste. I asked them about a second choice back bar that I loved, which they did not carry. I don't know what strings they pulled but was able to secure the piece of furniture and make an exchange with me rather than me having to look for the bar someplace else and worry about it not being in stock or backordered. The bar arrived in the beginning of August and we could not be happier with it. I cannot say enough how helpful they were and Rey Pelayo kept me informed every step of the way with updates and he got back to me right away with any questions I had. Their customer service is excellent as was the delivery service. I will definitely be shopping there in the future.

Only if you sort their reviews from low to high, do you get to see the real comments. The rest are all made by 'comment farms' who leave 5 stars with names like 'Cindy, Sheldon, Jack, Bob', you get the drift.
This is one of the WORST companies I have dealt with in my life. You'll see a common thread in the low rated comments -
1. Shipping takes months, sometimes close to a year if you're incredibly unlucky.
2. Horrible customer service (they are just the in-betweens for communication and have 0 power to help), refund charges, and in general sneaky tactics to hold on to as much of the refund as they can.
3. The mysterious escaping furniture. My mirror and chest were 'lost' at the delivery partner warehouse. Many others have commented about this phenomenon. Then you can order another piece, and… that takes months.
Unfortunately these reviews don't help online customers, it's the business model and not this particular company that's to blame. If Emmamason/'Bedroom Furniture Discounts' loose their reputation, all they have to do is rename the company anything else - 'discount furniture mall', and start afresh. Buy a few hundred 5 star reviews from the comment farms I mentioned above, and they're set!
As another commenter mentioned, I'll make it my mission too to post a review on every online review spot. I hope it saves even one person the loss, aggravation, and stress.

Been searching all over stores and websites. Not only was this the best price but service from Walter was excellent. Walter was easy to work with, helpful, knowledgeable, very thorough and not pushy.
I placed an order around April 2021, and it's been approximately 4 months that I have been waiting for my order, the lady that I have been assigned to has been giving me updated on my order but delaying the estimated delivery date, I will keep you guys updated on if I receive my package or not.

After weeks of arguing with Amazon who promised me a sofa that never arrived, I searched high and low for the sofa I wanted (I refused to search for a different one). I saw discountlivingrooms.com was selling it and called them. The rep over the phone was very kind and answered all of my questions, even price matching for me. Immediately, I was reached out to by Michael who kept me updated that everything was shut down due to COVID. I ordered my sofa in August and received in December, however Michael was in constant communication with me to ensure they were working on it as fast as they could. His frequent updates helped ease my worry that I might never get the sofa I wanted for my new house. And when the local delivery service failed to reach out to me, he pushed them to get in touch, as well as was in contact with me the day of delivery. Thank you, Michael for all of your assistance. My sofa is EXACTLY what I wanted and now after months of being moved in, I finally have something to sit on!

I was at my Dayghters home when she got her order. I was so impressed that I ordered a bedroom and dining room set a few months after. Amazing customer service
Ordered over $1000 of furniture (bed and nightstand), including $100 "white-glove delivery in January.
When the bed arrived in July, after 2 cancelled delivery dates, it was finaly delivered with 15 (out of 39) structural parts missing... not counting all screws and hardware. We're talking 6' long boards. The wrong and/or incomplete parts were ordered several times before they finally decided to resend the entire bed with several months delay.
New bed arrived last week, but is now missing 10 parts preventing assembly (with one piece scuffed), despite me expressing concern ahead of time and requesting the bed parts be delivered in original packaging (which did NOT happen despite express instructions for the deliverer to do so).
BFD has offered to reship missing pieces, but the first part request they sent to the vendor is still missing one damaged piece.
They offered $100 for my "trouble" (literal hours spent on the phone and inventorying bed parts), but only once everything is resolved and have also refused to refund the "white glove delivery" shipping. I'm not sure that things will every actually be resolved based on the last 4 months of runaround.
Avoid this company like the plague!
After 3 months I received my bedroom set with damaged on the footboard that was promised to get fixed but has not be done.
I ordered king bed and 2 night stands on 7/20/23 they promised will be delivered 4-6 weeks. I received a message on 4th week the bed room is inspected and ready to deliver on Monday 8/14th but I received a call 2 days before on Friday 11th that the delivery cancelled due to bed has not been passed the inspection one of the night stand has damaged. I was promised to be replaced and will deliver in 1-2 weeks. I did not hear from them in 2 weeks I contacted them connected to Mervin manager he told me the information I have received not correct he is going to follow up with manufacturer to speed up the delivery. Make story short finally they delivered the set on September 28th with one of night stand not closing they took it to replace it finally after 2 weeks that was delivered and my bed room set got completed on October 12th with damage on the foot board which they promised to sent technician repair it after 2 emails to Mervin nothing is done. I don't recommend buying from them their communication is good but poor service.
