They are a bunch of incompetent people and just make up excuses for their incompetence! Delivery company even worse! Used weather as an excuse not to deliver. Driver was lazy and had an attitude issue. It's been over 2 months and still haven't received the furniture I ordered. They will charge you a 30% restocking fee and delivery charge if you cancel so beware!

My representative "Ariana" helped me during the website "Chat" throughout my entire purchase. She was very knowledgeable regarding all the extra benefits and even offered me a "promo" discount that I wasn't even aware of. I purchased a bedroom furniture set weeks ago knowing that delivery would probably take a month. They took the money for the furniture out of my account right away... and have now emailed me that I cannot receive my furniture because their NEW shipping partner requires a loading dock in my area. After speaking with the operations manager, there is nothing they will do to remedy this situation so I was forced to cancel my order. If you are relying on getting your furniture ever, I would suggest choosing a company that stands by their delivery promise and does not hold your money for weeks just to force you to cancel your order.

Gary David was so helpful providing me updates via email and texts so I knew exactly when my furniture would arrive. The furniture was delivered by careful and courteous delivery men and looks great! I highly recommend this company.

I've wrestled with the decision to buy office furniture for months. I ordered my desk from this company and it was delivered right to my office unpacked & set up. I thought Discount Bandit would save me money but was not willing to haul and unpack furniture from my garage to upstairs. Chatted with Pam via the live chat function on the site. She was able to address my concerns right away. My only complaint was the speed of the responses were painfully slow at the start due to some connectivity issues on their end as well as too many chats open. Entire chat could have taken a quarter of the time. All in all, I will use this site again, they were great. Pam was very nice.

I placed an order today for a Bernhardt dining table, and so far the service has been good. Very competitive prices. They said delivery should take around 4-5 weeks, so now I am just waiting for the arrival. The agent that assisted me was very helpful and nice!

My wife and I went to 5 stores and 2 online locations. It was Labor Day Weekend and we needed the furniture after moving into a new home. Most places didn't have answers to our questions and some were quoting 5+ months delivery. Vicki took took the time to answer everything over a 2-day period. She knew all the answers and helped me feel confident that this process would go well. She was amazing and single reason we bought from here, rather than any of the other places. Seriously - she's awesome, the service was awesome, and the price was untouchable.

This site has a huge selection of furniture including pieces that I could not find anywhere else. They had been discontinued at all other retailers and sites. I was able to get all the pieces I want. The prices on furniture and delivery is great.
Customer service is available at all times and a Manager is assigned to help throughout the process from ordering to deliver. My Success Manager, Ginger, was fantastic.

I have never dealt with this company before and if they deliver as well as Nash relayed to me, I will be very pleased and would highly recommend them to ALL. Nash informed me of set-up and delivery from the factory and we worked out a time more than 30 days away. Time will tell!

Just got done ordering a dining set for our new home. Can't say enough about how helpful, informative and patient Vicki was with me. Needed to communicate with spouse, decorator and others to ensure was right look and fit and Vicki was very understanding. Hope to use the site, process and Vicki again soon - as we finish decorating out new home

If you are looking for a sign whether or not you should purchase from this company, this is your sign to NOT purchase. Horrible delivery wait times. The time frame to receive your order is 4 weeks and they will still manage to take longer than that. Customer service does absolutely nothing to help compensate for the inconveniences. They just feed you lies so you do not cancel the order and even if you were to cancel they will charge silly restocking fees. Pay the extra money and order from a reputable furniture company!

I was moving into a new house and was looking to do a refresh on our furniture. I knew what I wanted, but going through an on-line retailer made me a little nervous. The prices were good and they did offer some good financing so i took a risk.
From the moment I called and throughout the process, they were very responsive and actually reached out to me on a regular basis to ensure i was aware of the status of my order. Yes, the supply chain was a little broke due to COVID which created shipping delays, but it was an issue with the furniture manufacturer rather than Bedroom Furniture Discounts. Mobi was particularly helpful and attentive throughout the process to ensure I had minimal stress. I could not have had a better customer support associate.
