It took me months to decide on what decor I want to bring into my home. I finally decided on a bedroom set and was still a little gun shy. Rio popped up in the chat and was so helpful and gave me a discount and explained everything plain and simple. She made everything easy with her great customer care. I am re-doing another bedroom and will definitely order from them again! Thanks Rio! Additional comment 01/28/21 - I received my furniture in a timely manner and I paid the extra service to have them set it up and remove the debris and it was totally worth it! I love the furniture. It is very well made, modern and stylish! I can't wait to redecorate another room!

Emma Mason / Dining Rooms Outlet (and they host other sites as well) had the best price, though it was a company I'd never heard of, and I was a bit apprehensive about the 4-6 week predicted delivery time.

I talked with them on the phone and placed the order online. I didn't buy any of the upsell delivery services.

Furniture was delivered as promised, great condition. Delivery guys unboxed them outside and brought them in.

Most of all: wife is very pleased.

5 stars, recommending to a friend, and would buy again.

I recently purchased my second set of furniture from this company. I have been extremely pleased with each purchase. The communication is superior. The furniture arrived in excellent condition. Covid slowed the delivery but the company stayed in contact the entire time. They offer white glove delivery and that is an added benefit. I highly recommend.

Process of ordering was wonderful, The follow through with Michael and ongoing communication was superb.my delivery men Yerry and Jose were helpful, checked every piece and made sure i understood removing the table leaf correctly. I will certainly purchase from Dining Room Outlets again for any furniture needs.

I ordered a full bedroom set back in May with an online promotion with this company. I did not receive any updates on my delivery till I had to specifically hound them almost daily for my items to be delivered in August. Once the delivery arrived I had 2 pieces that were completely unacceptable since someone clearly tired to repiece the items back together. After sending several email, photos etc this company is still trying to send me back the damaged furniture at full price which I had already advised that I will not be accepting. Steer clear of them. The customer service is horrible. No one follows up with anything or will give you a straight answer.

Walter went above and beyond to help me place my order and schedule delivery, give me best pricing etc. He was super friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. This was my first experience with this company and he made it very enjoyable. I am looking forward to getting my dining room set. He even is making sure the table and 2 end chairs in stock come as quick as they can. The other 6 side chairs are back in stock early November but im hopeful that those come sooner before thanksgiving.

I was very nervous about doing business with a new company (new to me), but everything went very well... They kept me in the loop every step, and the contractor they hired to set up my new bedroom set was very professional. Their prices were the lowest, and they provided EXACTLY what I wanted, without scratches or any drama... I'll be furnishing the rest of my home with them.

These guys did a great job answering all the questions I had before, during and after my purchase. They kept me informed as I had knowing ordered a product that was backordered but Drichsen continued to keep me up to date in terms of fulfillment and delivery. Love the furniture finally arrived yesterday there were a number of delays ect but Shahanie always kept us in the loop and was pushing for it to arrive and the delivery company was very friendly and helpful and got everything up and installed in just 2 hours

I ordered a master bedroom set in September after seeing it at a retail store - I saved at least 40%. Due to supply chain disruption and transportation delays, the set arrived at my home later than I was hoping, but I was kept well-informed by Nesie in the Success Department. I love my new Liberty set. Great product for a great price with service to back it up.

Trying to purchase furniture during Covid has been very difficult. Most companies will let you order but there's no one to follow-up and keep you informed. Gary was definitely the exception. He stayed in contact with me throughout and even though it took longer than I expected, he was always there to answer and email and follow-up on status. When the product was delivered without the Light kit connection, he called the manufacturer to get that ordered and delivered for me. I would definitely buy again. Thanks Gary!

I ordered two bedrooms full of furniture. I saved so much money, and the pieces are beautiful. Everything was delivered without so much as a scratch and they were exactly as expected! My situation was a little difficult (on my end) and customer service was quick to respond and solve all of my issues. I would order from them every time!

They have lovely toddler beds, and we quickly found something we like. Besides, we paid for it about $150, which is a great deal! The quality is outstanding, and we didn't waste much money on a bed, which we would need to sell sooner or later!
