Two weeks ago, I attempted to order a bedroom set from a popular online site. The experience with that company was nothing less than terrible. I ordered my item with the customer service representative and he placed the wrong order. At my demise, when checking on my items. I found that the items were discontinued. It was very disheartening because of the recent tragedies that happened in my life. But Walter... he was very understanding. He help me with all my questions, and make sure that my order was available for me. It was if, Walter was my friend that made sure I got everthing that I need. I will definitely contact him as well as my friends and family for anything I need from you company.
In this day in age, people don't give good customer service. Walter gave great customer service. Thank you so much.

I ordered a beautiful marble top dining set online with Emma Mason and had a wonderful buying experience! I love the set. There was a very slight flaw I felt wasn't normal, but Jenette went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction! She made sure I was pleased with my purchase and followed up like a true professional. The price was the best I found for this same set and shipping/delivery was quicker than I expected. I will surely shop with them again in the future. I took a leap of faith and it was a perfect choice.

We ordered a Bedroom set on September 2021, they delivered half of the order on Dec. 2021 and till now still waiting for the second half, we sent more than 4o emails and they keep saying the something, "sorry for the delay we still waiting for shipper availability to ship the items" they will never give you a specific dates, best thing to do is disputing the whole amount and never to recommend this company to anyone, they don't care about customers or do any effort to satisfy their customers

Natalie was very helpful today. I ordered two nightstands that need to be delivered on a weekend day and she said she could make that happen. I can't comment on the furniture pieces as I have not gotten them, but Natalie was very patient and helpful.
These same pieces were available on Houzz but I got a 10% discount on this site was able to chat with Natalie on delivery times.

I am so pleased with this company, price and service. Augey was very helpful and everybody else from ordering to delivery. I would like everybody to know what a great company this is. They send you messages informing you about your order and they respond to your message in no time you have any question.

I would like to say my shopping experience was very pleasant. Sharon was very helpful and great to Work with and Is an asset to your company. I'm looking forward to receiving my furniture and I know my Grandchildren are going to love it.

This company is a complete rip off. I ordered something from them april 14.2022. I still have yet to receive the merchandise. Now I'm currently fighting with them to get my money back. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I have the great pleasure of purchasing a beautiful Uultis Brazilian teak dinning table and chairs at Emma Mason. Their customer service is outstanding, very professional and hands on from purchasing to final delivery. I have never experienced the personal touch that I received from Ivan and his team which was truly special. Their was genuine concern that I knew the process of the delivery, to making sure I received my table and chairs in pristine condition in my home! I
Received emails, texts and phone calls during their process. I will definitely continue to purchase from Emma Mason! The pics of the table and chairs are not set up because I will be moving them into a new house that is currently being built. All pics are proof of purchase.

So far this is my second order with this line of business (both bedroomfurniture and diningroomfurniture). Ariana was the customer rep that took care my order for bedroomfurniture. She very helpful and patient, answered all of my questions with professionalism and gave me a great discount that I cannot resist. I am looking forward to my orders within 4 weeks!

I don't normally write reviews but when a company is dishonest and fraudulent I feel I have to. They falsely advertised several products at low prices and I ordered them at the lower price. They failed to fulfil my order and cost me weeks and weeks on a critical project. It's just ridiculous and wrong that they still have a 4+ ranking! I do not see how such a deceptive company can have that. I would suggest looking locally at your nearest furniture store which is what I did and found what I needed quicker and at a lower price. Especially when it is a $10k+ qty of furniture! It's worth going to an actual reputable store which Bedroom discounts furniture is not!

You and your team were a pleasure to work with (every text message and email was returned promptly within 30 minutes) and we will definitely be ordering all our furniture with Emma Mason and Furniture Discounts in the future - we actually ordered more chairs last week. All our furniture was professional wrapped in blankets and protected. Also, I want to mention how great the gentleman who delivered our furniture was who made the extra effort to work late on a Friday night to make our delivery happen a day earlier.

First time I purchased furniture from an on-line company. Experience from initial contact to delivery was awesome. Love my bedroom set. Price was great. Small issue with delivery was due to COVID19 and that was understandable. Would definite buy from this company again.

The price of the item changed significantly right after placing the order, but the customer service refused to match their own price. The item hadn't even shipped yet. It took multiple requests and attempts for a response, but they took almost 20 days to refuse the request.

I ordered a bedroom set on May 6th and was told would ship in 8-10 weeks. Later told that it was back ordered and would ship in August. Then when August came around, I was told October. Mu daughter really like the set and I thought I had already wauted a couple months, so we would wait until October. Now its the end of October and they tell me It will be May of next year! I looked on their website and the same set says stils says it is "In Stock" and ships within 8-10 weeks! Its all a lie! They charged me months ago and are just stringing me along. I cancelled the order and will shop somewhere else!

I chatted online with Vicki and placed an order with her today. She answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently, and was a pleasure to speak with. If the delivery goes as well as the order process, I will definitely continue to shop with diningroomsoutlet.com!

We knew the brand we wanted and when we found this site that actually offered additional pieces to mix and match and not just one layout we knew we hit the jackpot. The online chat was fantastic by clarifying the options. But then the manager from the actual store called to verify we were getting exactly what we wanted. It is exactly what we wanted. COVID for sure delayed shipping but for what we received we are so happy. Nothing to do with bedrooms but they have several affiliated stores.

I want to take this opportunity to send a BIG THANK YOU to Nesie Yumul. She made our furniture shopping experience awesome. Her expert knowledge was evident and she made us feel comfortable when speaking to each furniture piece. She helped us pick the right furniture for the right rooms. Nesie continued following up on a weekly basis up until delivery day.
We are now all set, and we can't be happier with our furniture.

It may have taken what seemed like forever to receive the dining room furniture I ordered, (I live in El Paso, TX) but it was well worth the wait. The furniture is truly beautiful and arrived at my house in perfect condition. I especially want to thank Jam Regner for his support and for answering all my questions while I was waiting.

Due to cover we did have to wait a while to get it, but it was certainly worth the wait. They put the whole table together, the shipping company was amazing, very courteous. Michael Alaba my salesman was very helpful in trying to answer all my emails and update me on the status. The table looks amazing it exceeded my expectations, and its very good quality. Overall very happy with my purchase!

We bought the wall to wall Catalina bookcases/entertainment center. The furniture was delivered in a short time - we bought the white glove delivery service. It came in perfect condition and looks just as beautiful as in the pictures.

Michael was very helpful and friendly in helping us every step of the way.

We are very happy with the furniture, service, and delivery and plan to buy more furniture from the company in the future.

My experience with Emma Mason Stores is I would say unusual. Even during these trying times they delivered my furniture way ahead of time that it was supposed to arrive. MY special thanks to success manager of the company Mr. Rey Daguno who was very helpful with his afforts to deliver my furnutire to my doors. I would suggest to buy really beautiful furniture sets from this company. Thank you Emma Mason team

I ordered a dining room table set and was told I would have delivery by Christmas. They delivered the chairs and not the tables as they messed up the order even though I talked to a customer service rep after the order was made. I specifically told them I wouldn't place an order unless I would have it by Christmas. I am still awaiting the table and I would've liked to return the chairs but I don't want to pay the ridiculous 30% restocking fee plus shipping. Not to mention the chairs were supposed to arrive between 3-7 pm but instead arrived at 11 pm and only 2 were put together. I am still awaiting the table and they have yet to offer compensation. Customer service answers quickly but they aren't helpful with their response. I will never use them again.
